Pertanyaan yang diberikan cukup banyak karena penilaian dilakukan dengan mengisi pertanyaan pada 5 kategori penilaian yaitu kinerja layanan pencairan dana, kinerja layanan bimbingan dan konsultasi, kinerja layanan konfirmasi surat setoran, kinerja layanan rekonsiliasi laporan keuangan (realisasi APBN), sarana dan prasarana. Dengan banyaknya pertanyaan yang harus diisi oleh pengguna layanan, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk mengisi survei tesebut., dan survei tersebut juga tidak dapat dibawa pulang oleh pengguna layanan. Sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan pada KPPN Bengkulu merupakan suatu aplikasi berbaris web yang dapat diakses dimana saja dan kapan saja secara online melalui link url website : www.kkpnbengkulusurvei.online. Sistem informasi survei kepuasan pengguna layanan pada KPPN Bengkulu dapat membantu proses survei yang dilakukan oleh penguna layanan setiap tahunnya. Hasil penilaian survei dari pengguna layanan akan dikalkulasikan untuk mendapatkan output berupa grafik dan hasil perhitungan rata-raa skor kepuasan pengguna layanan. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi maka dikembangkanlah teknologi yang bisa melindungi sepeda motor dari tindakan pencurian menggunakan sidik jari. Komponen yang digunakan dalam pembuatan autostarter sepeda motor menggunakan sidik jari berbasis arduino ini adalah arduino mini pro, LCD, sensor sidik jari, relay, bug regulator, transistor 2n222. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan (Research and Development). Penelitian ini dilakukan dilaboratorium Hardware UPT. Puskom Unived. Hasil dari penelitian, kecepatan dan ketepatan sensor sidik jari membaca sidik jari ketika menghidupkan kontak dan starter sepeda motor dengan waktu ideal 0.733 detik, serta untuk mematikan kontak sepeda motor dengan waktu ideal 1.06 detik. Ketika jari terkena debu maka tingkat sensitifitas sensor sidik jari menjadi berkurang sehingga membutuhkan waktu sedikit lebih lama dan ketika jari dalam kondisi basah maka sensor sidik jari tidak dapat bekerja. The result of the research isthat the speed and accuracy of fingerprint sensors read fingerprints when the motoristturns on motorcycle contact and starters with an ideal time of 0.733 seconds, as well as to turn off motorcycle contact with the ideal time of 1.06 seconds. Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini adalah berupa implementasi visual basic. net dalam pengolahan data produk richeese pada indomaret dan alfamart bengkulu. Dari sistem terdapat empat input data yaitu input produk, input data data Mercandister Display (MD), input data Toko, input data pencatatan dan terdapat empat laporan yaitu laporan produk, laporan pertoko, laporan pencatatan MD perhari, laporan pencatatan MD perminggu. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya sistem pengolahan data produk richeese pada indomaret dan alfamart bengkulu dapat memberikan manfaat yang cukup berarti antara lain proses pengolahan data dan hasil informasi dilakukan dengan cepat serta menghasilkan laporan yang cukup baik sehingga membuat pekerjaan akan lebih cepat dan efisien.Kata Kunci : Visual Basic.
