By LED irradiation, the information of inner wall is detected by CCD camera, which is small view field and large focal length. Then, CCD camera conveys the inner wall information to the computer, by image processing, distinct image is got. Lactic acid bacteria is isolated and identified by the colony morphology observation, the mycelium morphology, sugar alcohol fermentation tests and various physiological and biochemical test, the result showed that the Lactic acid bacteria were respectively belonged to seven strains. In order to obtain the most suitable strains for the producing fermented meat, acidifying rate, the properties including the tolerance to sodium chloride and nitrite, optimization growth temperatures, proteolysis and lipolysis activities were studied. A fan-beam antenna is achieved by 13 elements conventional planar monopole array antenna. This concept is performed by combining planar monopole antenna as an array and non-parasitic L-shaped reflector. This array element has an Omnidirectional pattern and these characteristics are allowed to control the antenna H-plane 3 dB beam-widths for the desired angle by grounded reflector shape. The antenna input impedance matching bandwidth is approximately 1550–2550 MHz when simulated. The antenna has broad band input impedance band width, good radiation patterns and proper peak gains in DECT, 3G and 4G bands. A comprehensive architecture concerning above three factors is constructed by jointly applying IEC 61850 and IEC 61499 mechanism. Different roles and iteraction of the three parts are analyzed and architecture implementation is investigated. In order to improve the control precision, this paper proposes a control method based on RBF neural network and. Firstly discrete models is identification by RBFNN controller and get PID parameters tuning information, then use single neuron controller to set the parameter so as to realize the intelligent control system. Neural network with arbitrary nonlinear expression ability can realize the PID control which has the best combination by studying system performance, by the BP network, the parameters Kp , Kj , K^ self-learning PID controller can been built, the simulation results show that the system has good dynamic and static performance. Because of faster and multi-channel ADC subsystem, S3C2410 ARM is chosen as the core of stator current acquisition to meet the need of spectrum analysis. By programming on LabWindows/CVI — a virtual instrument development tool, the fault information can be separated from stator current signal. Then make the spectrum analysis to the residual signal, the broken bar fault can be diagnosed easily.
