Recently, in the special council of the Architectural Institute of the Lviv Polytechnic University, a staff member of the FBCEI of the VNTU, Assoc. Smolyakom V.V. and graduate students Khorosa O.I. and Subin-Kozhevnikova A.S. defended candidate theses on the specialization \"Theory and History of Architecture\". The importance of the formation and creation of an architectural school at the Faculty of Construction, Civil and Environmental Engineering of the Vinnytsia National Technical University in the direction of fruitful scientific research in the field of the history of folk architecture of Eastern Podillia, Vinnytsia and the city of Vinnytsia as a whole. This fact became the starting point for the organization of a new architectural specialty at the faculty. \u0000Thus, one more important and interesting one will be added to the list of construction specialties at FBCEI - Architecture. Both teachers and new students are ready for thorough and productive study in a new direction. The presence of specialties related to urban construction, industrial construction and energy-efficient systems of providing buildings and structures will only help in providing basic and necessary skills to future architects. The proposed method is a more reliable alternative to modern standard solutions in the form of prefabricated concrete spillways or non-pressure pipes of a round cross section, which are installed over natural and artificial barriers of short length. In addition, the proposed constructive solution can have a dual use – as a floodgate in normal mode and a temporary shelter (reinforced concrete dugout) for the civilian population at the time of the air raid. Have been detailed described the proposed design solution, have been developed a finite element model of the stress-strain state of a structure, taking into account soil conditions under the action of a complex of loads, including temporary effects from wheeled vehicles. Have been localized the sections of the structures where the largest tension. Have been proposed a rational variant of their reinforcement. Have been confirmed the reliability and effectiveness of the proposed design solutions in the process of analyzing the results of finite element modeling. \u0000Have been generalized practical experience in the design and construction of a combined tunnel-type structure in the Dzhugastra village, Kryzhopilskyj district, Vinnytsia region. The following transparent facade systems were used as the object of the study: rack and transom facade; modular facade; warm-cold facade, spider glazing system, facade element, double facade. In order to make an optimal decision regarding the choice of a translucent system, the following evaluation criteria were selected: weight of the structure; construction cost; cost of performance of works; average category of works; laboriousness of work performance; ease of installation; the complexity of manufacturing translucent structures. \u0000The results of studies of the influence of the most significant organizational and technological factors on the installation of a translucent system for the office building being designed showed the following. Spider glazing is the optimal technological solution for installing a transparent enclosing structure of an office building. {"title":"CONCRETE CRACK RESISTANCE CONSIDERING DESTRUCTION MECHANICS (REVIEW)","authors":"Yosyp Luchko, Yiriy Bodnar","doi":"10.31649/2311-1429-2022-2-46-53","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.31649/2311-1429-2022-2-46-53","url":null,"abstract":"This paper presents the generalized results of the analysis and synthesis of scientific and technical sources of investigation the heavy concrete on the basis of fracture mechanics for the last 25-30 years. \u0000New criteria and models for heavy concrete, which were obtained during this period have been described and generalized, in particular, a new deformation model of concrete crack resistance on the basis of fracture mechanics. The analysis of results of experimental and theoretical researches of heavy concrete crack resistance on disk-shaped samples at eccentric stretching by concentrated forces has been presented. A number of methods have been elaborated i.e. a method for experimental determination of the concrete crack resistance characteristics under static loads, a method for determining the length of the fracture zone in the crack, the relationship between the mechanical characteristics of heavy concrete and the parameters of acoustic emission measurement. The method of concrete cracking resistance with the addition of basalt fiber was also developed and the influence of basalt fiber on crack resistance and crack opening was studied in field tests. The generalized results have been presented. \u0000It has been stated about the significant development over the last three decades of methods for determining the strength, crack resistance and deformation of concrete in reinforced concrete elements from the standpoint of reinforced concrete mechanics and mechanics of concrete destruction. This will contribute to the cheapening and popularization of such foundations, which can become a scientific and practical basis for foundation construction, in particular for modular construction based on metal structures. Unlike welded for bolted