Discipline must be upheld in an organization, without the support of the discipline of health workers it is difficult to realize its goals, so discipline is the key to the success of an organization in achieving its goals. This type of research uses analytic survey method with cross sectional design, to explain the relationship between the role of leadership and work discipline at UPT Puskesmas Padang Bulan. With a total of 48 respondents, the total sampling technique is to make the entire population into the study sample. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.004 (p value <0.05), meaning Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected, which means there was a significant relationship between communication with the workforce health discipline at the Padang Bulan Health Center UPT 2019. The results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square Test obtained p value = 0.001 (p value <0.05), meaning that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, which means there is a significant relationship between Direction and Guidance with the discipline of health workforce at UPT Padang Bulan Health Center in 2019. Kayujati market resulting waste in every day about 6000 kg/day. The research purpose was to analyzed waste management Kayujati market in Tembilahan Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2018. This research was qualitative descriptive, that was conducting observation and depth interviews. Informant in this research was 6 persons. Variables was researched among other was waste sorting, collecting and storage in source location, transportation. The results showed that there was no separation between organic and inorganic waste, waste collection was carried out by the market administrator who was conducted once a day, during the day with a fee is two thousand rupiah per kiosk, garbage transportation was carried out by janitors using brooms and scopes, even by hand, and then, it is conducted three times in a day in the morning, afternoon and evening. And total 5 person per work shift. Based on the results of the preliminary survey, at PT.Hilon Sumatera there were many workers who experienced work accidents such as needle punctures, pinched machines, slips due to negligence of workers, in a hurry, slippery floors, out of focus, and sleepiness. Quantitative research design withdesign Cross Sectional with the aim to determine the factors associated with the incidence of workplace accidents in production workers in PT. Hilon Sumatera with a population of 65 people. The sampling technique used is the total population, all populations are sampled. Retrieving data using a questionnaire measuring instrument. Data analysis was carried out by univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (Test Chi-Square) with a significance level of p-value = 0.05. The results showed that the workload with a p value was 0.043 <0.05, ergonomics with a p value of 0.017 <0.05, Housekeeping with a p value of 0.044 <0.05, and the availability of PPE with a p value of 0.000 <0.05 . The conclusion of this study is that workload, ergonomics, housekeeping, and the availability of personal protective equipment have a relationship with workplace accidents. Menjaga mutu sebuah pelayanan kesehatan sangat berpengaruh terhadap keterampilan dan kemampuan pihak institusi untuk menjaga nama baik perusahaan agar tertarik pelanggan untuk berobat. Pelayanan dapat dirasakan bagus oleh pasien jika cara pelayanan pengobatan lebih dari yang di inginkan pasien. Kualitas jasa pelayanan dapat di lihat dari kemampuan rumah sakit terampil dalam setiap bidang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, dan perhatian dengan kepuasan pasien. Uji Satistik pada analisis data menggunakan uji chi-square tingkat kepercayaan 95% menggunakan program SPSS. Populasi penelitian yaitu pasien BPJS dengan jumlah sampel 85 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei-Juni 2019 dan data dikumpulkan dengan wawancara dan menggunakan alat bantu kuesioner. Hasil Penelitian Menunjukkan bahwa nilai p-value antara Bukti Fisik (p-value 0,013), Kehandalan (p-value 0,002), Daya Tanggap (p-value 0,023), Jaminan (p-value 1,000) dan empati (p-value 0,110) terhadap Kepuasan Pasien BPJS. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan bukti fisik, kehandalan, daya tanggap dan tidak ada hubungan jaminan dan perhatian dengan kepuasan pasien. Medical waste management well be giving effect to health workers, patients and the patient’s family. Toable do medical waste management is needed good knowledge and behavior of nurses. The results of pre study at Sembiring hospital, there are activity of nurses of medical waste management like a needle, spuit, a bandage thrown away without separated. Thepurposes of this study is to know The Relationship The Level Of Knowledge With The Actions Nurse Of Medical Waste Management In Sembiring Hospital Deli tua City. The design of study is qualitative and quantitative. The method use descriptive correlative, with cross sectional approach. The populatin study are all of nurses count 50 persons. The sample wew 44 respondents, taken a sample of 44 respondents with a simple random sampling technique. The instrument study used knowledge questionnaire and questionnaire actions of medical waste management after validity and reability tested. The data then tested with Chi Square test. The result showed that 5 respondents (55,6%) with knowledge isn’t good doesn’t take action and 4 respondents (44,4 %) with that takes action of medical waste management. The result of rank the Chi Square test obtained p value = 0,010 ; α = 0,05. The conclusion of the study there were relationship the level of knowledge with the actions nurse of medical waste management in Sembiring hospital. This research is motivated by the problems of many mothers who switched to using formula milk instead of breastfeeding their children. The purpose of this study to find the relationship of academic achievement with history of breast milk in children in Elementary School 060818 Medan City District. This research use analytical method with cross sectional design approach. The measuring tool used is questionnaire. The population of this study are the students of Elementary School 060818 Medan City District. The sampling was taken on the 5th and 6th graders,there were 82 students who meet the inclusion criteria. Data to be analyzed using independent t-test. The results showed that students who consumed exclusive breastfeeding were 26 student (31.7%) and who did not consume exclusive breastfeeding were 56 student (68.3%).Average academic achievement of children who consumed exclusive breastfeeding 73.6 and the average achievement of children who did not consume exclusive breastfeeding 74.9. The factor of related to the incedence of tuberculosis are ventilation, type of floor, lighting, humidity. The purpose of this study is to find out the relationship between the physical condition of the house and the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis in the Sigompul Community Health Center Work area Kecamatan Lintongnihuta Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan. The method research uses Analitycal Observational design with Cross sectional approach. The subject of this study were respondent of Pulmonary Tuberculosis from October to January 2019 with a population of 85 peoples. The sample selection with sistematic random sampling produce of sample 40 peoples. The data collection methods use observation sheets and data analysis using the chi- square test. The results of the study indicate that there is a relationship between ventilatio (p=0,006), type of floor (p=0,039), lighting(p=0,034) and humidity (p=0,013) with the incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis. For the community, it is expected to create a safe home environment for family, celan and healthy lifestyle.
