The FNPF has incorporated volunteer tourism (voluntourism) into their Bali starling conservation project. The foundation has established a Bali starling conservation facility on the small island of Nusa Penida, Bali. Their activities are ranging from accommodating volunteer tourists from other countries to work and assisting in conservation activities. This paper intends to examine whether this voluntourism activity has a significant impact on the conservation of Bali starlings. Due to pandemic condition, this study had been conducted from a distance interview with the head of the Bali starling conservation activity in Nusa Penida. He also helped collecting data from the volunteers. According to the study's findings, volunteer tourism has an influence on Bali starling conservation. Despite the fact that the influence is indirect, it is considerably significant. The research method of this research used quantitative research by giving questionnaires to respondents to assess the level of expectations and the level of perceived performance in the implementation of the CHSE using the Important Performance Analysis method. The sample used as respondents in this study were 331 respondents based on the number of guests who stayed in February 2021 using the Slovin formula. Based of research data result regarding Guest Satisfaction Index with the implementation of CHSE is 90.9% which have indicatesd “Very Good” criteria and for the IPA matrix, it is known that the indicators located in quadrants 1-4 need attention by management. Data is taken using Drone Emprit Academic in the form of archives or written documents, images, or video recordings that are produced, distributed and responded to by Twitter social media users. The results showed that people did not pay more attention to tourism during the pandemic. The developing narrative related to the topic of tourism during a pandemic is an appeal and an invitation to follow health protocols from government accounts, namely the police and local governments. Likewise, the issues faced by Sleman Regency in the development of its tourism village. Thus, it is necessary to have an integrated tourism strategy to create a cooperation network between tourism villages. The purpose of this study is to identify and interpret connectivity and relationships between tourism villages, followed by formulating an integrated tourism strategy based on spatial centrality in tourism villages in Sleman Regency. The method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach through checklists and interviews. The data analysis technique uses spatial network construction analysis of gravity models and Geographic Information System (GIS). The facts that are extracted from this research are regarding the ability to use technology, the ease of getting a job, the level of loyalty and mastery of competence in the field of work. The approach used is a qualitative approach to determine the assessment of millennial workforce in the hospitality sector. This research focuses on the level of satisfaction at Daluman Villa. The level of employee satisfaction was analyzed using Gruneberg theory as the fundamental theory in constructing this research. The data obtained were collected from the questionnaire distribution and interview. The questionnaire data obtained were tested its validity and reliability using SPSS system and Cronbach’s Alpha. The data obtained were discussed by using descriptive analysis and qualitative analysis. The result from the research is most employees are satisfied with the indicators stated by Gruneberg theory. The aim of this research is to analyze the quality of training programs held for employees in the Front Office Department at Aryaduta Bali Hotel based on the Kirkpatrick Model and finding out a possible suggestion for improvement that could be done to enhance the quality of training programs. The data for this study was obtained by distributing an online questionnaire and conducting interviews. To validate the data, testing was done through data triangulation. As a result of this study, there are 2 criteria that show that the training program needs improvements more on how to satisfy the participants and how to more effectively evaluate the program. This research was conducted to identify the wants and needs of restaurant-restaurant customers around Borobudur Temple, so that they can innovate the applied service strategies. This study uses a descriptive research method approach with data collection techniques through interviews; questionnaire; and literature study. The population in this study were balkondes in the Borobudur Temple area with a non-random sample technique, namely accidental sampling.
