The problem is constrained by an emission standard and various technical limits implemented on the 62-bus system model. Simulations showed that the renewable energy inclusion penetrates to the unit commitment of generating units with strongly approach for the computational solution. Hence, the increasing production in municipal waste is directly proportional to the increasing number of population, in which raises the waste production in big cities in Indonesia, such as in Bogor. In Bogor, a waste processing facility (TPS) using biogas for renewable energy has been developed. The volume of wastes in Bogor at the year of 2016 has reached 2.734,03 m3 per day. There are 12 locations for waste processing facility with the TPS 3R (Reduce, Re-use and Recycle) model but there are only 3 locations that uses biogas for Renewable Energy. 3 of these biogas-based waste processing facilities can be found in the region of Taruna, Ceremai, and Dharmais. In this context, this paper proposes a combination of the Evolutionary Tree Miner (ETM) and Simulated Annealing (SA). The ETM aims to reduce randomness of population so that it can improved the quality of individuals. SA aims to increase overall fitness in the population. However, not all local government were able to implement it. PeGI that has been used as a benchmark to check government's readiness rate in implementing E-Government can't describe all process that need to be assessed in developing local E-Government. Moreover, the emergence of social problems, such as organizational culture and human resource management which inhibits maturation of local E-Government. Therefore, it needs one general maturity framework which capable to guide local government to develop their own E-Government and able to address social problems that arise. This study is the incorporation of previous research results using meta-synthesis method combine with best practice, primary in COBIT 5 that has been adjusted to address a factor of social problems. The design framework begins with identifying the business principle of local government, stakeholders, concerns, requirements, and obstacles; thus, produced a model of maturity framework that has six types stages, eight types dimensions, four types main categories and 69 types sub-category of assessment processes. In the end, after the framework was tested and evaluated, we can conclude this framework already comply with PeGI's result. From local government who had the best PeGI's result, they had main problem in social issues and in documenting process. The high torque ripple in DTC drive due to the hysteresis controller inevitably becomes worst with the discrete implementation of the drive system. The hysteresis controller also causes variable switching frequency that depends on operating conditions, especially the speed. The simplification used in stator flux expression for voltage vectors selection in flux control results in a poor flux regulation at low speed. To overcome these problems, techniques that have been implemented at UTM-PROTON Future Drive Laboratory (UPFDL) are presented and described. The method consists of first, choosing a non-linear system with the associated objective functions to optimize. Then we carry on the resolution of the model using the Decomposition Coordination Method, which allows the non-linearity of the model to be handled locally and ensures coordination through the use of the Lagrange multipliers. An obstacle-avoidance algorithm is presented thus offering a collision-free solution. This method requires much computation effort. Our study aimed to examine the Poincaré plot, an easier method for computation to differentiate the diabetes status. We selected subjects and divided them into three groups including the non-diabetes (HbA1c ≤ 6.5%, n=22), diabetes with good control (6.5% < HbA1c < 8%, n=23), and diabetes with poor control (HbA1c ≥ 8%, n=17). Poincaré method used consecutive 250 data points of PPG pulse amplitudes from each subject's right index fingertip. This method resulted in SSR, the standard deviation of the original photoplethysmogram (PPG) pulse amplitude (SD1) and the standard deviation of the interval 1 PPG pulse amplitude (SD2) ratio. The SSR in the three groups of non-diabetes, diabetes with good control and diabetes with poor control were 0.50, 0.28, and 0.23, respectively and differed between groups (P < 0.05). Most of University has been use Information Technology (IT) in application for academic system such as student information, registration, results information, etc. In this paper discuss on integration of student information to gate pass system then do not require new card or pass for every student to enter campus area. Gate pass system is required information to match to database that who allow entering to campus, normally a new database is create for the system. In this case, University has student and staff database including lecturer, thus to be efficient the data in existing database can be use and integration using protocol that gate pass system give a command to database as request then verification of those data. Currently, student database stored in server room and the place far away from gate pass system, in order to make it transaction faster for visitor to enter then a mini database is setup onsite of gate system, but periodic updating is require or every new update in database. The dynamically of nodes make the movement of the nodes becomes important. The movement model of nodes will record their behavior and this could be utilized to develop a new routing protocol in DTN. One of the DTN routing protocol that utilize it is CSI: T routing. CSI: T routing viewed a node based on their behavioral profile which is represent the mobility preference. Our study is measure the performance of CSI: T in terms of delivery probability, overhead ratio, and average latency by changing the buffer capacity, packet lifetime, and number of nodes.
