It was aimed at analyzing the state of the administrative tasks of new students entering the program in a university institution in Cartagena (Colombia) during 2022 and 2023. This research was conducted from a mixed approach of descriptive scope involving quantitative techniques and instruments, EFECO self-report test, and qualitative through the focus group technique. The data processed allowed for the identification of the profiles of executive functions in the sample examined. These results point to the need for reinforcement that students should strengthen their emotional skills for planning, initiative, and working memory training. The data analysis pointed to a tendency to procrastinate and need to remember what they have learned after completing the assessments. The evidence suggests that students are conditioned to put their executive functions into action and in specific situations. The study focuses on education, specifically on the importance and influence of financial and accounting knowledge in people's lives. The central objective of the research is to assess the implementation of radio education as a solution to overcome this educational gap. A qualitative research methodology was used, including literature review, analysis of successful cases in other countries, and evaluation of the experience as a case. The most relevant findings highlight the benefits of radio education in access to accounting education in rural areas and its contribution to acquiring fundamental knowledge to improve their economic and personal activities. This quantitative study aimed to describe the social reality of the indigenous women from the Campo Mirella Minor Council, part of the San Andrés de Sotavento indigenous reserve in Córdoba and Sucre, with a focus on economic and educational aspects. Moreover, it underscores the challenges and barriers these women encounter in these fields. According to the obtained results, it became evident that indigenous women play a pivotal role within their communities. They not only take care of their families and territories, but also preserve cultural legacies and ancestral traditions. However, due to the lack of opportunities and a historical context of discrimination, these women face ethnic inequalities in both work and education. These constraints hinder their personal, familial, and territorial growth, perpetuating existing disparities when compared to other social groups. The transition to virtualization requires the identification of strengths and weaknesses of guidance offices or departments for managing virtual psychoeducational guidance services. This paper presents the results of an empirical study carried out in the Psychoeducational Office of the Universidad de Cienfuegos, which demonstrated the conditions for the development of the guidance process mediated by technologies. Based on observations, interviews, surveys, document review, and triangulation of results, the human and material resources available to the office and the level of preparation of managers and collaborators to carry out the process were determined, as well as potential users and guidance demands in accordance with their interaction contexts. Such growth enables the acquisition of new customers as well as significant financing. In turn, it generates favorable profits for the company and contributes to the organization's prosperity and development. Therefore, the objective was aimed at determining the business growth in relation to the profitability of a commercial MSE in Arequipa, during the period 2018-2022. The research was structured as a quantitative, basic, descriptive, non-experimental, correlational, and cross-sectional study. Thus, the relationship is evidenced by the Pearson's statistic through business development and economic profitability, under a 0.02 error. This achieved a high correlation of 0.845, indicating that if business development increases exponentially or is high, economic profitability also increases directly. Meanwhile, the internal factor shows a medium correlation of 0.596, with an error level of 0.040 regarding financial profitability.
