One online transportation company that is experiencing development and progress is Grab. This study aims to (1) Determine the effect of Sales Promotion on Consumer Decisions (2) Determine the effect of Word of Mouth on Consumer Decisions (3) Determine the effect of Brand Image on Consumer Decisions (4) Determine the effect of Sales Promotion, Word of Mouth, and Brand Image on Consumer Decisions. This sample method uses non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling type with sample calculations using the Cohcran formula. The number of respondents selected was 385 people who were Grab service users. The research data was processed using SPSS 23 software. The results of the analysis show that partially (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between Sales Promotion and Consumer Decisions. (2) There is a positive and significant relationship between word of mouth and consumer decisions. (3) There is a positive and significant relationship between Brand Image and Consumer Decisions. Pentingnya untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kepercayaan nasabah membuat bank berlomba-lomba menunjukan sikap lebih menghargai nasabah dan mengembangkan pelayanan yang unggul. Bank Tabungan Negara merupakan salah satu bank yang mengklasifikasikan pelayanan menjadi 2 yaitu pelayanan reguler dan pelayanan prioritas. Pelayanan reguler diberikan kepada nasabah reguler pada umumnya sedangkan pelayanan prioritas diberikan kepada nasabah prioritas. Nasabah prioritas sendiri merupakan nasabah yang memiliki jumlah simpanan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nasabah reguler pada umumnya. Oleh karena itu, Bank Tabungan Negara memberikan pelayanan yang berbeda dan istimewa kepada nasabah prioritas. Berdasarkan hasil yang sudah didapat maka dapat kita ketahui bahwa Bank Tabungan Negara menerapkan prosedur pelayanan yang memuaskan terutama bagi nasabah prioritas. Bank Tabungan Negara juga memberikan berbagai keuntungan dan program yang hanya dapat dinikmati oleh nasabah prioritas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur kinerja keuangan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2020-2022 dengan menggunakan prinsip value for money yang terdiri atas rasio ekonomis, rasio efisiensi, dan rasio efektivitas. Hasil dari peninjauan menunjukan bahwa laporan realisasi anggaran berdasarkan transaksi tersebut dapat terlihat kinerja keuangan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor setiap tahunnya ada yang mengalami kenaikan maupun penurunan jika diukur dengan rasio ekonomis, efisiensi, dan efektivitas. Kinerja keuangan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kabupaten Bogor dapat dikatakan baik karena sudah ekonomis dan efektif. Sarindah Wicaksana; 3) bagaimana upaya dalam mengatasi kendala penerapan saluran distribusi dan harga jual produk hidroponik pada PT. Sarindah Wicaksana. \u0000Hasil dari peninjauan ini yaitu : 1) PT. Sarindah Wicaksana menerapkan saluran distribusi tidak langsung dengan intensitas saluran distribusi intesif dan penerapan harga jual produk menerapkan penetapan harga jual berbasis biaya dan persaingan; 2) adanya kendala saluran distribusi yang dialami, terbukti dengan keterbatasan perusahaan dalam memenuhi kebuthan konsumen dan adanya kendala yang dialami dalam penerapan harga jual produk pada PT. Sarindah Wicaksana, dibuktikan dengan adanya persaingan serta perubahan harga yang tidak signifikan; 3) PT. Collateral is one of the most important things in lending because of its role as the second way out when the default of event occurs in a loan. Therefore, a division and special work procedures are needed to asses the feasibility of an object to be used as collateral. This review was conducted to find out the characteristics of assessable assets that can be financed and used as a collateral by PT. Pasar Dana Pinjaman, as well as to identify the collateral appraisal procedures by internal appraisal, and obstacles faced during the collateral appraisal process. The result of this review show that assets that can be used as collateral are non-movable tangible assets with marketable value, no over-financing, and free from disputes (can be legally bound). Considering the capacity of internal appraisal, collateral that can be appraised by the internal appraisal are those that meets the following criteria, which is total exposure below IDR 10 billion, located within a maximum radius of 30 km from the operational office, classified as a simple property, and there are no negative lists around them. Based on the results of the review of the collateral appraisal procedure by internal appraisal at PT. Pasar Dana Pinjaman, it can be conclude that the internal appraisal division has a systematic procedure in place which is include in the internal appraisal SOP and is in compliance with the standards set by MAPPI, from order acceptance to assessment report. Indonesia memiliki seperangkat aturan yang dengan peraturan tersebut bertujuan guna mengumpulkan dan mengelola pajak secara efektif dan efisien. PPh Pasal 23 adalah pajak yang yang dikenakan atas penghasilan yang diperoleh Wajib Pajak dalam negeri dan Bentuk Usaha Tetap yang berasal dari pemberian jasa, hadiah, royalti, dan sumber lain selain yang dipotong PPh Pasal 21. Pendapatan ini biasanya dihasilkan ketika terjadi transaksi antara pihak yang menerima uang (penjual atau penyedia layanan) dan pemasok pendapatan. PPh Pasal 23 akan dipotong dan dilaporkan ke kantor pajak oleh pemberi penghasilan (penyedia atau konsumen jasa). Sistem akuntansi bertujuan untuk memfasilitasi pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian informasi keuangan yang relevan dan akurat. Organisasi dalam sistem akutansi mencakup sistem dan prosedur yang ditetapkan untuk mengatur pengelolaan informasi keuangan. Tujuan dari peninjauan ini ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem dan prosedur pengeluaran kas yang diterapkan pada Institut Pertanian Bogor serta mengetahui pengendalian intern yang digunakan untuk mengawasi berjalannya sistem dan prosedur pengeluaran kas pada Insttitut Pertanian Bogor. Hasil dari tinjauan menunjukan bahwa sistem dan prosedur pengeluaran kas pada Institut Pertanian Bogor dibagi menjadi dua, yaitu pengeluaran kas menggunakan Cash Management System dan pengeluaran kas menggunakan dana kas kecil. Dokumen yang digunakan oleh keduanya hampir sama yaitu SPP, SPDM, RAB, SPTJM, dan SP2D. Catatan akuntansi yang digunakan Cash management system adalah jurnal dan buku besar sedangkan catatan akuntansi yang digunakan dana kas kecil adalah buku pembantu bank dan buku kas tunai. Fungsi yang terkait dalam proses pengeluaran kas adalah fungsi yang memerlukan pengeluaran kas, fungsi perbendaharaan, fungsi akuntansi, dan fungsi pengendalian anggaran dan perpajakan. Laporan yang dihasilkan dalam pengeluaran kas pada Institut Pertanian Bogor adalah laporan arus kas.Hasil evaluasi dari tinjauan ini menunjukan bahwa sistem dan prosedur pengeluaran kas pada Institut Pertanian Bogor sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip yang diperlukan. Pemisahan tugas, penggunaan dokumen yang dirancang dengan baik, dan proses otorisari yang dilakukan oleh pihak berwenang merupakan indikasi bahwa Institut Pertanian Bogor telah menerapkan sistem dan prosedur yang efektif dalam pengeluaran kas.
