The new algorithm resolves the limitations of the original algorithm that uses only 3 membership functions for all features to fine the appropriate function for each feature. Each feature of the dataset is pre-processed by a new approach to clustering automatically. The Neuro-fuzzy classification models for each dataset is created in accordance with the number of clusters have been divided for each feature. In order to be appropriate functioning in the Neuro-fuzzy structure, a new algorithm has been adapted to use the binary instead of the bipolar as original algorithm. Thirteen datasets were used to test the performance of the proposed algorithm. The average accuracy calculated from the 10-fold cross validation found that this method can increase performance of the already proof high accuracy Neuro-fuzzy for classification.","PeriodicalId":224049,"journal":{"name":"The 4th Joint International Conference on Information and Communication Technology, Electronic and Electrical Engineering (JICTEE)","volume":"43 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128605007","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The resulting model has been found to be analytical expressions in terms of physical level variables of MOSFET. Furthermore, it has been verified by using 65 nm level BSIM4 based benchmarks as highly accurate with smaller than 10% average percentages of errors. Hence, this research gives an efficient mathematical tool to the statistical and variability aware analysis and design of subthreshold MOSFET based RF circuits, systems and applications.","PeriodicalId":224049,"journal":{"name":"The 4th Joint International Conference on Information and Communication Technology, Electronic and Electrical Engineering (JICTEE)","volume":"47 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126818836","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Even though increasing driving concentration might be a good solution for this issue, wrong detection would still practically be an essential factor decreasing driver's visual performance. Furthermore, loss of driving vision could cause car accidents. This research intends to reduce wrong detection in means of false positive and negative using methods based on an embedded system. Two techniques including HSV and the magnitude of vector are implemented to find the warning threshold of dangerous headlight glare with the least possible false positive and negative detection.","PeriodicalId":224049,"journal":{"name":"The 4th Joint International Conference on Information and Communication Technology, Electronic and Electrical Engineering (JICTEE)","volume":"43 2","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132879356","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper is a model to be applied to other areas. In this system, the communication between LED Blinking and camera consists of transmitter and receiver. Transmitter is a microcontroller to control LED for blinking pattern one pattern for one identity of object and save in database. Receiver consists of camera to detect LED blinking by image processing. When detecting LED blinking receive code for identity of object then get code to check identity with database. The proposed circuit is very simple comprise of single CCCCTA and has 2 grounded capacitors without external passive resistor. It is suitable for integrated circuit implementation. Furthermore, the proposed circuit can be electrically tuned for oscillation condition and frequency. The output current is high impedances which is easy for driving or cascading to load. The PSPICE simulation is used to verify the performance of the proposed circuit. The simulation results of proposed circuit are accordance with the theoretical anticipation.","PeriodicalId":224049,"journal":{"name":"The 4th Joint International Conference on Information and Communication Technology, Electronic and Electrical Engineering (JICTEE)","volume":"57 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2014-03-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125849209","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
