Cotton field composition is complex and the presence of occlusion and illumination makes it hard to accurately identify furrows so as to extract the navigation line. In this paper, a new field navigation path extraction method based on horizontal spline segmentation is presented. Firstly, the color image in RGB color space is pre-processed by the OTSU threshold algorithm to segment the binary image of the furrow. The cotton field image components are divided into four categories: furrow (ingredients include land, wilted leaves, etc.), cotton fiber, other organs of cotton and the outside area or obstructions. By using the significant differences in hue and value of the HSV model, the authors segment the threshold by two steps. Firstly, they segment cotton wool in the S channel, and then segment the furrow in the V channel in the area outside the cotton wool area. In addition, morphological processing is needed to filter out small noise area. Secondly, the horizontal spline is used to segment the binary image. The authors detect the connected domains in the horizontal splines, and merger the isolate small areas caused by the cotton wool or light spots in the nearby big connected domains so as to get connected domain of the furrow. Thirdly, they make the center of the bottom of the image as the starting point, and successively select the candidate point from the midpoint of the connected domain, according to the principle that the distance between adjacent navigation line candidate is smaller. Finally, the authors count the number of the connected domains and calculate the change of parameters of boundary line of the connected domain to make sure whether the robot reaches the outside of the field or encounters obstacles. If there is no anomaly, the navigation path is fitted by the navigation points using the least squares method. Experiments prove that this method is accurate and effective, which is suitable for visual navigation in the complex environment of a cotton field in different phases.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int. However, due to large scale and distributed processing architecture and other characteristics of cloud computing, the traditional recommendation techniques which are applied directly to the cloud computing environment will be faced with low recommendation precision, recommended delay, network overhead and other issues, leading to a sharp decline in performance recommendation. To solve these problems, the authors propose a personalized recommendation collaborative filtering mechanism RAC in the cloud computing environment. The first mechanism is to develop distributed score management strategy, by defining the candidate neighbors (CN) concept screening recommended greater impact on the results of the project set. And the authors build two stage index score based on distributed storage system, in order to ensure the recommended mechanism to locate the candidate neighbor. They propose collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm based on the candidate neighbor on this basis (CN-DCF). The target users are searched in candidate neighbors by the nearest neighbor k project score. And the target user's top-N recommendation sets are predicted. The results show that in the cloud computing environment RAC has a good recommendation accuracy and efficiency recommended.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Inf. Technol. However, for many nonlinear and lagging objects, the parameter tuning of PID controller is very important. Genetic algorithm provides a new way to optimize the parameters of PID. It uses simple coding techniques and propagation mechanisms to express complex phenomena, which is not restricted by the restriction of the search space. In this paper, the global optimization of genetic algorithm is used to optimize the parameters of PID, which can improve the performance and adaptive capability of PID controller. The mathematical model of the electric cylinder system is established, and the PID controller based on genetic algorithm is used to control the system. The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed control algorithm.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int. J. Inf. Technol. One is how to let the audit rules sent fast to the entire network, the other is the Internet records data transmission of audit nodes among each other. The above two issues are related to the broadcasting of network news and the large-scale data transmission. This article mainly carries on the thorough research on large-scale data transmission and proposes the approach of large-scale data transmission, and puts forward its application method in the distributed network content audit system. For the large-scale data transmission, the main idea to realize it is by dividing the large-scale data into blocks and combining with various transmission routes to transmit. In this paper, the main methods of the current large-scale data transmission are analyzed and the shortcomings are summarized. Based on the algorithm of task allocation in the reference of grid computing, the large-scale data transmission algorithm is put forward based on node performance. This transmission algorithm uses APDG broadcasting algorithm to find relay nodes, and by judging the performance of the relay nodes, segments different size data blocks to the relay nodes for forwarding. The experimental results show that the large-scale data transmission algorithm based on node performance, compared with the current large-scale data transmission algorithm, has better flexibility and transmission performance.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int. The authors present a solution for semantic reconciliation based on RDF and related semantic web technologies. As part of the solution, the authors utilize a centralized repository of ontologies to: uniformly interrogate the medical coding systems in which those terms are defined, extract all of their published synonyms, and save the results as RDF triples. The final step in the process is to employ a reasoner to infer non-explicit synonymy among those terms, hence evidencing the underlying semantics to the PHR and EMR systems for possible further processing.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int.
