摘要

提出了一种基于CCD成像装置的深管内壁检测视频系统。采用LED照射,采用小视场、大焦距的CCD摄像机检测内壁信息。然后,CCD摄像机将内墙信息传递给计算机,通过图像处理得到清晰的图像。在对深管内壁缺陷进行分析时,采用自适应分割方法找出阈值,通过图像分割得到内壁的清晰图像,最终实现对内壁缺陷的快速定位和精确测量。
