Based on the results of a sociological study, the author states that there is a direct relationship between the level of youth religiosity and their civic identification. He states that the high level of religious identity of young people does not weaken the position of civic identification. At the same time, pronounced religious ties contribute to the formation of a culture of trust in persons of other confessional and ethnic groups at the level of interpersonal relations. The experience of close connection with co-religionists develops a culture of trust in a multi-ethnic and multi-confessional environment. Nevertheless, the author draws attention to the difference in indicators of civil identification in the Islamic-Christian border area, which is associated with the predominance in the mass consciousness of muslims and representatives of non-Russian nationality of the feeling of violation of civil rights on a confessional basis. It is concluded that with the adoption of the practice of meeting religious requests of communities throughout the Russian Federation, regardless of religious affiliation, it is expected to increase the indicators of civil identification of young people. The article notes that the regional level is dominated by trends for favorable interfaith communication. {"title":"A.A. Shcherbatov's role in the activities of the Moscow city duma on urban development (1863–1869).","authors":"A. A number of works are devoted to the study of the activities of the Mos-cow City Duma in urban landscaping in 1863–1869, but the reforms are described de-scriptively and the role of the Moscow mayor in this process is not highlighted. In turn, it is precisely his interest in improving the life of the city that is reflected in the quantity and quality of the implemented reforms of the Duma. There is a need to outline the terms of reference of the mayor, which will contribute to the effective implementation of reforms. Hence the interest in this problem. Materials and methods. The study is based on a number of sources, including: a) documents of the Office of the Moscow City General Duma, stored in the Central State Archives of Moscow; b) published documents of participants in the events; c) the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Empire; d) press materials, including journalism on the development of urban amenities and reports on the work of the Duma. The problem under study was already in the field of view of researchers [1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6;]. One of the main researchers of the Moscow city Duma (1863–1869) is L.F. Pisarkova. In the field of her interests was the issue of vowel elections, determining the powers of the elected Duma and the role of A.A. Shcherbatov in the process of implementing key reforms of local self-government in Moscow. Also noteworthy are the collective Works of Komissarova S.A., koshkidko V.G., Solovyov K.A., as well as Zhukova L.A. and Romanov A.A., which contain a description of the Duma's reforms to improve the city of Moscow. The research methodology consists of: methods of documentary analysis of docu-ments, which made it possible to compare different documents on a specific issue, compare the available data and establish the essence of the reforms being carried out; the historical and genetic method, on the basis of which it was possible to identify the cause-and-effect relationships of the phenomenon under study and to determine the role of the Moscow mayor in the ongoing reforms; historical-comparative method, which made it possible to determine the difference in the state of development of the city before and after the reforms. Research results. The purpose of the article is to describe this level of subjectivity of a student, characterized by his readiness to design individual edu-cational results in the process of additional education. The prerequisites for the emer-gence of this problem in the field of modern research are characterized. The existing manifestations and levels of subjectivity of students in the educational process are de-scribed. It is shown that they are insufficient for the student to become the subject of designing individual educational results. The concept of a student's readiness for this type of educational activity is revealed, its motivational-target, content and regulatory-evaluative components are characterized. Scientists studying the history of various kinds of services in the state, in relation to the weather service, pay more attention to the past periods, connected to a large extent with the history of the emergence of a particular service, the provision of trained specialists, the provision of the economic side of the services. If we turn to the weather service, then, undoubtedly, the question of the formation of labor collectives at the meteorological station and other structures of the weather service should be put in the first place. The work of teams of specialists in modern conditions should not be disregarded. It is certainly associated with the past, with the traditions that were laid down by past generations and are carefully preserved for different weather stations. In general, they continue to develop and improve the methods of work of teams, rely on the scientific base, created technologies for observing and processing the data obtained, which met the requirements of the time in the past, and the formed base of observations of atmospheric phenomena. It is already clear that one of the most important reasons for the recent sentiments is the new ecclesiology, which can be seen in a number of statements and actions of the clergy of the Patriarchate of Constantinople. It is important to note that the Patriarchate of Constantinople is moving to profess this new ecclesiology quite independently, without taking into account the opinion of several Local Churches. The purpose of this study is to identify the specificity of theology of the Constantinople Patriarchate as one of the reasons for the new ecclesiology. The objectives of the study are to consistently analyze the theological terminology of Metropolitan John Zizioulas (today the most influential theologian of the Patriarchate of Constantinople), comparing it with the traditional patristic word usage. The work used the historical-comparative method, the method of hermeneutic interpretation (historical recognition interpretation). The analysis revealed a discrepancy between the teaching of the Church and that of Metropolitan Zizioulas about hypostasis and substance as applied to anthropology. At the end of 19th – beginning of 20th centuries there was a new rise in the national movement in the Russian Empire. The increase of number of organizations struggling for political independence and / or cultural identity was also echoed in higher education. Student national societies were created in large university cities. Despite their common goal (the struggle for national autonomy) they could hold differ-ent political views: from revolutionary to deemed “apolitical” i.e. conservative ones. A striking example of the latter was the Estonian corporation ‟Rotalia”. Method or methodology. To bridge the existing historiographic gap, we will resort to the historical and biographical method. Through the memories and life path of the most famous members of the corporation, the main stages of the organization's activities will be restored. Results. The method we have chosen made it possible to supplement the poor archival evidence of the organization's activities, expand the understanding of the customs, life and traditions of the Estonians in St. Petersburg. It also allowed to determine the place of ‟Rotalia” in the political spectrum of student self-organizations. Conclusions. The material we worked out allowed us to highlight in more detail the St. Petersburg / Petrograd period of the existence of ‟Rotalia” and at the same time to re-veal the political views of its participants. The leaders of this corporation adhered to conservative views and tried to stay away from active political life, being concentrated on educational activities and organizing mutual assistance. Social orphanhood is a rather alarming sign, which shows not only unhealthy processes in the socio-economic sphere, but also the growing rate of cultural and mor-al deficit in society, the distortion of the institution of the family, and the lack of atten-tion of the State to the problems of maintaining a family with children throughout the entire period of reform.
