Through the mathematical analysis of the control and protection strategies of PMSG-based wind turbine, it is known that the DC rated voltage of the wind turbine, the modulation ratio of the grid side converter ( GSC) , the DC bus overvoltage protection setting, the wind turbine overvoltage protection setting and its action strategy are the main factors affecting the temporary overvoltage of the system. In addition, the type of reactive power compensation and configuration are also the factors influencing the temporary overvoltage of the system. PSCAD / EMTDC is used to verify the above factors. The results show that the relative control and protection strategies of PMSG- based wind turbine should be considered in the calculation of the temporary overvoltage.","PeriodicalId":223198,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)","volume":"50 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122842906","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In this paper, ATP-EMTP simulation software is used to build the traveling wave transmission and attenuation model of 10kV distribution network cable. The relationship between traveling wave frequency parameters, time-domain parameters and transmission distance is studied respectively. Finally, the influence of different factors on traveling wave positioning results is analyzed. The results show that the parameters such as the amplitude ratio and the head time ratio of the traveling wave have a quadratic function relationship with the transmission distance. The initial traveling wave head, wave tail time and transmission distance have some influence on the location results, while the fault transition resistance has little effect on the location results.","PeriodicalId":223198,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)","volume":"88 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"114298085","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Meanwhile, when the input features are selected, the influences of historical load, temperature, time interval and type of date are fully considered, so the accuracy of the short-term load forecasting model is further improved. The experimental result shows that the proposed short-term load forecasting model has a higher accuracy than the QPSO-RELM model and the common RELM model. Besides, it can better reflect the changeable trend of the daily load curve, which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed predictive model.","PeriodicalId":223198,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)","volume":"19 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"128805666","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

So the research and the identification, which are about the induction lightning stroke transient coupling characteristics of the substation secondary side equipment, have the great significance in transient protection and improvement of its reliability. This paper simulates the transient process which is arising from the of the induction lightning stroke impact to the substation secondary side cable using the laboratory equipment, analyzes the transient radiation signal which is arising from the induction lightning stroke impact coupling the shielded cable, and proposes a recognition of the induction lightning stroke based on wavelet packet energy spectrum characteristics entropy. Decompose the monitored transient disturbance signal into the reconstruction signals of different frequency bands by wavelet transform, construct high-band and low-band wavelet energy feature vector by wavelet energy spectrum method, and use it as the input of the recognition system. Health index (HI) is developed to estimate the health condition. According to the characteristics of transformer, core dynamic parameters that can represent the transformer state are selected to calculate the health index: load, oil chromatography, partial discharge, infrared detection, grounding current of core and vibration. The transformer state is comprehensively evaluated from the perspectives of transformer thermal, electrical, mechanical and load. Then the transformer data is divided into different levels and parts, so multi-parameter statistical analysis is carried on. With the tool of statistical product and service solutions (SPSS), the relationship between the parameters is studied and weight is assigned. Based on contribution analysis, a health evaluation model is put forward. Public factor analysis is an approach to determine the relevance of each variable as well as the influence of diagnostic results on HI. Results obtained by multivariate analysis are also provided to demonstrate the validity and feasibility of assessment model.","PeriodicalId":223198,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)","volume":"35 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126670805","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

More and more distributed power sources and electric vehicles are connected to the microgrid, at the same time, load capacity and load types are also increasing. It is impossible for the original microgrid to support the new load demand. This paper analyzes the economic benefits of microgrid planning, and proposes a multi-objective optimization method for the contradiction between load fluctuations and economic benefits caused by charging of electric vehicles. Through the multi-objective weighted fuzzy programming method, a multi-objective planning model for microgrids with orderly charging of electric vehicles under comprehensive constraints is established to coordinate microgrid planning. Finally, an example validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed multi-objective planning model for balancing economics and load fluctuations, and studies the influence of the interaction between the microgrid and grid on the optimal configuration.","PeriodicalId":223198,"journal":{"name":"2020 5th Asia Conference on Power and Electrical Engineering (ACPEE)","volume":"68 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121153675","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
