Based on regulations that have been inaugurated by the government, teaching and learning activities are carried out online or in a network (online). Online learning is a learning activity whose interactions are carried out face-to-face through the internet using learning devices such as mobile phones. This study aims to explain the impact of Covid-19 on educators at MI Al Fithrah Surabaya and the teacher's efforts in implementing online learning. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. Descriptive research is research that functions to describe, describe or describe a phenomenon and facts that are investigated systematically, factually and accurately. Data collection in this study was through questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used data reduction, data compilation, and data summarization. The results of this study are online learning activities at MI Al Fithrah run well through careful learning preparation. Good learning planning can make learning activities run effectively. In addition to good learning planning, there are learning media to support student understanding and teacher professionalism is needed in educating students during the Covid-19 pandemic. Learning media such as video conferences are an alternative for teachers in monitoring students online regarding understanding the material. This is the teacher's benchmark in ensuring student focus in participating in online learning. The institution of Islamic education is well-known as the second place which has some prestige and guarantees for achieving the future learners. Such assumption has proven that mostly some weaknesses are being discovered in the institution of Islamic education in implementing their learning process as the provider establishment of the country in realizing the quality of these generations for their social need and theirs lives in communities. One of the main weaknesses was in management or institutional administration, especially in the planning function. It seemly that this institution conducted their (planning) management of activities from generation to generation are mostly oriented to the Islamic education contexts, in which the doctrine of religion is being considered to be normative in all aspects like the form of learners’ experiences. This study focuses on the role of teachers and parents in achieving Islamic religious education learning through blended learning. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data collected in the form of documents and words from interviews. Data collection techniques using observation, in-depth interviews and documentation through data analysis using the techniques proposed by Miles and Huberman (data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification). From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the role of educators and parents in achieving the effectiveness of learning Islamic religious education through blended learning at MTs Nurul Masyithoh Lumajang is quite good. The justice in question is the justice recommended by the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith. Justice is also constructed to an ideal truth (morality) and has a great importance for most people (theoretical). This is an anticipation of action in regulating the potential for disputes (small/big). Justice in Islam is expected to include the meaning of equal or equality, balance (proportional), giving rights to the owner and divine justice. This also means that the rulers, officials are essentially also a mandate from God as a form of responsibility to uphold justice. Meanwhile, from the economic aspect that everyone has the same right to obtain a decent and prosperous life based on a sense of divine justice, and a sense of mutual need. This movement is a movement launched by the president in 2017. During the COVID-19 pandemic, of course, the Germas program is very important in its implementation in society. In East Java, Germas is a very important movement in tackling cases of maternal and child mortality, stunting under five, leprosy, HIV, malaria and so on. East Java, which consists of 38 districts/cities, has several health problems. Cases of maternal and child mortality, stunting are high in three districts/cities in East Java. Therefore, this study has the aim to find out how the role of the healthy community movement during the COVID-19 pandemic in East Java and what obstacles are in the implementation of Germas in East Java. Obstacles in implementing Community Germas in East Java after the post-covid-19 pandemic. This study also looks at the implementation of Germas policies from an Islamic perspective. Therefore, the concept of Maqasid Syariah is also used in the study carried out. The study used a qualitative description, using observation or direct observation techniques. It uses phenomenology approach.
