Mathematically this problem is modeled as 3D Navier-Stokes equations (NSE) for the fluid velocity components with the appropriate initial-boundary conditions. The study of the fluid flow over the bodies with the sharp edges is the important problem of Aerodynamics and Hydrodynamics. We admit that near the sharp edges the velocity components are non-smooth. By the methods of mathematical physics the bounded novel exact solutions are obtained for the specific pressure. The profile of the velocity is plotted by means of “Maplesoft”.","PeriodicalId":22540,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Physics","volume":"29 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-03-21","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"84887921","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The optimized structural parameters as well as derived lattice parameters are in consistent with other computational and achievable experimental results. The computed independent elastic constants confirm the mechanical stability of the investigated materials. The computed Poisson’s and Pugh’s ratios as well as Cauchy pressure, verify that FeMn0.67Re0.33P0.67Ga0.33 is the most ductile among the studied compounds. The calculated values of bulk modulus, shear modulus and Young’s modulus confirm high values of bond strength, hardness and stiffness of the investigated materials respectively. Therefore, the four compounds considered may be appropriate for industrial applications. The results report that FeMn0.67Re0.33P0.67Ga0.33 compound is more ductile and mechanically stable compared to other investigated compounds. This is the first qualitative computational prediction of the elastic properties of FeMnP0.67Ge0.33, FeMnP0.67Ga0.33, FeMn0.67Re0.33P0.67Ge0.33 and FeMn0.67Re0.33P0.67Ga0.33 compounds and this awaits experimental ratification. The calculated electronic density of states confirms that the Re_2p states are located in the conduction band (CB) in the unite cell while Re_3d dominate the CB in the supercell. Results from the doped compounds could not be compared with experimental or computational findings because to the best of our knowledge, this has not been done.","PeriodicalId":22540,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Physics","volume":"90 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2022-02-13","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"90640025","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This effect is verified by many photon-emission experiments. However, when researchers tried to measure the Doppler effect of electromagnetic waves reflected from a transversely moving surface, they obtained a null result. This paper presents a photon density theory to explain these mixed results. The theory can explain the relativistic phenomena predicted by the special relativity theory, as well as the negative results of transverse Doppler effect from rotating mirrors. Contrary to the prediction from the special relativity, the photon density theory suggests that the Doppler effect of light is asymmetric.","PeriodicalId":22540,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Physics","volume":"91 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-12-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80443010","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Memelèdje","doi":"10.12691/ijp-9-5-4","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.12691/ijp-9-5-4","url":null,"abstract":"In this study, we used calibrated annual Angstrom-Prescott (AP) coefficients of nine (9) weather stations in Cote d'Ivoire to formalize two general equations expressing them as a function of the latitude and altitude. The aim is formalizing the general equations of Angstrom-Prescott coefficients that can be used to increase the density of global horizontal irradiance. The Angstrom-Prescott coefficients thus obtained were compared with the values calibrated using the root mean square error (RMSE), the mean bias error (MBE), the mean absolute bias error (MABE), the NSE coefficient and the statistical t-test (t-stat) with the following results for coefficients a and b respectively: 0.00935143, -0.00042828, 0.00825164, 0.99734601, 0.12129825 and 0.00633772, -0.00017254, 0.00471422, 0.7653197, 0.072056623. To improve the estimation of coefficient a, we linked it to the coefficient b by a polynomial function of degree two. This equation led to a significant decrease in the absolute estimation error of coefficient a resulting in low values of RMSE and MABE. RMSE decreased from 0.00935143 to 0.00498464 and MABE decreased from 0.00825164 to 0.00346367. The low values of the statistical t-test (t-stat) (0.45735957 for a and 0.07205623 for b) for the two equations show that the model agrees well with the data. The good agreement between the annual Angstrom-Prescott coefficients estimated and calibrated also confirmed by high NSE coefficients (0.99924593 for a and 0.7653197 for b) recommends the use of this model in any site in Cote d'Ivoire to predict global horizontal irradiance.","PeriodicalId":22540,"journal":{"name":"The International Journal of Physics","volume":"9 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-09-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"88615825","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
