Open communities were selected for the study, namely their architecture and main components: information content (title, description, posts, topics of the event) and audience (community members). To select relevant, informative, reliable publications, the scoring method is used which reflects the level of trust of the authors of the publication in the form of weighted indicators of a set of certain characteristics. Data collection is a combined approach, as virtual communities are dynamic in the content of the data and their content depends on the actions of the participants. In order to significantly increase the operating temperatures and change to more stringent operating conditions for ceramic products, it is necessary to improve existing methods of processing ceramics and significantly change the development of new ones. Various means for processing of ceramic materials have been studied and analyzed, which include the introduction of activating additives, hardening with dispersed particles, filamentary crystals and fibers and application of a protective coating to prevent rapid oxidation at surface layers. Carrying out partial purification of the initial starting components from various impurities can significantly increase some characteristics of the disilicide of molybdenum ceramics. Disilicide of molybdenum ceramics has been researched to have significant influence on the physical and mechanical properties (thermal conductivity, electrical resistance, coefficient of thermal expansion and strength) of molybdenum ceramics disilicides, which are introduced into the base material both with the initial components and in the process of its technological production. It has been established that it is possible to increase operating temperatures and ensure the use of molybdenum disilicide-based ceramic materials in harsher working conditions can be achieved by introducing of aluminum, boron, beryllium, iron, yttrium, nickel and cobalt powders into the charge, strengthening titanium coating, which includes silicification and titanium technology. It has been researched that at high temperatures and in the presence of molten silicon the synthesis and crystallization of molybdenum dicilicide occur on the grains in the surface layers, as well as dissolution and recrystallization of submicron particles of molybdenum dicilicide take place at certain depth. The application of reinforcement learning in real time cannot be overstated, it encompasses areas far beyond the scope of this paper, including but not limited to medicine, health care, natural language processing, robotics and e-commerce. Contemporary reinforcement learning research teams have made remarkable progress in games and comparatively less in the medical field. Most recent implementations of reinforcement learning are focused on model-free learning algorithms as they are relatively easier to implement. This paper seeks to present model-based reinforcement learning notions, and articulate how model-based learning can be efficient in contemporary scenarios. Model based reinforcement learning is a fundamental approach to sequential decision making, it refers to learning optimal behavior indirectly by learning a model of the environment, from taking actions and observing the outcomes that include the subsequent sate and the instant reward. Many other spheres of reinforcement learning have a connection to model-based reinforcement learning. It is determined that the main factors influencing the wear resistance of steel gas-thermal coatings are the cooling rate of steel and the concentration of alloying elements. It is shown that in order to obtain wear-resistant sprayed coatings from alloyed structural steels it is necessary to achieve certain conditions of coating formation, namely: heating and spraying temperature of wire, cooling rate of molten particles, and their oxidation state. One of the most probable reasons for increasing wear resistance is the saturation of the melt droplets with alloying elements (primarily chromium) and impurities of introduction (carbon, nitrogen) in the process of melting the wire in the flame. The relatively low flight speed of molten steel particles and the high concentration of propane-containing carbon in the combustion products contribute to the deep saturation of the melt droplets with carbon. It is likely that these circumstances are associated with the process of increasing the wear resistance of coatings obtained by gas-flame and electric arc spraying. An additional factor that increases the wear resistance of the sprayed coating may be the saturation of the melt droplets with carbon in the process of melting and spraying using propane flames. Studies have suggested that both for the method of gas-flame spraying and for the method of electric arc spraying, there are modes and steels for spraying, which can increase the wear resistance of the coating. {"title":"Construction of static solutions of the equations of elasticity and thermoelasticity theory","authors":"V. New explicit partial solutions of thermoelasticity equations, when the temperature field is defined by 3D or 2D harmonic functions, are constructed. Displacements, deformations, and stresses determined by these partial solutions are called temperature functions. A simple formula for the expression of normal temperature stresses is obtained and it is shown that their sum is zero. Separate cases when the temperature depends on the product of harmonic functions of two variables on the degree of coordinate z are also considered. Partial and general solutions are derived for them. General solutions of thermoelasticity equations (Navier’s equations) through four harmonic functions, when the temperature field is given three-dimensional or two-dimensional harmonic functions, are constructed. The thermoelastic state of the body is divided into symmetric and asymmetric stress states. It is proposed to present the solutions of the theory of elasticity, which are expressed by the product of the harmonic function of two variables to the degree of the coordinate. Polynomial solutions that depend on three coordinate variables are recorded. The analytical review of the literature is performed, which confirmed the advantage of powder injection in a teeming ladle compared to traditional technologies of deoxidation and alloying. Based on known mathematical models adapted to specific technological conditions, mathematical modeling is carried out, which takes into account a number of important parameters for technology, including fractional composition, density and consumption of powder ferroalloy, taking into account the parameters of injection equipment. The optimal diameter of the pipeline is determined. Nomograms of the lowest level of carrier gas consumption are designed. With the help of nomograms, it is possible to control the operation mode of injection equipment in obtaining pulsationless transportation of gas-powder mixture depending on the ferroalloy fraction, its flow rate and density, taking into account the diameter of the pipeline. Based on the results of mathematical modeling, the criterion for assessment the efficiency of injection equipment has been deduced, that makes it possible to determine quickly the pulsationless transport of gas-powder mixture depending on the fraction of powder reagent and pipeline diameter. The essence of the model is to apply appropriate methods of DFCS control, which interact with each other and other functional subsystems within the operation of the subsystem units and their interaction, based on the target function. To ensure effective control of a mobile radio network in conditions of frequent changes of the situation (operational, tactical, communication, etc.) is possible only if there is a nodal control system capable of making control decisions in conditions of uncertainty. In addition, provision of the ability of mobile radio networks to self-organization, as well as adaptation of its nodes to different operating conditions requires the presence of a training subsystem as part of the node control system. To ensure effective control of a mobile radio network in conditions of frequent changes of the situation (operational, tactical, communication, etc.) is possible only if there is a nodal control system capable of making control decisions in conditions of uncertainty. In addition, provision of the ability of mobile radio networks to self-organization, as well as adaptation of its nodes to different operating conditions requires the presence of a training subsystem as part of the node control system. Considering the peculiarities of the functioning of MANET class radio networks, the article proposes to intellectualize the control processes by using knowledge processing technologies in the construction of a node control system. Based on the integrated use of fuzzy logic and neural networks, the probabilities of violations are considered, which, depending on the parameters of the state of the nodes, allow selecting the required value of the violation of the state of the network. Unlike existing models that are used in computer or fixed networks that do not require resource-intensive structure, in this model it is proposed to develop the structure of the DFCS to the requirements and features of usage in the mobile radio network. The application of the model will allow: to simplify and improve the structure of the construction of the data flow control subsystem; to process incomplete, inaccurate, unpredictable, different in its physical content data; to reduce the time of making a control decision.
