It identifies key aspects of the pedagogical principles of professional-applied physical train- ing of future officers and indicates the importance of this preparation for successful military activities in combat operations. The analysis of the educational programs of higher military education institutions highlights the issue of forming profession- al-applied physical training, as well as the gap between the components of it, which does not provide real physical readiness for service and combat missions.The purpose of the article is to study the pedagogical principles of professional-applied physical training of future officers through the analysis of literary sources and experience of professional training in the military field, using methods of modeling the conditions of combat activity.The complex of skills and abilities necessary for effective action in combat situations has been examined emphasizing that a high level of physical fitness and resilience to psycho-emotional difficulties are crucial for successful activity in extreme conditions.A complex of factors in the physical training of military higher educational students is considered and contains four key components: educational, motivation-value, practical-activity and physical. It has been established that successful improve- ment requires constant change in conditions, variability of training equipment and a scientifically based dosage of loads.The results of expert assessments of the physical training of higher military education students are analyzed, revealing a number of standard shortcomings, such as the absence of combat activity simulation situations and failure to take into account the specifics of military service. The importance of modernizing the content of the physical education program with a focus on modeling combat conditions is highlighted. The principle of an organic combination of physical training with training in future military activities, especially in professional-applied physical training, is highlighted. The analysis of the quality of training for graduates of military higher educational institutions highlights shortcomings in the current educational model aimed at assimilating a specific amount of information, and does not guarantee the achievement of the main goal of higher military education - the preparation of competent military specialists. The structure of the officer military-professional competence includes knowledge, skills and abilities in professional activity, as well as motives, interests, needs and personal qualities that determine the orientation of his personality. The research also revealed that important components include social, psychological, teamwork and general scientific competencies contributing to successful activities in various social groups and combat situations.Military-professional competence has been studied as a process of forming experience in mastering military-professional activities; special attention is paid to the characteristics of this competence, such as its scope and diversity, situational design, integration, individualization and others.The necessity of forming professional competence based on new principles is emphasized, taking into account the world integration processes and the role of a military specialist in the information world. Also it is highlighted that the military-professional competence of a graduate of a military institution is expressed in the combination of overall military preparedness and focus on military-professional activities. Based on the analysis of the works of foreign (Erik Erikson, C. Wright Mills, Carlo Ginzburg, Ronald A. Giere, William H. McNeill, Antonina Kloskowska) and Ukrainian (H. Belan, N. Dichek, M. Leshchenko, N. Lisovska-Muskieieva, M. Sydorov, O. Sukhomlynska) researchers, the article reveals the peculiarities of using the biographical approach, the sources and methods of studying the creative biography of the scientist.It is proved that at the end of the twentieth century, the biographical approach became widespread not only in psychology and sociology, but also in the literary, historical, historical and pedagogical fields. As a result of these transformations, a sepa- rate scientific field emerged – biography – the object of study of which was a prominent personality in the context of his or her various connections with society. The article substantiates the idea that biography as a separate scientific field has acquired an interdisciplinary status and is based on the methodology of the humanities (sociology, philosophy, psychology, history, literary studies, history of pedagogy, etc.).The use of a biographical approach allows for a greater contextual understanding of the issue. By studying individual bi- ographies, historians of education can gain a deeper understanding of the social, political and cultural contexts of a particular historical era. The formation of scholarly ideas and personal experiences is largely influenced by significant historical forces, so the study of biographies can help to reveal the cultural and social connections between educational definitions.The use of the biographical approach creates a holistic view of science that combines the intellectual, professional and personal aspects of scientific achievements, and provides a fundamental and critical analysis of the educational sphere. The biographical approach is a universal tool for studying Vasyl Loburets’ pedagogical personality. The course is intended for students majoring in Fire Safety, Fire Safety and Fire Fighting and Rescue Operations. The discipline is worth 3 ECTS credits and has 40 classroom hours, including 14 hours of lectures and 26 hours of practical classes. The course covers a wide range of topics, including the operation of firefighting equipment, vehicle maintenance, road safety, and the operation of firefighting equipment. The anonymous survey of offline cadets, which involved 97 respondents out of a total of 105, included an assessment of such parameters as the usefulness of the course for future service, the adequacy of the number of classroom hours, the logical structure of the course, the quality of teaching, the availability of the instructor for consultations, the effectiveness of the assessment system, etc. The survey results indicate a high assessment of the course’s usefulness for future service in the units of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU), which was expressed by 79.4% of participants. However, problems were identified with the availability of the lecturer for consultations and the instability of the OpenTEST 2.3.0 testing system, which led to difficulties in assessing students’ knowledge. The findings indicate the need to focus on the practical component of learning, improve the material and technical base for learning the subject, and change the assessment system. The respondents also suggested increasing the number of practical classes and improving the assessment system. It is noted that the main goal of national preschool education is to create favorable conditions for the personal development and creative self-realization of each child, the formation of his life competence, the development of a valuable attitude towards himself, family, people, nature, culture, and the world. It is emphasized that the family, in cooperation with preschool education institutions, has significant opportunities in forming the concept of a meaningful “family image” in preschoolers, the ways of parents’ implementation of the tasks of raising family values in children are presented. It is proven that the formation of family values in preschool children can be effective only if certain pedagogical conditions are observed, which are considered as a system of existing forms, methods, situations or material circumstances that have developed or subjectively created to achieve a specific pedagogical goal.For a more detailed explanation of the problem, the authors present the results of an experimental study conducted on the basis of preschool education institution № 46 «Bzhilka» (Bee) in Poltava. Factors were determined that made it possible to objectively assess the level of formation of family values among preschoolers, to compare the results before and after educational activities, and to draw conclusions as to how successful the formation of family values was in children of the age group. The course and results of the pedagogical experiment are revealed. The purpose of the research is to analyze and substantiate the scientific and theoretical foundations of the content of project-analytical activity and the development of project-analytical competence of future officers. The features of military-professional activ- ities are analyzed, where specific requirements for military specialists are imposed. Project-analytical activity is defined as a key element that ensures the effectiveness of other activities of military specialists. It is emphasized that project-analytical competence of future officers includes integrative qualities and skills necessary for the analysis and design of the results of military-professional training.Project-analytical competence of military officers includes various aspects, such as attitude to information, critical think- ing, information-analytical knowledge, skills and abilities. Project-analytical activity and competence are considered as the basis of military training, contributing to the development of personal qualities of future officers, such as analytical thinking, attentiveness, creativity and responsibility. It is emphasized that military specialists must be capable of navigating the informa- tion space and actively participating in its formation.The research defines the structure of the officer project-analytical activities, including the subject, motives, purpose and means, conditions of organization and implementation and results. The authors emphasize that the process of preparing future officers for project- analytical activity in the system of military-professional education includes successive stages: moti- vational and target, theoretical and analytical, practical and professional, military-specialized training.
