This research method is descriptive, data is collected by questionnaire, data is analyzed by proportion technique. The results of this study found that students' perceptions of teacher teaching skills were quite good (79.99%) with details, a). the skills of opening and closing lessons are good (81.51%), b). questioning skills are quite good (79.78%), c). the skill of giving damage is quite good (83.02%), d). class management skills are classified as good (81.06%), e). expertise having variations is quite good (78.16%), f). explaining skills are quite good (79.94%), g). Skills in leading discussions are quite good (79.32%), h). small group teaching skills are quite good (78.68%). \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data atau informasi dan membahas tentang keterampilan dasar mengajar guru di SMA Negeri 1 Rambatan. Metode penelitian ini deskriptif, data dikumpulkan dengan angket, data di ananlisis dengan teknik persentase. The method of writing this Literature Review article is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Mendeley and other academic online media. The results of this Literature Review article are that: 1) The use of learning resources affects learning outcomes; 2) The school environment influences learning outcomes; and 3) School culture influences learning outcomes. Apart from these 3 exogenous variables, there are many other factors which influence learning outcomes including learning motivation, teacher competence, teacher communication, study discipline, classroom management, organizational climate, and self-management. \u0000Abstrak: Artikel literatur review faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik adalah artikel ilmiah yang bertujuan membangun hipotesis riset pengaruh antar variabel yang akan digunakan pada riset selanjutnya, dalam ruang lingkup ilmu pendidikan. Metode penulisan artikel Literature Review ini adalah dengan metode library risearch, yang  bersumber dari media online seperti Google Scholar, Mendeley dan media online akademik lainnya. Hasil artikel Literature Review ini adalah bahwa: 1) Pemanfaatan sumber belajar berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar; 2) Lingkungan sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar; dan 3) Budaya sekolah berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar. The variables tested in this study consist of leadership style and employee performance. This research method is a descriptive and verification method using a quantitative approach and is grouped in causal research. The population and sample in this study were 37 employees of Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Samples were determined using Saturated Sampling. The data used is primary data collected through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature. To measure the influence of these variables, simple linear regression and the coefficient of determination are used with the help of the SPSS 25 computer application program. Based on the results of data analysis using statistical methods, namely simple linear regression, the coefficient of determination (KD) is 56.9% with a value correlation coefficient of 0.755. Based on these results it can be concluded that leadership style has a positive effect on employee performance at Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit. \u0000Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung. Variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari gaya kepemimpinan, dan kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan menggunakann pendekatan kuantitatif serta dikelompokkan dalam penelitian kausal. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan Wisma Pendawa Ciumbuleuit Bandung sebanyak 37 karyawan. Sampel ditentukan dengan menggunakan Sampling Jenuh. Data yang di gunakan adalah data primer yang di kumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, angket (kuesioner), dan kepustakaan. Untuk mengukur besarnya pengaruh variabel tersebut di gunakan regresi linier sederhana dan koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan program aplikasi komputer SPSS 25. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan metode statistik yaitu regresi liner sederhana, di peroleh nilai koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 56,9% dengan nilai koefesien korelasi sebesar 0,755. The type used is classroom action research. Data collection techniques, namely observation and documentation, data collection tools using observation guidelines. The findings from research show that playing with congkak can improve children's numeracy skills in naming numbers from one to twenty, recognize the concept of numbers and number symbols, and classify the concepts of equal and unequal numbers, many and few. It is suggested to educators to be able to use the method of playing by using congkak in improving children's numeracy skills. \u0000Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan peningkatan kemampuan menyebutkan urutan bilangan satu sampai dua puluh, kemampuan mengenal konsep bilangan dan lambang bilangan, dan kemampuan mengelompokkan konsep bilangan sama dan tidak sama, banyak dan sedikit, dengan menggunakan congkak. Jenis yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu observasi dan dokumentasi, alat pengumpulan data menggunakan pedoman observasi. Temuan dari penelitian bahwa bermain dengan menggunakan congkak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung anak dalam menyebutkan urutan bilangan satu sampai dua puluh, mengenal konsep bilangan dan lambang bilangan, dan mengelompokkan konsep bilangan sama dan tidak sama, banyak dan sedikit.