structures, installation is simplified and bolted connections provide the possibility of disassembling the structure with transportation to another place, which is important for hangars, warehouses that change location. An example of topological optimization of a mobile foundation design is given, and a mobile foundation design that uses the strut effect is considered, as well as a promising design for manufacturing using 3D technology. It was noted that an effective means of reducing the cost of metal structures is the reduction of metal consumption. Modern foundations, which are single massive structures, can be significantly lightened thanks to the use of prefabricated hinge-rod systems or solid cast metal structures with cavities, which do not significantly affect the stress-strain state of the foundation. Applied research methods: modeling, review and generalization of the studied materials, devoted to the issues of the article. The application of cast metal constructions, in particular those made by Lost Foam casting process, has significant opportunities. Examples of modeling of large castings and manufactured models using 3D technologies from the experience of foundry practice of PTIMA of the National Academy of Sciences are given. The leading task of the designing is to determine the strength of building structures. Therefore, TDS research and related calculations are most responsible in construction. \u0000Mathematical model of a technical object at the micro level is a system of differential equations in partial derivatives, the exact solution of which can be obtained only in a few partial cases, so a discrete model is built using numerical methods that use Poisson's idea . Intensive development and widespread use of computers significantly brought fundamental mathematical problems closer to applied ones, strengthened their interaction. The emergence of a new, powerful and general method of research - numerical experiment, as never before closely linked the physical content of the problem, its mathematical formulation, numerical methods of calculation and modern computers. The numerical method of boundary elements is used in the work. \u0000A promising way to develop foundations and foundation structures is the usage of the relations of the theory of plastic flow, and the level of development of soil mechanics significantly affects the efficiency and reliability of decisions. One of the types of raising the bearing capacity of piles is, in addition to taking into account the nonlinear work of the soil base, also the arrangement by expanding the soil base of gravel additives. Shell is introduced for the view of the new construction sieved sheet, that is created from non-exit technology using imbibitions and extrusion of the steel sheet itself.. \u0000For gaining the maximum amount of advantages and disadvantages from the introduced us reinforced concrete elements with mesh shell. The most efficient is method is a comprehensive research of introduced construction, as well as an already known researches of reinforced concrete with mesh shell. That's why, when we are calculating labor, material intensity and cost of these experimental researches. Keep in mind that this is promtly and relevant researches. In this work while planning the experiment some things were taken to consideration: best way for the construction to give the weight to reinforced concrete part and how to define the level of influence of factors like this: cyclicity, eccentricity, type of shell, thickness and diameter of shell, durability of concrete and deformation of reinforced concrete constructions. \u0000So, to get the most reliable information from these researches with minimal waste, we need to optimize parameter of load-bearing capacity and deformation and parameter of restriction-destruction. Such construction with the use of metal structures must have all the prerequisites to become an impetus and an effective solution in the construction industry, which will contribute to the reconstruction of the country. The fabrication of connector assemblies and bolt brackets for connecting beams and connectors with flexible steel plates for seismically unstable conditions is considered. A number of frame-cell thin-walled cast structures have been patented by the PTIMA Institute of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine since 2011 on the basis of patterns made of expanded polystyrene, which are assembled mainly from repeating elements, and which is similar to the modern method of mounting prefabricated building metal structures. We have also gained experience in casting with LFC parts with cast threads, which simplifies the serial production of ball joints and conical tips for tubular elements. When constructing hangars and warehouses with shell vaults, reducing the weight of metal shells with the obligatory preservation of their required strength is an important requirement for the design of such structures. For this purpose, in particular, the method of inversion of flexible hanging nets formed from a flat state by gravity is used for building structures. The article uses the fact that the inverted chain line serves as an ideal outline for arches and domes, as homogeneous arches in the form of such a line undergo only compression deformation, but not bending.
