On the other hand, MSME faces the threats of limited capital and low-quality human resources. Initially, the effect of the threats was that MSMe caused environmental issues in the surroundings because of the law control management; thus, related research needs to be conducted. This study aims to evaluate the adequacy of the regulatory ecosystem related to MSMEs in Indonesia related to sustainability issues. With this aim, the qualitative descriptive method is very relevant to the needs of this research. The results of this study show that Indonesia's MSME regulatory ecosystem is still weak in raising sustainable issues. Practices to improve sustainability performance were identified, and suggestions to related institutions were also presented at the end of the writing. Research about the adequacy of government policies related to the sustainability of MSMe in Indonesia is infrequently conducted; thus, this research will contribute both academically and practically.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139140014","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Amidst Nigeria's persistent struggles with food security aggravated by a swiftly growing population, this study undertook an examination of the efficacy of family planning interventions in ensuring sustainable food provision. A cohort of 120 participants from diverse Nigerian states participated in the study, responding to structured questionnaires. The collected data underwent SPSS software analysis, leading to tabulated data and percentages reflecting respondents' viewpoints. Through regression analysis, the study found a statistically significant relationship between the implementation of family planning programs and food security. Findings revealed that for every unit increase in the effectiveness of family planning initiatives, there was a consequential increase of 0.315 units in food security, showcasing a notably positive impact. This association, reflected by a Beta coefficient of 0.531, underscores the substantial influence of these programs on improving food security. These results highlight the potential efficacy of strategic implementation of family planning interventions as a crucial mechanism in alleviating Nigeria's food security concerns amidst rapid population growth. In response to these identified challenges, the research articulated recommendations aimed at addressing these issues. They encompassed measures like improved educational initiatives, enhanced accessibility to services, heightened public awareness campaigns, bolstered support for women, and the reinforcement of healthcare infrastructure.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 23","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139139843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Due to the distinctive characteristics of each island, sufficient knowledge regarding the condition of potential food and its constraints is needed to avoid food shortages. The study aimed to analyze the constraints and potential of local food diversification on each island situated in the XII Island Clusters of Maluku to achieve the fulfillment of sustainable food and food security for each of these islands. The data used was descriptive data collected from a significant number of previous research journals, documents, and field notes. Data analysis was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method that attempts to describe and interpret food diversification potentials and constraints in XII GP in Maluku based on the reality through a thorough literature study. The analysis results showed that in most of the small islands in Maluku, the land was dry and hilly, the rainfall was low, the tilling layer was thin, the soil fertility was low, and it was easily degraded. The resources of farmers with qualified agricultural knowledge were still very limited. However, the potential gained was that there were six main types of food spread across XII GP, namely sago, corn, barley (hotong), upland rice, sweet potatoes, and bananas, which can be obtained and processed to fulfill the food needs of the community and ultimately achieve sustainable food security for everyone in the islands.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 16","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139140551","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study was conducted to determine the awareness of employees on the programs and services of a SHIC in the Philippines. It focused on three aspects: membership, contribution, and benefits availment. This study also looked into the top queries received by employees and the channel or medium of communication where they primarily received the information. This descriptive-quantitative research used a structured questionnaire distributed to the 186 SHIC employees (Job Grades 5-10) in the different sectors of the corporation. Findings revealed that SHIC employees are generally somewhat aware of the three aspects of SHIC's programs and services. It was also found that the level of awareness of employees does not vary across job grade classifications. The most frequent inquiries received by SHIC employees revolved around membership processes such as ID/MDR issuance, membership registration, updating of dependents, and understanding benefits and deductions. Lastly, official social media platforms, meetings, interaction with colleagues, and direct communication from SHIC representatives were the organization's primary sources of information.  The recommendations forwarded in this study can enhance SHIC's services aligned with its mission of providing accessible and affordable healthcare in the country.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139141020","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study gauged the impact of the 2022 FIFA World Cup on the quality of life through the working conditions, public safety, and cost of living related to the job performance of the 20 finance and accounting department workforce of a construction company in Doha, Qatar. Employing the descriptive-correlation method as the research design, the data gathered using the researcher-structured questionnaire were analyzed using frequency, percentage, weighted mean, and Spearman Rho coefficient correlation test as statistical tools. The study concluded that the anticipated negative quality of life indicators did not materialize during the mega-sport event. Further, the 2022 FIFA World Cup did not negatively impact the respondents' job performance since they still managed to perform their job assignments well. The paper, therefore, encourages that, at the very least, employees to diligently perform their jobs at all times while employers provide the necessities and should always consider safeguarding their employees' quality of life while at work by providing decent and comfortable working conditions and reasonable compensation and benefits enabling them to adequately cover their cost of living, especially during periods where mega-events are to be held within the geographical scope of their business operations. This study is useful for policymakers who are planning to utilize mega events to enhance the quality of life and job performance of working residents of the host communities.