The research method used by the author is quantitative dexsripfi with data collection instrument in the form of questionnaires. The subject of this study was students of management study program STIE Indonesia Pontianak academic year 2019/2020 which amounted to 221 students. The data analysis uses an average calculation of the total score of questionnaire answers which is then interpreted against the table of economic literacy levels. The main findings of this study are that the level of economic literacy of students of STIE Indonesia Pontianak management study program is in the low category which is reviewed from aspects of literacy that include aspects of the ability to allocate money; financial record skills; knowledge of the benefits of savings; knowledge of debt; knowledge of insurance; decision on replacement of goods; knowledge of investments. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) yang berdampak atas kegagalan perusahaan ini membayar klaim terhadap nasabah pada tahun 2020. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis penilaian tingkat kesehatan keuangan menggunakan Peraturan Menteri BUMN Nomor: PER-10/MBU/2014. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi yang bersumber dari Laporan Keuangan Tahunan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) periode 2015-2020. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) telah mengalami permasalahan keuangan sejak tahun 2018. (2) aspek ROA, likuiditas, dan RBC menunjukkan bahwa sejak tahun 2018, posisi keuangan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) adalah berada pada kriteria “Sangat Kurang”. (3) sejak tahun 2018, tingkat kesehatan PT. Asuransi Jiwasraya (Persero) sudah berada pada posisi terburuk yaitu “Tidak Sehat dengan predikat C”. Dengan kondisi kesehatan keuangan yang demikian menyebabkan PT. Quantitative related is used for the path analysis method and the application of SPSS V. 23.0 as a calculation tool. Respond 100 with a non-probability sampling technique that is unintentional. Communication strategies in research are lead to awareness, knowledge, passions, inclinations, beliefs and purchases. Based on this strategy, a positive and significant value is obtained in the decision making process. Marketing communication strategies through online media towards consumer purchasing decisions on culinary products marketed through Instagram and Facebook. The results of the study with a significance of 0,000 obtained a beta coefficient of 0.483. The significance of tcount <0.05 indicates that Ho was not accepted and thus received Ha. Explanation of the results of calculations in research gives a meaningful and positive marketing communication strategy to the product purchase decision variable through online media. The data analysis that will be used is quantitative with the data source, namely secondary data obtained from the 2016-2019 financial statements of PT Siantar Top Tbk. The research variables used are: (1) Asset Turn Over, to show the company's ability to manage all assets to generate sales; (2) Net Profit Margin, to show how much net profit the company gets; (3) Return on Assets, to measure the rate of return of all existing assets; (4) Equity Multiplier, to describe how much equity is compared to the company's total assets or how much assets are financed by debt and; (5) Return on Equity, to measure the rate of return of all existing capital. The results showed that the company's ability to manage its capital in generating net profit was efficient. Factors that affect Return on Equity is the tendency of increasing Net Profit Margin, Total Assets Turn Over, and Return on Assets. The research design is a survey research. The sampling technique is the census or saturated sampling technique where the research sample is all members of the population (51 Industries). The analytical technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The research results are product innovation variables have a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance with variable indicators including product expansion, product imitation, and new products. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kuantitatif dengan bentuk penelitian expost-facto dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; a) terdapat pengaruh antara jiwa kewirausahaan terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa hanya sebesar 23,5%; b) terdapat pengaruh lingkungan keluarga terhadap kesiapan kerja siswa sebesar sebesar 76,5%; c) terdapat pengaruh kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat sebesar sebesar 74,9%. The qualitative descriptive research method uses primary data in the form of 100 customers taken purposively. Research indicators based on Law no. 25 of 2009. The analysis tool uses the IKM analysis and Cartesian diagrams. The results of the study found that based on the IKM analysis, the indicators that were not optimal were the speed of service, service procedures and implementation schedule.
