The energy efficiency indicators of the public building were analyzed, namely the thermal resistance of the enclosing structures, the specific energy demand for heating, cooling and hot water supply, the specific energy consumption of the building for heating and cooling, the specific consumption of primary energy and the specific emissions of greenhouse gases.The effect of increasing the normative thermal resistance of the outer wall of the building on the required thickness of the insulation was evaluated. It is indicated that under the conditions of a large facade glazing ratio and compliance with the regulatory thermal resistance of the fences, the building does not meet the requirements for specific energy consumption for heating, cooling and hot water supply.The influence of the heat source for heating the building on its specific energy consumption, energy efficiency class, specific consumption of primary energy and specific emissions of greenhouse gases was studied. Considered options for using a gas boiler, a condensing gas boiler, electric heaters, a biomass pellet boiler and connection to a centralized heat supply system. Fly ash is considered as a secondary product that can be effectively used to improve the quality of building materials and reduce the negative impact on the environment.The impact of ash on the strength of building materials, as well as their resistance to aggressive factors, is considered. In addition, the impact of using ash on the energy efficiency of building materials and reducing carbon dioxide emissions is considered.Ways of processing waste, which allow to significantly reduce the negative anthropogenic impact on the environment, are considered. It was found that gold and varnish waste can be used in construction, agriculture, and water treatment technologies. Ash and slag waste is most widely used in the construction industry as a ready aggregate and raw material. In particular, the use of thermal power plant slag for road construction is widespread.An overview of modern research and experience in the use of fly ash in construction is carried out, and examples of successful cases of its application are given.The research results show that the use of fly ash in construction has great potential. It allows to reduce the use of primary materials, improve the quality of construction materials and reduce the negative impact of the construction industry on the environment.In general, the use of fly ash in construction is a promising direction that contributes to sustainable development and reducing the negative impact of the construction industry on the environment. Have been performed the simulation of the stress-strain state of the tank by the finite element method basis on the developed mathematical models of seismic impact. The simulation takes into account the distortion of the tank’s geometry, obtained as a result of long-term operation and reduction in the strength of tank structures due to corrosive wear. Have been considered the generally accepted foreign method for calculating seismic resistance for assessing the strength and durability of tank’s building structures. The method is adapted to the requirements of national standards. Have been revealed that the most dangerous state for the tank is seismic action with a horizontal direction cosine as a result of the analysis of possible design situations. Have been performed the numerical calculations using the proposed method of analytical modeling of seismic impact for a tank with a volume of 20 000 m3, built in the Yuzhny city, Odessa region. Have been determined the estimated height value of the excited wave, which can appear on the surface of methanol during a seismic shock. Have been proven that in order to preserve the integrity of the roof structures, as well as to ensure the seismic resistance of other structures, the filling of the tank with the product should be limited to 61% of the total design capacity. Have been carried out the detailed analysis of the fundamental design solutions for frameless collapsible spherical polycarbonate domes, which are used by modern world manufacturers of these structures. Have been done a brief description of the momentless theory of the operation of spherical shells, which is adapted for polycarbonate domes. Have been considered a simplified analytical model of the stress-strain state of a spherical shell with an equatorial diameter of up to 5 m under the influence of climatic influences for the subsequent verification of detailed models. Have been developed highly detailed finite element models of domes of different sizes, taking into account technological openings and structural stiffeners (support ring and door frame) under the wind, snow, ice loads and under other climatic influences. Have been identified the fragments with the highest stresses from various loads and forms of the deformation of the structure. Have been considered separately the issues related to the loss of shape stability, position and balance of a thin-walled spherical shell, as a light temporary structure. Have been proven that the worst influence on the dome structures is the wind influence, based on the stability criterion. Have been determined the estimated value of the aerodynamic lifting force from wind effects on the dome. Have been proven that the lifting force far exceeds the stabilizing force of the weight of a thin-walled dome. Have been revealed with the help of the performed calculations, it was that a frameless spherical polycarbonate dome inevitably loses its balance stability due to the action of wind loads and requires unfastening with anchors. Have been proposed a rational method for anchoring dome structures at temporary earthen construction sites using geo-screws or metal screw piles. Have been revealed the addiction between the radius of curvature of a spherical dome and the rational thickness of polycarbonate based on the criteria of stiffness and strength. Have been formulated the constructive recommendations regarding the rational design of polycarbonate dome systems. For the increase of energy efficiency of thermocatalytic reactors it is expedient to apply alternative energy sources, in particular, heat-pumps. Taking into account advantages of heat-pumps, in particular, simplicity of editing, economy, automation, universality, compactness, quite, ecofriendlyness, reliability, longevity, a thermocatalytic reactor offers for rendering of harmful extrass harmless with a heat-pump in that due to introduction of alternative energy source, the process of heating of catalyst comes true. It will allow to promote power efficiency of process of heatsupply of thermocatalytic reactors \u0000Comparison of different energy sources is executed, it is set as a result, that a geothermal heat-pump has considerable power efficiency.
