However, the existing cache work lacks the comprehensive consideration of users and content, resulting in low cache hit ratio and low accuracy of the whole system. In this paper, the authors propose a collaborative caching model that considers both user request content and content prediction, so as to improve the caching performance of the whole network. Firstly, the model uses the clustering algorithm based on Akike information criterion to cluster users. Then, combined with the clustering results, echo state network is used as the machine learning framework to predict the content. Finally, the cache contents are selected according to the prediction results and cached in the cache unit of the small base station. Simulation results show that compared with the existing cache algorithms, the proposed method has obvious improvement in cache hit ratio, accuracy, and recall rate.","PeriodicalId":222340,"journal":{"name":"Int. The results are similar and consistent, and the role of agricultural mechanization and informatization services in the three stages of rice planting—harvesting, plowing, and sowing—is significant. It targets both expert and novice users. It aims to assist the user in understanding the different aspects of the linguistic domain and ease the process of proposing lingware applications. LingFramework is based on a multilingual linguistic domain ontology called LingOnto. It allows (1) representing linguistic data, linguistic processing functionalities and linguistic processing features, and (2) reasoning, via a SWRL-based reasoning engine, about the linguistic knowledge. Currently, it covers English, French, and Arabic languages. To facilitate the interaction with LingOnto, an ontology visualization tool called LingGraph is proposed. It offers an easy-to-use interface for users not familiar with ontologies. It provides a SPARQL pattern-based approach to allow a smart search interaction functionality. LingFramework is applied to assist the user in identifying valid linguistic processing pipelines related to lingware applications. The adoption of e-learning for kindergarten children is a challenging key for design and development that must be involved in parental care during the use of e-learning. This research aims to design and evaluate a digital learning English system based on a web application for kindergarten students who require additional attention from instructors and parents. The study investigates students' learning achievement and end-user perceptions based on the extended technology acceptance model. The results contribute and confirm a significant positive to technology adoption of the digital teaching and learning framework by offering real-time learning, assessments, achievement records, and learning session activities using web applications on mobile. Fog computing takes the cloud closer to users, decreasing the latency and allows the deployment of new delay-sensitive appliances. An important feature of a fog-cloud network is the process of decision-making on assigning the resources to execute the tasks of application. This paper aims to propose a resource allocation strategy for fog computing that determines the effective process under the consideration of the objectives that includes the constraints like credibility score, concurrency, price affordability and task time computation. Moreover, the credibility score is determined based on the execution efficiency, Service response rate, access reliability and Reboot rate. Based on the extracted features, we propose a method to predict the presence or absence of harmful categories. In addition, the authors believe that it is possible to analyze users who incite others by combining this method with research on analyzing the personality of the speaker from statements on social networking sites. The results confirmed that the proposed method can judge the possibility of harmful comments with higher accuracy than simple dictionary-based models or models using a distributed representations of words. This brings more efficiency and accuracy, which benefits the outsiders while human interaction reduces. There is a big challenge in data storage after payment in the e-commerce application. Blockchain presents an appropriate platform for the distributed data storage; it also protects the data from outsiders. The authors create blocks that check and record each transaction that took place in the e-commerce application. Blockchain is going to protect the user's privacy from outsiders/banks that are being violated. The authors deliver this research in this paper in terms of the method with detailed design and full implementation. The information gathered to make these predictions includes the user's friends, tags, tweets, language spoken, ID, etc. Based on these features, the authors trained their models using supervised learning methods. The machine learning-based approach used for this purpose is the k-nearest neighbor approach. This approach is by and large used to decrease the dimensionality of the information alongside its feature space. K-nearest neighbor classifier is normally utilized in arrangement-based situations to recognize and distinguish between a few parameters. By using this, the features of the central user's non-friends were compared. The friends and communities of a user are likely to be very different from any other user. The present research begins with analyzing varied educational data mining and machine learning techniques that helps in assessing the data fetched form PISA. It’s elucidated that XGBoost stands out to be the ideal most machine learning technique for achieving the desired results. Subsequently, the parameters have been optimized using the hyper parameter tuning techniques and implemented on the XGBoost Regressor algorithm. Resultant there is low error rate and higher level of predictive ability using the machine learning algorithms which assures better predictions using the PISA data.
