So far, the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) policies in higher education has not been optimal in achieving the expected goals as shown by several research results. One of the contributing factors is due to the diverse understanding of universities in interpreting the criteria for implementing Islamic Religious Education policies in higher education. This study seeks to analyze the criteria for implementing Islamic Education policies in higher education based on the prevailing laws and regulations in Indonesia from the perspective of general education.This study uses a qualitative approach and descriptive methods. The researcher acts as a key instrument. The data collection technique used document study. Data analysis includes data reduction steps, data display and data verification. This study aims to determine the contribution of the guidance of the head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the competence of supervisors to the implementation of the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers. The method used in this research is quantitative analysis based on statistical inferential models. The data collection was done using observation, interviews, and questionnaires. After the data is collected, it is then processed using logical analysis for qualitative and statistical analysis for quantitative data using descriptive statistics, regression, and correlation. Based on the hypothesis test, the guidance of the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs and the competence of supervisors contributes positively and significantly to the implementation of the professional competence of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) teachers.Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pembinaan kepala Kementerian Agama dan kompetensi pengawas terhadap pelaksanaan kompetensi profesional guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif berbasis model statistika inferensia. Adapun pengumpulan datanya dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan angket. Setelah data terkumpul, kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan analisis logika untuk kualitatif dan analisis statistika untuk data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik deskriptif, regresi, dan korelasi. This study aims to determine the average control and experimental classes and determine the effect of the application of the model. The research method used is a quasi-experimental method, providing an overview of student learning outcomes and the influence of the applied model. The results showed that: 1) the average learning outcomes of the experimental class using the self-directed learning model in the cognitive aspect was 84.75 and the affective aspect was 80.19. 2) there is a significant influence between the self-directed learning model on the learning outcomes of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) students in the cognitive aspect. There is also a significant influence between the self-directed learning model on PAI student learning outcomes in the affective aspect. Penelitian ini membahas tentang banyaknya Madarasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya yang belum terakreditasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan perencanaan program pendampingan akreditasi Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dan pelaksanaannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) atau juga dikenal dengan penelitian aksi bersama. Instrument atau alat pengumpulan datanya adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan lembar penilaian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat diketahui bahwa: 1) Kegiatan perencanaan progam pendampingan akreditasi madrasah dilakukan dengan workshop yang melibatkan Kepala Sekolah, Kemenag Kabupaten Kubu Raya dan prodi PGMI IAIN Pontianak. 2) Pelaksanaan program pendampingan madrasah ibtidaiyah di Kabupaten Kubu Raya dilakukan melalui 2 siklus kegiatan workshop dalam memahami 8 standar akreditasi. Abstract. This study discusses the number of Islamic elementary schools in Kubu Raya Regency that have not been accredited. This study aims to determine the planning activities of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah accreditation assistance programs in Kubu Raya Regency, and their implementation. The method used in this research is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach or also known as joint action research. Instruments or data collection tools are observations, interviews, documentation and assessment sheets. Based on the results of the study, it can be seen that: 1) The planning activities of the madrasah accreditation mentoring program were carried out by workshops involving the Principal, the Ministry of Religion of Kubu Raya Regency and the PGMI IAIN Pontianak study program. 2) Implementation of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah mentoring program in Kubu Raya Regency is carried out through 2 cycles of workshop activities in understanding 8 accreditation standards. Every Muslim is encouraged to be able to read Quran. Therefore, it become the main purpose on the conduction of Islamic education, starting from primary level. Realistically, only 30% students were able to meet the objective. One of the factors is due to the inappropriate learning method being used. In this case, Bilhikmah is introduced as a method to learn Quran shortly which has been effectively proved. The training aimed to provide the Islamic primary teachers with adequate knowledge of Bilhikmah method. The considered target in this study is 75% from 40 teachers would be able to implement Bilhikmah method. However, the training involved various methods such as presentation performance, question and asking session, practice, as well as small group and individual mentorship. The result shows that all participated target (100%) succeed to comprehend the three volumes of Bilhikmah book, while practical tajweed book is mastered by 75% participants. Furthermore, the training participants are then applied Bilhikmah method on Quran learning process in their own schools.Abstrak. Setiap Muslim dituntut untuk bisa membaca Al-Quran. Karena itu salah satu tujuan Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di Sekolah Dasar agar para bisa membaca Al-Quran. Realitasnya hanya sekitar 30% siswa yang berhasil meraih tujuan pendidikan ini. Salah satu penyebabnya, keliru menerapkan metode pembelajaran. Bilhikmah merupakan metode cepat membaca Al-Quran yang terbukti efektif. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan membekalkan metode Bilhikmah kepada para guru PAI SD. Targetnya 75% dari 40 GURU mampu mengimplementasikan metode Bilhikmah. Pelatihan menggunakan beragam metode, yakni: presentasi, tanya-jawab, demonstrasi, praktek, bimbingan kelompok kecil, dan bimbingan individual. Hasil pelatihan hampir seluruh peserta (100%) berhasil menguasai buku Bilhikmah 1, 2, dan 3, sedangkan buku tajwid praktis dikuasai oleh 75% peserta. The results of this study indicate that 1) The first stage is an analysis of the curriculum, media and learning models that have been used, and materials that need to be studied by students, 2) The design of Blog PION is done by designing and setting product titles, making storyboards, and making product display, 3) Making a blog through WordPress and supporting images using Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementation by validating the material and media contained in the PION Blog and evaluating teachers and students, 5). Evaluated according to the advice of material experts and media experts as well as weighing the advantages and disadvantages of PION Blog. Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Blog PION sebagai media pembelajaran berbasis blended learning pada materi Muamalah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan model ADDIE. Data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif data. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara serta penyebaran angket. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Tahap pertama dilakukan analisis terhadap kurikulum, media dan model pembelajaran yang telah digunakan, dan materi yang perlu dipelajari oleh peserta didik, 2) Desain Blog PION dilakukan dengan cara merancang dan menetapkan judul produk, membuat storyboard, serta membuat tampilan produk, 3) Pembuatan blog melalui WordPress dan gambar penunjang menggunakan Adobe Illustrator CS6, 4) Implementasi dengan cara melakukan validasi materi dan media yang terdapat dalam Blog PION serta penilaian guru dan peserta didik, 5) .
