Metode sampel yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode sensus di mana semua populasi sebanyak 30 orang diwawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara deskriptif kualitatif, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kelompok tani Ngodirjo I tidaklah aktif dalam berkegiatan, seperti jarangnya diadakan pertemuan atau rapat, jarang ada pelatihan, sehingga hal itu menjadi faktor gagalnya Desa Nyalabu Daya dalam sektor pertanian, maka sangat diperlukan adanya strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja kelompok tani dengan menggunakan strategi pendekatan yaitu bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja Kelompok Tani, agar supaya keberadaan kelompok tani bermanfaat untuk kemajuan pertanian di desa tersebut, seperti meningkatkan kinerja, penggunaan alat pertanian moderen dan mempersolid seluruh elemen masyarakat petani dalam berusaha tani. Kelompok Tani Ngodirjo I tidak aktif dalam kegiatan Kelompok Tani, dalam setiap kelompok tani perlu adanya motivasi dari pihak-pihak terkait seperti penyuluh, dinas pertanian dan kepala desa. Motivasi tersebut sangat penting agar anggota kelompok tani bersemangat dalam kegiatan kelompok tani. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) memperoleh profil bobot molekul dari ekstrak protein ikan selama tahapan pengolahan ikan asin dari lima jenis ikan laut yang paling banyak diproduksi di P3 Pasongsongan; (2) mendapatkan tingkat alergenisitas ekstrak protein ikan selama tahapan pengolahan ikan asin dari lima jenis ikan yang diuji; serta (3) mendapatkan informasi mengenai perubahan alergenisitas ekstrak protein ikan laut sejenis akibat penerapan teknologi pengolahan ikan asin dan ikan pindang. tahap satu dilakukan pengambilan data sekunder untuk mendapatkan informasi lima jenis ikan asin yang paling banyak diproduksi di P3 Pasongsonganyang kemudian akan dipilih sebagai sampel. Di samping itu, juga dilakukan observasi serta wawancara terhadap 25 produsen ikan asin di P3 Pasongsonganuntuk mendapatkan profil pengolahan ikan asin yang akan digunakan sebagai standar proses pengolahan sampel. Pengujian elektroforesis SDS-PAGE menunjukkan bahwa proses pengolahan ikan asin dan pindang tidak dapat menghilangkan pita protein yang diduga sebagai parvalbumin (10 sampai 13 kDa) serta polipeptida lain yang diduga sebagai alergen mayor pada ikan (24, 40, dan 50 kDa). Potensi alergenisitas ikan asin basah dari yang paling tinggi ke yang paling rendah, yaitu ikan tongkol > kembung > selar > layang > tembang. Potensi alergenisitas ikan asin kering dari yang paling tinggi ke yang paling rendah, yaitu ikan layang > tembang > tongkol > kembung > selar. Ikan selar asin goreng memiliki potensi alergi yang paling tinggi, sedangkan ikan kembung dan tongkol asin goreng memiliki  potensi alergi yang paling rendah. Hence in this research using two factors that is pectin and long drying. Design this research using RSM (Response Surface Method) on the software minitab 14.The research results show that pectin had have significant effect on gumminess, hardness, sensory (color and smell) but not had no effect on springiness, chewiness, pH, moisture content, sensory (taste, texture, and preferences a whole) while long drying only had have significant effect on moisture content, color, smell, and texture. The location of this research is in Cenlecen Village, Pakong District, Pamekasan Regency. The population in this study were all rice farmers in Cenlecen Village and the sample in this study amounted to 70 people using probability sampling technique. Based on the results of the study using the Customers Satisfaction Index (CSI), it shows the interest and satisfaction of farmers on the attributes of the amount of production and quality of rice, for plant attributes that are resistant to pests, production costs and easy to obtain. While the attributes of the ability to grow seeds in the field, ease of work, government services and product packaging. for attributes of plant form and are used to planting. To achieve the goal of farmer satisfaction with the attributes of rice planting using ciherang seeds, the results obtained are 63,62578, meaning that farmers are quite satisfied. Al-barokah in Bulangan Haji Village is the most appropriate so that it is able to face the competition. Using SWOT analysis with IFAS and EFAS Matrix, it is possible to identify important factors from both the external and internal environment which are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the banana chips agroindustry. The location of the research was carried out purposively in Bulangan Haji Village, Pegantenan District, Pamekasan Regency. The analytical method used is descriptive quantitative analysis using the SWOT analysis method. SWOT analysis is the systematic identification of various factors to formulate the Banana Chips Agroindustry strategy. The sampel method useed in this study is a deliberate method and to find out the number of samples the researches here use the slovin formula. Data analysis techniques are carrid out by means of qualitative descriptions and percentage description. The results showed that agriculture in Pakong Village has increased from year to year both in terms of land use and plant selection. This research is a survey research, using respondents who were selected using the accidental sampling method and selected 60 respondents who were met by chance with predetermined criteria. The data were analyzed descriptively and qualitatively. The results showed that from the results of the validity and reliability test all items from each variable were valid and reliable so that the data could be used for logistic regression testing. The results of the logistic regression test showed that the price and product variables had a significant effect on farmers' decision making in buying rice seeds at the Agrotani kiosk with an error rate of 10%, while the service, location and promotion variables had no significant effect. Then, based on the classification table, the logit results show the number of respondents who bought as many as 29 people but there are 9 people who probably will not buy the product again. Until now, there has been no research on the potential of local Madurese maize as baby corn. The use of local Madurese maize varieties as babycorn is an effort to increase the potential value of the commodity in order to increase farmers' income sources. Plants were planted in paddy fields using a randomized block design plot. Maintenance of corn plants using corn planting standards. Parameters observed included: plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves, age of flowering, harvest age, harvest period, ear wet weight, ear length, ear diameter, and ear sugar content. Data analysis used SPSS 16. The results of the analysis showed that there were differences in height and stem diameter of hybrid maize plants with local Madurese varieties but between local Madurese varieties showed no significant differences except for the growth in the number of leaves. Metode Analisis Data pada penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah saluran pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera yang berada di kecamatan Bumiaji Kota Batu tersebut bisa dibilang cukup baik, hal ini dapat terlihat dari elemen 4 jenis saluran pemasaran yang digunakan oleh pihak perusahaan sangat maksimal. Serta Kemitraan yang cocok dilakukan UD. Bumiaji Sejahtera yaitu; kerja sama dengan pihak produsen Tour dan Trevel. Kota Batu yang dikenal dengan Kota wisata tidak pernah sepi dari wisatawan lokal maupun asing, dengan begitu pihak Produsen Tour dan Travel akan mengarahkan ke lokasi buah jambu kristal UD. Dari pihak pemerintah juga berpengaruh positif, karena pada umumnya petani akan senang dengan pemimpin pemerintahan yang selalu memperhatikan kebutuhan petani, khususnya petani padi, sehingga semua itu dapat memotivasi petani agar bekerja dengan penuh semangat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk :  (1) Menganalisa faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi motivasi petani dalam meningkatkan produksi padi di Kelurahan Tlogomas, Kota Malang. Analisis data yang digunakan penulis dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan Skala Likert’s Summated Rating (SLR). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa factor motivasi terdiri atas faktir internal dan eksternal.
