Thus, this study aims to describe how the use of Google Classroom media during online learning, obstacles, and teacher efforts in overcoming the obstacles. The qualitative descriptive research method was chosen. Teachers and students of class V SD Negeri 1 Punung as research subjects. Observation, interview and documentation techniques were used to collect data, then triangulation and data analysis were carried out. The research results obtained, namely: Google Classroom media is used by teachers to deliver material in the form of videos and files. The assignment is carried out as a learning evaluation. The obstacle is from the side of teachers and students, namely the readiness of teachers and students in carrying out online learning in order to maximize and adapt in using the features available in Google Classroom. Cahyani, Vit Ardhyantama, Ferry Aristya","doi":"10.21137/sjes.2021.1.1.6","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.21137/sjes.2021.1.1.6","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to (1) describe the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 1 Jatigunung for the 2019/2020 academic year, (2) determine students' reading skills through the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 1 Jatigunung for the 2019/2020 academic year, ( 3) find out the obstacles and solutions in the implementation of the school literacy movement. This research applied qualitative descriptive method. The subjects of this study were 1 school principal, 1 teacher, 33 students, and 2 parents of SDN 1 Jatigunung students. Student and parent subjects were selected by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques include documentation and observation of GLS implementation, and interviews. The results obtained in this study are: 1) The implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN 1 Jatigunung was good. The teacher has implemented 3 stages, namely: habituation, development, and learning; 2) students' reading skills, especially in grade III 70%, were fluent in reading. Through the school literacy movement, teachers have invited their students to always get used to reading. This type of the research was descriptive qualitative. This research war conducted in the second semester of the 2019/2020 in academic year of subjects were 23 grade VI students of SDN 2 Worawari. Data collection used test methods, and interviews. The validity of the data used technical triangulation. The data analysis technique in this study used Miles and Hubberman.The results of this study indicate that the writing skills of grade VI students of SDN 2 Worawari were 26% in the high category, 39% in the medium category, and 34% in the low category. The object of this study is parenting and its implications for students’ academic achievement. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis used in this research was data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing.The result of the data analysis can be concluded that: (1) Parenting style with authoritative type has a positive impact on children’s development. The data collection method used a questionnaire method with the research subjects of grade 6 elementary school students. Processing the questionnaire method with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the help of the Microsoft Excel program. Based on the research results, it can be seen that students are greatly helped in learning the Solar System using interactive learning media.
