One technique to make it happen is Long Term Evolution (LTE), LTE support capacity increasing, expand coverage area, data rate increasing, multi-antenna, and can be integrated with other systems. To improve the performance of LTE in capacity building, coverage area, and data rate, it can use the multi-antenna techniques both on receiver or transmitter or often called multiple input multiple outputs (MIMO). Type of MIMO technique in this paper is spatial Multiplexing. In this study, an estimation that has been used is the Linear Minimum Mean Square Error (LMMSE). Channel estimation is used to find out information about the channel condition between the transmitter and the receiver so that the performance of Bit Error Rate (BER) increase and expand the coverage area of the same BER compared without estimation. The system performed channel estimation has a better performance than the without estimation system with improved SNR of 20dB. Based on the simulation to get the same BER value in the system with channel estimation and without estimation, on the system with estimation it is necessary to lower elevation angle to be 10° and still there was improvement of SNR of 3 dB compared to the system without any estimation. The classical CRT algorithm is spread the watermark bits evenly on the image area. It causes significant degradation when the embedding location lies on the least significant region or in the homogeny area. Otherwise, the proposed method embeds the watermark on the edges of the image which have significant difference value to maintain the imperceptibility. The Canny algorithm is used to indexing the embedding location based on the filtering output of host image. The watermark is then embedded into the host image using pair-wise coprime integers of 6 and 11 within the CRT modulo. The results show that the proposed method has significant improvement in the quality of watermarked image with the average value of 0.9995 compared to the CRT method which results in value of 0.9985. In compression and additive noise attacks the CRT has average values of 0.6618 and 0.9750, while the proposed method results in similar values of 0.6616 and 0.9752 respectively. This paper present how to discover a pattern of a combination of medicines related to a diagnosis of diseases using FP-Growth one of frequent pattern mining algorithm. We use FP-Growth because it has better performance than Apriori and Eclat. Data is collected from outpatients pharmacy of Sukoharjo state hospital, Central Java, Indonesia during January 2015 to June 2016 and obtain 526,195 records of prescription data and use a diagnosis of diseases base on the ICD-10 standard. This studies just apply on the top ten of the most frequently occurred illness in the outpatient's services of Sukoharjo state hospital. Then the pattern of association between diseases and combination of drugs was reviewed by pharmacist committed to being validated. These studies result in some combination of medicines for to top ten of the most frequent diseases. We also found 21 similar combinations of drugs for various diseases. The results shown return loss of −23.45 dB and VSWR 1.144 can be achieved by controlling the height and the width of the fractal patch dimension. Based on previous research, it is obtained that silicone rubber coating can improve the performance of ceramic insulator due to better hydrophobicity. This paper presents performance of ceramic insulator with and without silicone rubber coating in a coastal area of Pangandaran. 6 silicone rubber coated and 6 uncoated of 20 kV distribution insulators have been installed in the field to get natural aging process for 5 years and 4 months. Along the aging process, their surface properties have been checked periodically. Monitored parameters are magnitude of leakage current, THD, hydrophobicity, and surface temperature of insulator. It is believed, the protocol will be requested by not only human but also everything on the earth surface. Furthermore, the improvement on the protocol is important to achieve IP packets transmission efficiently. Processing technology has been improved to become very fast packet processing both in host as well as intermediate systems. The lower layer technologies have supported to transmit Gigabits data per second. However, there is a limitation on transferring large data due to the current MTU on the widely used link layer technology which is Ethernet is still 1500 bytes. This research aims to evaluate performance of IPv6 packets transmission using jumbo frames. The evaluation was done by transmitting IPv6 packets larger than 1500 bytes in Windows operating systems. Dual vision camera is used to produce detectable face images from two positions of the left lens and the right lens. Image retrieval at the two corners of the left lens and the right lens can produce a merged face image database of left lens face image and right lens face image. The use of two sides of the face angle taking is used to avoid falsification of facial data such as the use of a face photo of a person or an image similar to a person's face. This research uses a dual-vision face recognition method on its preprocessing and uses 3WPCA (Three Level Wavelet Decomposition — Principal Component Analysis) as its feature extraction model. In dual-vision face recognition, we use half-join method to combine a half of the left image and a half of the right image into an image that is ready to be extracted using 3WPCA. It may play a useful role to facilitate discussion and information exchange. However, in our teaching experience, we find many students utilizing Powerpoint slides beyond their traditional functions. Many students fully rely on the slides as the main learning materials and, in some cases, substituting textbooks. This study intends to understand how students interact with the learning materials presented on Powerpoint slides. The interaction is measured using an eye tracker device called the Eye Tribe Tracker. Thirty sophomore and junior students are asked to participate. They are instructed to learn a topic in the subject of Introduction to Algorithm and Programming, a basic course in the computer science field. During the process, their fixation points are monitored and are related to the contents on the slides. The results are rather surprising. The objective is to reach a destination goal by the mean of an autonomous computed optimal path calculated through optimal control sequence. Solving such complex systems often requires a great amount of computation. However, the approach considered herein is based on the Decomposition Coordination principle, which allows the nonlinearity to be treated at a local level, thus offering a low computing time. The stability of the method is discussed with sufficient conditions for convergence. They rarely involved domain ontology in capturing the semantic of the document contents, especially in detecting the presence of the causal relations. Consequently, the word mismatch problem usually occurs and the system often retrieves not relevant answers. For solving this problem, we propose an answer extraction method by involving the semantic similarity measure, with selective causality detection. The selective causality detection is applied because not all sentences belonging to an answer contain causality. Moreover, the motivation of the use of semantic similarity measure in scoring function is to get more moderate results about the presence of the semantic annotations in a sentence, instead of 0/1. The semantic similarity measure employed is based on the shortest path and the maximum depth of the ontology graph. The evaluation is conducted by comparing the proposed method against the comparable ontology-based methods, i.e., the sentence extraction with Monge-Elkan with 0/1 internal similarity function.
