The method used is direct observation of the swordtail fish observed from day to day so it can be concluded that on homemade pellet feed fish are more aggressive in eating homemade pellets and also respond quickly to eat them quickly and devour while on takari brand pellet feed the fish eat it slowly and also the response takes a long time to eat it soit takes too long to finish. The dirt that is released by the swordtail fish is also a lot in general, fish, the swordtail fish eats a lot and also lots of dirt that comes out. The non-implementation of the provision of the minimum wage by employers has an impact on the occurrence of industrial relations disputes between employers and workers/laborers. In this study, the formulation of the problem is how is the supervision of the Medan City Manpower Service regarding the implementation of the 2017 minimum wage in Medan City? What obstacles occurred in supervising the implementation of the 2017 minimum wage in the city of Medan? Labor inspection is carried out to monitor compliance with labor laws and regulations carried out by labor inspectors from the Medan city manpower and transmigration office which is also based on chapter XIV of Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower. the research method used is qualitative and naturalistic. Based on the research results, it was found that many workers in the city of Medan had not received normative rights in accordance with Law no. 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower, including non-payment of wages in accordance with the minimum wage, termination of employment (PHK) and payment of overtime wages that are not in accordance with the provisions by employers. The purpose of this study is to provide an example of the possibility, opportunity and capability of implementing the blockchain method in zakat institutions, especially in Indonesia. The integration of blockchain into the economic and monetary system creates lucrative opportunities, conversely, blockchain can pose a threat to the economic and monetary system. The purpose of this research is to find out the impact of the blockchain. This research method is a literature study that examines the literature on various topics and balances it with studies of phenomena from various countries. through dynamic technological advances, especially with the emergence of blockchain technology. Based on the results and research findings, it can be said that blockchain has both positive and negative effects. The positive effects of blockchain on the functioning of the monetary system are the convenience, security and stability of the financial system, which can affect economic growth, while the negative effects of blockchain change the system/policy that previously occurred to be decentralized. and losses mainly from government agencies. Through the advancement of Dynamism technology, especially emerging blockchain technology, the zakat environment will be more efficient for blockchain providing a sustainable, timely, secure and open data decentralization method. The data used in this study are secondary data. To analyse the data, Granger Causality Test which was formulated in a simple regression equation used. The research result shows that two directions causality relationship between government investment and economic growth during that period. It can be seen from the coefficients result of two regressions which are not zero (bj ≠ 0 and dj ≠ 0) and the F statistic tests are bigger than the F table (20,799 > 6,26 and 10,788 > 6,26). \u0000Keywords: government investment, Economic growth, Granger Causality \u0000  \u0000ABSTRAK. \u0000 Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan kausalitas antara investasi pemerintah dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi kota Medan selama periode 1994-2005.
