Its 3-D whole model was build with finite element software ANSYS. The linear stability coefficient and the buckling mode under different load conditions were analyzed. The results show: The buckling curves under all conditions present as that external buckling of upper chord. According to the structural features and buckling features of half-through steel truss girder, the whole model was simplified as plane model. It was composed of semi-frame and upper chord with lateral elastic bearings, and the calculating steps in external stability analysis are given. On the basis of simple plane model, the parameter effect analysis of external stability of half-through steel truss girder was conducted with finite element method. The influence law of the high, the width of main truss and area of wind brace on lateral displacement of semi-frame, lateral stiffness of upper chord and overall structural stability coefficient. According to the statistics of COVID-19 epidemic released by the World Health Organization, the global epidemic has accumulated more than 500 million infections and more than 6.2 million deaths. However, if all hospitals at all levels are changed to designated hospitals, it may cause a run on medical resources. Container building has the advantages of simple construction, short construction period, recyclability and cost saving, and can be effectively used in the rapid transformation of talent apartment buildings and general wards into designated hospitals for efficient use. During the COVID-19, Wuhan Huoshen Mountain Hospital and Leishen Mountain Hospital adopted the container structure design, which is similar to Lego, combining containers one by one, giving full play to the advantages of container buildings. However, the current container building code stipulates that container buildings are only applicable to low and multi-storey buildings with six floors or less. In order to improve the seismic performance of container buildings and expand the application scope of container buildings, this paper proposes a box form composite structure based on traditional containers. Syndrome of qi stagnation and blood stasis is a common symptom of traditional Chinese medicine in hypertension, manifested as dizziness, palpitation, chest tightness and so on. Buyang Huanwu Tang has the effect of activating blood circulation and regulating collaterals, removing blood stasis and regulating qi, which is widely used in clinical treatment of hypertension. Compared with Western medicine, Chinese medicine has different antihypertensive targets in the treatment of diseases, which can play a better antihypertensive effect. Purpose: To explore the molecular mechanism of buyang huanwu tang in the treatment of hypertension based on network pharmacology. Methods: the active components of buyang huanwu decoction were screened by TCMSP database. Prediction of relevant targets by Drugbank, GeneCards and OMIM databases; The PPI network control chart was constructed by using Cytoscape3.6.0 software. Enrichment analysis of GO and KEGG was carried out through DAVID database, and mapping was carried out by using Cytoscape. Results: a total of 97 active components, 34 disease targets and 59 pathways were screened. Conclusion: buyang huanwu decoction has the characteristics of multi-component, multi-target and multi-pathway in the treatment of hypertension. There are five first-level indicators in the criteria layer, which are the individuation of learning process, the individuation of learning analysis, the coupling of learning, the autonomy of learning process and the creativity of learning process. There are 17 secondary indicators in the sub-criteria layer. The establishment of a good hierarchical structure is the premise of using AHP to solve problems. The basis of analyzing problems is to build a multi-level structure by layering various influencing factors. To determine the relationship between the elements, and according to the controlling relationship of the upper layer to the factors of the lower layer, the influencing factors are hierarchical, and then the hierarchical structure model of the upper layer and the lower layer is constructed, the geometric average method is used to calculate the average of the experts. The geometric average method ensures the reciprocal character of the matrix.
