Information was collected through documentary and hermeneutic research methods, in which interpretation and critical analysis prevail, followed by the study of relevant bibliographic references on these topics. The results were triangulated with the answers from the artificial intelligence chat (ChatGPT 3.5) in Spanish. It was found that there are significant differences between human beings, transhuman, and artificial intelligence, generating different ethical and spiritual-transcendent dilemmas today, which can make the intelligent machine a danger to humanity. Concepts such as singularity, autonomy, conscience, decision-making, and freedom, among others, allow us to glimpse the difference between the programmed, automated machine with certain functionality and human autonomy. It is concluded that not everything techno-scientifically possible is ethically acceptable, nor is it possible to equate the intelligent machine programmed by algorithms with human beings capable of self-awareness, self-determination, thinking about their existence, and being aware of their uniqueness, among other vital differences.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"44 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507997","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a quantitative, non-experimental, transectional, and correlational study, with a probabilistic sample carried out with an ad hoc instrument validated by experts. The SEM structure established allows us to consider that innovating in the tangible elements of the service and in those that improve the empathy of the service generate positive impacts on the SFOBS, especially the size of the company by revenue. Likewise, the different intervening factors are interrelated, generating a synergy of business survival.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"11 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140508777","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Under the theoretical need to know the entrepreneurship of Venezuelan migrants in Mexico, the general objective was to describe Venezuelan migrant entrepreneurship in Mexico. The study was approached from the constructivist paradigm and the ethnographic approach, which allowed a deep knowledge of migrant entrepreneurship to be analyzed from the Theories of Social Sciences. The data were collected through semi-structured interviews guided during direct field observation from a non-probabilistic intentional sample of eight Venezuelan migrant entrepreneurs established in Mexico. The selection parameters responded to the availability of the participants; the data were reviewed through an iterative analysis based on constant observations, thus guaranteeing methodological integrity. Indeed, there are remarkable coincidences between the results and the literature review. It was identified that Venezuelan migrants have ventures by opportunity, which are successful in the Mexican context, providing them with multiple opportunities to develop their competencies and even overcome difficulties.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"12 10","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507314","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thus, they are based on family, school, and community education, which they may have throughout their lives. This prerogative explains that, in contemporary pedagogical practices, educational guidance is incorporated as a quality condition, which rests on the influence that educators can exert in their guidance role or the professional specialized in this educational area. In this sense, the epistemological debate on this topic opens the possibility of analyzing this discipline from a science, technology, and society approach. Therefore, the objective was to characterize the challenges that, from the configuration, methodological, practical, theoretical structure, educational orientation has today. For this, the study was based on the reflection of the authors of some readings that, due to the relevance in the authorship or the delimitation of the objectives, were essential to reach conclusions. In this way, it is evident that educational orientation must be understood as a quality factor of education.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"46 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507845","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Traffic is falling sharply, and many stores have been closed for good. Consequently, the final objective of this research is to have a software tool for decision-making that allows the establishment of intelligent marketing strategies. The chosen software resource is an Intelligent Decision Support System (IDSS). This paper describes the conceptual design of a generalized IDSS that will improve the commercial turn of Bahia's micro-center. Artificial intelligence is included in the data collection and analysis and in an optimizer that employs a predictive genetic algorithm. Among the innovative contributions of this study, the combination of predictive and prescriptive analytics is highlighted as a valuable tool to address the non-trivial task of optimizing the urban commercial turn. This IDSS can evaluate and categorize hypothetical scenarios, providing clues about their economic feasibility and desirability. It is the first tool in our region aimed at reorganizing physical stores to sustain jobs in the sector.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"2 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140508629","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This includes the formation of citizenship skills that students must possess in order to train the professionals of the future. To measure civic engagement in university students, three Latin American higher education institutions joined forces. These were the Universidad de los Andes (Colombia), the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (Chile), and the Tecnológico de Monterrey (Mexico); through these joint efforts, a citizenship laboratory was created. This article was descriptive in scope, and the general objective was to describe the state of citizenship skills in university students. The methodology consisted of formulating an instrument, specifically a survey, which integrated 42 items; it was divided into socioemotional, citizenship and global skills. Subsequently, the data were processed using the statistical program R. The most relevant findings are that there is an area of opportunity, especially in terms of their participation in student organizations, in order to exploit their abilities as much as possible.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"52 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507722","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At the Corporación Universitaria Minuto de DIOS - UNIMINUTO, specifically in the ILVIC (Infancias, Lecturas y Vida Cotidiana, 2023) seedbed, a group of students and teachers used this work method with children from the Fundación de Cristo Rey, in the city of Bogotá. The class sessions revealed processes of teaching reading to infants between eight months and four years of age. The exercises were worked with disruptive and fraternal pedagogical purposes, concomitance with a participatory action-research methodology with a qualitative approach. This allowed students and teachers to systematize their practices through the instruments applied in the various class workshops. This diversified knowledge broadened the possibilities of teaching children's literature and forked paths in forming readers from childhood.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"1 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140507151","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Are they compatible if we seek, in these terms, quality in education? In the literature, there are terms on quality linked to education; however, quality is a score on a standardized test. On the other hand, they treat the school from the point of view of the business world, where success is attributed to academic performance, confusing quality in education with the necessary structural and material conditions. The importance of this article lies in exposing this disjunctive, which was approached theoretically, presenting an inquiry-type research that allowed us to reflect on this correlation. The results showed a latent distance between evaluative processes and standardized tests oriented toward summative evaluations. It is concluded that education and, in particular, evaluation has become a lucrative business whose purpose is to make comparisons between individuals with specific and, on several occasions, unique characteristics, measuring the student body without a value in the object to be measured.","PeriodicalId":224276,"journal":{"name":"Región Científica","volume":"53 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-15","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140506950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As a territory of identity, the Recôncavo is home to niches for social movements and diverse communities. With their bodies, educational actions, and cultures, they develop actions ranging from the preservation of heritage to the struggle for natural spaces for cultural survival, acting together with the state apparatus to preserve and protect the environment. Methodologically, a bibliographic review was carried out with a study of education, environment, and physical education; as a result, new reflections that may help society preserve the environment with sustainability are proposed. The main results point to strengthening institutional and community configurations, the visualization of collectives and minority groups, and the generation of democratic platforms for change based on the dialogue between different knowledge and world visions.
