Sari, Debby Sari Tarigan","doi":"10.35451/JKG.V1I2.152","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35451/JKG.V1I2.152","url":null,"abstract":"Hospital is an the institution that gives health care services including preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative, but other than a positive impact on the surrounding community, the hospital also provided a negative impact such as risk of occupational accidents for cleaning service if the medical waste isn’t handled properly. Knowledge and the attitude are the factors that can facilitate cleaning service in medical waste handling. The conducted of this study to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitude for cleaning service with medical waste handling in Bhayangkara Hospital Medan. The analytic of the study with cross sectional design involving 13 cleaning services as population and using total sampling as sample. The data of the reseach were gathered by distributing questionnaires and conducting observation while the analyzed by using fisher’s exact test. The result of the research obtained that knowledge is categorized good (38,5%), attitude is categorized well (38,5%) and medical waste handling is categorized well (38,5%). The result of fisher’s exact test showed that there is a significant relationship between knowledge with medical waste handling (p = 0,032). The factors that cause mental disorders vary depending on the type of mental disorder experienced. This Research aims to determine the factors that affect relapse of mental disorder patients in the Sembada Medan Mental Hospital and Drug Dependency 2019. This research is quantitative with a cross sectional approach and sampling with a purposive sample technique. This research was conducted on 28 respondents with research variables are factors of compliance, family support, and social support. From the research that has been done, it was found that the majority of respondents aged between 31 - 46 years (64.3%), based on the sex of the respondents, the majority were male (60.7%), based on the environmental characteristics of the majority urban respondents (64.3%) , based on the family support of the respondents, the majority were good (57.1%), based on the respondents' compliance, the majority was not good (60.7%), based on environmental support the majority were not good (67.9%) ) The results of the Chi-square test show a significance value of p (0.008) α <(0.05) which means that there are significant factors between adherence, family support, and social support for recurrence in the Mental disorders Hospital and Drug Dependency Medan in 2019. Iron nutrition anemia in adolescents is a condition where the hemoglobin (Hb) data of red blood cells is lower than the normal value due to iron deficiency. This study was aimed to determined the factors associated with the incidence of anemia in female students of SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir Regency. This type of research was quantitative with Cross Sectional design. The study population was female students of SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir Regency and a sample of 82 people. Sampling was done by simple random sampling. The measuring instrument used a questionnaire. The analysis was carried out by univariate and bivariate. The results of statistical tests used the chi square test revealed that there was a relationship between knowledge (p = 0.048), attitude (p = 0.004), eating habits (p = 0.002), nutritional status (p = 0.030) with the incidence of anemia in female students of SMAN 1 Tembilahan Hulu Indragiri Hilir Regency.
