Data has been collected by closed questionnaire with Likert scale between 1 and 5. From the statement, it can know the level of taxpayer compliance as the respondent to the problem determined by the way of providing value to answers result from the respondents. Multiple regression analysis has been used to analyze data. Based on the research, it shows that taxpayer satisfaction variable can be proved by having a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance especially taxpayer of construction service company by coefficient result β = 0,383 with p-value equal to 0,0095 smaller than α= 0,05 , variables Enforcement of tax sanctions has been proven by having a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance, especially Construction Services Company coefficient β = 0.943 with p-value of 0.014 smaller than α = 0.05. Penentuan informasi menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses rekrutmen karyawan menggunakan metode rekrutmen internal dan eksternal. Metode rekrutmen internal berasal dari referensi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan saat ini, sedangkan metode ekternal menggunakan brosur. ASAHIMAS FLAT GLASS Tbk., dengan menggunakan Rasio Keuangan dalam menganalisa efisiensi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini di ketahui bahwa ketepatan dalam sumber penggunaan modal kerja pada tahun 2012-2014 sudah tepat, namun terjadi ketidaktepatan dalam sumber penggunaan modal kerja pada tahun 2015-2016. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mengetahui persepsi konsumen pengguna jasa pengiriman barang PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Pontianak terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan, untuk mengetahui faktor penghambat kurangnya pelayanan terhadap konsumen pengguna pelayanan jasa pengiriman barang PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Pontianak serta untuk mengetahui kebijakan-kebijakan yang diambil oleh pihak pimpinan PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) dalam meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan.Untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada pelanggan harus diperhatikan aspek tangibles (bukti fisik), reliability (keandalan), responsiveness (ketanggapan), assurance (jaminan dan kepastian), serta empathy (perhatian). Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil peneliti adalah kebijakan yang diambil oleh PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Jl. H.O.S. Cokroaminoto No. 100 Pontianak dengan memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan. Pelayanan yang maksimal dan perhatian yang diberikan kepada pelanggan, akan memberikan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan atas pelayanan yang diberikan oleh PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Jl. H.O.S. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative.
