Collaborative filtering recommendation is one of the most popular methods among the E-commerce system, but it still remains some problems, such as “cold start” and “data sparse”. At the same time, more and more users registering on make the real-time and expansibility of a system hard to be kept. In the paper, according to a series of problems, such as “data sparse” and bad “real-time” caused by a large number of registering users, we propose a new approach combining the clustering algorithm with SVD algorithm which is widely used in the domain of image-processing into collaborative filtering algorithm. Firstly, we classify the users by using the attributes of them. Then we decompose the rating matrix with the SVD algorithm and reunion them into new rating matrix to calculate the similarity between each pair of users. At last, we take advantage of the similarity to find the nearest neighbors in the collaborative filtering recommendation and predict the ratings of the items to make the recommendation. Our experiments show that the approach cannot only improve the “cold start” and “data sparse” problems but also increase the efficiency and scalability of a system.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"42 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129352239","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Texture data needs to be transferred between the main memory and video memory occupying the system bus, it causes memory can not to be accessed by CPU and idling in this transfer process, affects system real-time performance. Large texture transmission granularity will result in intermittent rendering pause. To improve the situation, this paper presents a novel approach to execute prefetching algorithm of instruction (data) before transferring texture data, even if the system bus to be occupied in texture during transmission, CPU can also be running within relatively longer time depending the instruction (data) cache, while solving the problem of screen rendering intermittent pause.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"67 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127036578","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Independent supplier (such as manufacturer) and customer (such as retailer) manage some capital-intensive knowledge resources response to OCR shared among them. These knowledge resources operate somewhat in isolation to serve their own consumers and provide services for their consumers, but in close coordination with each other to ensure effective use of resources are shared. Typical examples of collaborative decision making integration are these cooperative knowledge creation problems in supply chain. In this paper we analysis how important OCR to be the channel of consumers' need in supply chain collaboration, then we modeled the collaborative decision-making for knowledge creation with OCR as a Stackelberg leader-follower game and finally we find that, (1) leader with OCR marginal revenue must be greater than follower with OCR marginal revenue to be build and maintain the supply chain collaborative knowledge creation relationship; (2) OCR can improve to get more profit than without it in collaborative.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129921049","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

As the concept of role orientation becomes more widely accepted, there have already been some role-modeling approaches and description languages of role orientation. This paper summarizes the characteristics and the weakness of the methods mentioned above, and presents an intuitive, vivid, flexible, and highly scalable process description language for role orientation. This language adopts a modular and component-oriented approach which lowers the coupling degree between the process modules and provides a new methodology for future process description.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"155 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132268665","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is a method of assisting in clinical decision making by using the most relevant research evidence to answer clinical questions. Complete Blood Count (CBC) is one of the most commonly ordered blood test that could be done within minutes and is mostly used as a basis for further testing. Therefore, CBC could be used as a base to quickly diagnose a patient and later on, use external clinical evidence from systematic research to further diagnose the patient. This paper proposes the development of a clinical decision support system (CDSS) to assist physicians in evidence based practice. The system will be able to provide the list of external evidence (electronic medical journals) for each type of generated probable disease. Usability and user acceptance testing were conducted with a group of physicians and medical students. This study reveals some usability issues of the system and significant improvements that are required to improve the accuracy of the system in generating probable hematological disorder.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"80 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"122221120","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The error correcting codes are widely used in IR, which can also be seen as error correction. But it proved that this approach contains deleting the leaked information in practical applications. Error coding is not always a guarantee of the reconciliation. It only require of the data's consistency and security. In this paper, Author proposed an improvement scheme of LDPC code on the property of reconciliation and performed some number simulations to evaluate that method. It's shown that this method would achieve a higher efficiency than the original algorithm. However, in most organization, new software is now created by integrating functionality from existing software and components or by implementing packaged software. In such cases, it makes little sense to specify requirements in terms of what the software should do - the functionality is already defined in this software. Rather, we argue that it is more appropriate to consider the software requirements from a misalignments perspective - what functions software provides and who needs that functions to do their job and what misalignments between software functions and users' needs. To explore this area, we study cases of packaged software (PS) implementation in two software development companies. Our research design follows an interpretive approach, in which analysis was undertaken using an inductive approach. From an analysis of the cases, we induced a theoretical model explaining the requirement engineering practices (REP) for PS implementation.","PeriodicalId":223115,"journal":{"name":"2013 IEEE 4th International Conference on Software Engineering and Service Science","volume":"6 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2013-05-23","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"121701171","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
