This way leaders motivate their employees to pursue their individual goals and work for the goals of the organization simultaneously. Transformational leaders use their power to support others (Khurosani, 2018). Previous studies claimed that transformational leadership facilitate cooperation and mutual support among employees (Burns, 1978). We also know from previous studies that perceived social support is correlated with the experience of psychological security (Mallinckrodt, Wei, 2005). A total of 300 respondents from different Hungarian organizations participated in the study. We used an anonymous online questionnaire, measuring demographic questions, and a scale measuring psychological safety of the employees, Team Learning and Psychological Safety Survey (Edmondson,1999). As part of the research, we created a new Hungarian questionnaire, which is able to measure different leadership style patterns, such as transformational leadership style. Participants were asked to evaluate their immediate superior’s leadership style on these scales. Statistical analyses show that transformational leadership style correlates positively with the psychological safety among employees. Analyses regarding the reliability and validity of the new leadership questionnaire show promising results and suggest that in the future this tool can be used also is research and in the organization development context. This paper highlights the relationship between transformational leadership style and psychological safety among employees. On Linear A (LA) tablets mathematical data were written in the Common Kartvelian language. The vast bulk of LA signs are graphically and phonetically identical to those of Mycenaean Linear B and the Cypriot syllabic scripts. The problem of the language of LA inscriptions has long remained unsolved, because it was supposed that the language and its culture no longer existed. The meanings of the LA inscriptions remained unidentified, and the LA tablets were declared to be written in an unknown dead language. The LA word for addition ku-ro is especially interesting and important. „The meaning of one Linear A word is certain: ku-ro is the word which introduces totals, and must mean something like ‘total’ or ‘so much’. If we could find such a word in a known language, the problem of Linear A might be solved “(J. Chadwick). The word ku-ro denoting arithmetic operation of addition, also the word kiro/*ki-lo (subtraction, lessening) are attested in all Kartvelian dialects: Georgian, Megrelian, Laz and Svan, which is shown in detail in the text of the paper. Phonemic sequences of root+suffixal morphemes *kur-o(j) and *kir-o(j)/*kil-o(j) are the canonical forms of Common Kartvelian. It is shown that the sequence root+suffix is regulated by the principle of monovocalism in Kartvelian dialects. To investigate the concept of CSR in UAE, this paper primarily draws on secondary sources including extant literature on CSR practices, government reports, industry reports, companies’ CSR/sustainability reports, newspaper articles, and publications of international agencies. The findings of this paper reveal that the concept of CSR is relatively underdeveloped in UAE. There is a general perception among community expectations and business practitioners in UAE that CSR relates to altruism or philanthropic activities. However, only few large local companies and multinational enterprises hold a well-defined CSR policy. Small and medium enterprises limit their CSR engagement to comply with codes of conduct set by foreign purchasers. The discussion in this paper is based on the secondary data; therefore, the empirical research is needed to validate the findings of this study. Further, this research presents a generic reflection about how CSR is practiced and perceived in UAE community expectations. The main aim of the research was to show how selected socioeconomic factors contribute to selected health characteristics of elderly living in the Czech Republic. The data for the analysis were obtained within the INTERCOST project reg. n. LTC18066 and entitled “Social exclusion in the elderly 65+ living in the home environment in the Czech Republic”. Data were collected in the Czech Republic at the beginning of 2020. The total number of respondents was 1172, it was a representative quota sample of senior 65+ from the elderly population living in the Czech Republic. Pearson Chisquare test and Adjusted residue analysis were used for processing of selected analyzes. It is evident that selected aspects of subjective perception of health (whether overall, physical or psychical) are closely related to income, subjective evaluation of social status, age and other parameters. It is evident that Czech elderly who had a good social status at working age (on a ten-degree scale of 5.5 to 10) are satisfied with their income, housing and health. Thus, socioeconomic inequalities manifest themselves significantly in the lowest income categories, at the lowest levels of the social ranking, which include, in particular, people with basic education practicing manual professions. If this method is combined with arts, it will lead to an improvement of learning. Because of the imagination generated by the arts, especially the visual ones. For example, a student gives an oral presentation about a painting made with kinds of shells, then gives an idea of how it is originated. Or he writes a report on the rainbow, its colors and its effect on the soul This kind of integration leads to a great interaction of the student with the lesson because the sciences and humanities in general are characterized by a degree of rigidity. While arts rise a world of imagination that leads to creativity. This combination of content and arts also provides an environment of comfort in the classroom away from tension and emotion imposed by the repeated traditional curricula in schools. It also provides the student with the opportunity of self-learning of a language. As he expresses in his own style an activity that he implemented himself.