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-12-30","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139140958","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Therefore, this paper investigates the relationship between knowledge sharing, innovation and socio-economic growth of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Nigeria's rabbit farming e-clusters space. The web survey method was adopted by employing five Likert scale questionnaires through social media platforms respondents. 78 valid respondents were collected from MSMEs in rabbit farming e-clusters. The hypothesis was tested using the structural equation modelling (SEM) approach. The finding suggests knowledge sharing, innovation capacity, and firm performance positively influence the socio-economic growth of rabbit farmers in e-cluster. Social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook and Telegram, prove that farmers not in the same geographical location are not a barrier to the benefit of clusters. This study proposes that knowledge sharing, innovation capacity and firm performance within an e-cluster improved the socio-economic growth of farmers. The acceptance of a physical-less business cluster that would reduce the rural-urban migration of agribusiness can be achieved. This study contributes to the literature on knowledge transfer, innovation and firm performance in e-cluster rabbit farming. A new dimension to the Industrial Cluster model by adapting to a virtual agglomeration of business and social media platforms.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129810174","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

They play a crucial role in making sure that school events run well and serve as role models that pupils adore. The two main challenges educational institutions face are low job satisfaction among teachers and concerns about environmental influence. This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effects of implementing green school programs and organizational culture on job satisfaction and environmentally friendly behavior of Vocational High School (SMK) teachers.  This study employs quantitative research techniques. 211 teachers responded to a questionnaire that was used togather the data. The data obtained were analyzed using the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method. The results of the study found that green school did not affect job satisfaction, while organizational culture influenced job satisfaction. Job satisfaction affects environmentally friendly behavior. The green school does not affect environmentally friendly behavior either directly or through job satisfaction.  Environmentally friendly behavior is not directly influenced by organizational culture, but it is indirectly influenced by job satisfaction.  According to this study, job satisfaction can mediate the influence of organizational culture on employees' propensity to behave sustainably, but it cannot, as yet, do the same for the influence of green schools. This finding implies that in increasing the eco-friendly behavior of vocational teachers, school management needs to encourage an increase in teacher job satisfaction by paying attention to the organizational culture adopted by the school.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":"86 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"125666788","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Domestic is one of the main sectors of fuel consumption. There is no denying that much research is being conducted on fuels. However, changes in fuel use and fuel use at the domestic level have not been studied yet, although changes in many other aspects of culture have been studied. As a result, we do not have enough information to make policy recommendations in this area. Basically, research regarding how fuel use changed over time is important in the current fuel crisis situation since, to cope with the present or upcoming fuel crisis, it is important to know how a group of people collected fuel in their different ecological and socio-economic conditions. Given the significance of past coping strategies in fuel collection, this study sought to identify fuels and fuel use dynamics at the domestic level in rural Bangladesh. Applying qualitative research methods, this research found that changes in fuel use at the domestic level occur as soon as the agricultural technology, cultivation system, and market demand of any crops change. Also, changes in livelihoods and lifestyles, urbanization, and the globalization of technology create noticeable changes in domestic fuel use in Bangladesh. This research invites researchers from universities and development agencies to conduct future long-scaled research with a huge number of respondents from diversified backgrounds to produce knowledge regarding changes in fuel use at the domestic level in rural and urban areas of the country.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":"30 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115398598","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The exoticism of natural tours in the environment of geothermal and volcanology activities will be proportioned to the potential risks that appear. The records of tracking from several countries show the fatal conditions from the effects of carbon dioxide emissions such as H2S, SO2, and CO that are emitted from unexpected geophysical activity, odorless so that they are not detected properly in geotourism zones that cause casualties of inhabitant and tourist. The aim of this paper is to provide a reference of the framework for the drone explore architecture for the requirement of monitoring in the environmental conditions of the limited GPS signal. This study implemented the Research & Development (R&D) method by using the Zachman framework. The study found that the development of the Early Warning System (EWS) as a part of mitigation using robotic technology such as the UAV drone becomes the solution requirement of the problem because the drone is capable of carrying sensors that detect harmful gases with a radius that is relatively low. The drone sensor will process the gas data with the permitted threshold gas ratio and send the collected data to the administration system. This case becomes a part of the disaster mitigation process in the geotourism field.","PeriodicalId":219863,"journal":{"name":"Inclusive Society and Sustainability Studies","volume":" 7","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2023-08-31","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"113949950","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
