Paguyuban doesn’t have an apllication as an information management system. Information System is a tool of human in storing, processing, and organizing data. The Sophistication of information systems will accelerate the processing and management of data. Based on above, this devotion program is empowerment,strengthening understanding and technical capability of accounting process related preparing financial statement easily.and accurate. The developing information systems appication that will be used in SMEs (Small and Medium Enterprises) to obtain report of sale, report of inventory based database Access application effectively and relevance.The model of this devotion was descriptive qualitatif which measure target quantity, efficient system quality, and timeliness of preparing finanacial statement.Based on quesionare feedback from participant we got 74% of participant stated that application implementationwas easily. Dalam mencapai keberhasilan tersebut perlu bantuan dan dorongan dari guru serta orang tua. Namun dalam proses belajar di sekolah yang sangat banyak memberikan kontribusi adalah peran guru. Dalam hal ini guru dituntut sedemikian sehingga mampu membawa para siswa menuju keberhasilan dengan demikian maka guru baru dikatakan telah mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Dalam mencapai tujuan tersebut banyak hal yang harus dilakukan guru salah satunya adalah pengembangan bahan ajar. Oleh karena, itu guru harus mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar atau buku paket yang sudah ada semenarik mungkin dengan bahasa yang sederhana dan di desain sedemikian rupa sehingga siswa dapat belajar mandiri disekolah maupun di rumah dengan bantuan bahan ajar yang dikembangkan tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan workshop ini adalah (1) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para guru mengenai pengembangan bahan ajar. (2) Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman para guru dalam meningkatakan motivasi belajar siswa. (3) Para guru mampu membuat desain pengembangan bahan ajar semenarik dan seefisien mungkin untuk dilaksanakan dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Kesehatan Martabe Sipirok. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan ialah berupa workshop. Pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan selama 3 bulan, pada bulan Januari - Maret 2016. Dimana kegiatan workshopnya dilaksanakan selama dua hari berturut-turut. Hasil workshop pengembangan bahan ajar ini yaitu bahwa guru-guru di SMK Kesehatan Martabe Sipirok sudah banyak memperoleh motivasi, informasi/pengetahuan terkait dalam pengembangan bahan ajar dan juga diperkirakan kedepannya para guru-guru khususnya di SMK Kesehatan Martabe Sipirok sudah mampu mengembangkan bahan ajar sendiri. The village is one of the villages that has the most extraordinary natural potentials such as Ungapan Beach, Bajulmati Beach, Parangdowo Beach, Jolangkung Beach, Bengkung Beach, Ngudel Beach, and Ngantep Beach, which is a beach located in the southern cross of Malang Regency. Rows of mountains are sturdy and beautiful to make the tourists interested to travel there.Sidodadi village area bounded with Sumbermanjing wetan district in the east, village elephant rejo in the west. On the other hand, not only the potential of nature is extraordinary, but the results of the abundant earth. Rice, corn, coconut, banana, rice, cassava, mangosteen, durian, and palm are natural products that can be processed there. The potential possessed and remarkable until now has not been published or promoted through websites and social media, to hog the visitors who more aplagi most visitors see the first reference before coming directly.The abundant natural resources with the stammered human resources of technology will make the potential of nature unknown to the wider community. The product is potentially for patents, publications, appropriate technology, and textbook enrichment and increases the income of local sheep rancher above the UMR. The approach method does include phases: (a) Dissemination of herbal mineral technology program in an effort to overcome the local sheep weight disorders; (b) the preparation of the social preconditions, namely the strengthening of local sheep farmer groups, either group or forum as a media meet and problem solving-problems encountered breeder; (c) mineral technology program execution herbs both technical and nontechnicalfor the breeder community, supported by related agencies (local government and higher education (Faculty of animal husbandry, Muhammadiyah University of South Tapanuli); (d) Monitoring, evaluation and reporting. The results obtained are very satisfactory known breeders, among others, as follows: 1.) all cattle like the mineral blocks, 2) livestock appetite grew, 3)herding cattle so much faster, 4) livestock quieter moments infree-range, 5). cattle drinking increased and 6)the addition of the weight of the body of livestock. Also, it is expected later KWT MT Al Muhajirin able to form a Trade Business that produces green mustard chips and ice cream. The activity of dedication to the community of KWT MT Al Muhajirin is done by the method of training in practice and theory. For two days, community members are invited to understand the purpose, benefits,and application of processed green mustard as nutritious food ingredients and economic value. Presentation of learning materials related to the importance of community empowerment through the independent learning process, this group is conducted by the material, objectives and practical benefits of each theme. In the last session, community service activities are presented demonstrations of cooking food, process the green mustardinto chips and ice cream is healthy, practical and favored by all walks of life. The process of processing the green mustard greens as raw materials for obtaining these types of food is done by the method of demonstration while providing explanations that must be mastered when will process the green mustard into healthy food for the family, and economic value. However, one particular factor that fully hinders them is the holistic marketing processes besides capital, technology, and human resources. To further implement the solution, this paper concentrates on both UMKM MakmurAsri and TaniMakmur (in Tulungrejo, Trucuk, Bojonegoro), the manufacturer of tortilla snack, as the firms facing the mentioned trouble. Located far from the surrounding main roads, their location is by chance hard to reach. For the reason of distant constraint to customers, one better strategy is to apply the use of online shop andintroduce m-commerce model. Thus, by intensive training and mentoring, this iBM community service fills them in with all the details of the two combinations of marketing and English for business. It is with big hope that through applying this method can help the firms and their product be locally and internationally consumed and much more so. The solution is formulated in the form of a workshop and coaching for karangtaruna members (youth association) to practice English verbal proficiency by drilling and repetition method. At the end of this society service, the results are (1) Positive response and enthusiasm from youth association in Jedong village Wagir district. (2) Improved awareness of the benefit of English verbal proficiency. (3) Willingness to take a risk in participating. (4) Improved glossary, grammar, pronunciation,and spelling of verbal English and not ambiguous. (5) Improved chance to listen to native speaker’s voice recording. (6) Improved chance to practice verbal English in the monologue (self-introduction), in pairs and mingle (talking in turns with all participants in a dynamic and fun/not boringatmosphere. (7) Learning media with mp3 native speaker voice recording becomes available. (8) Youth association members can be facilitated to listen to native speaker’s voice recording, imitating and independent self-practice in their spare time. (9) Online webs become accessible to browse and download learning media files for future learning after this society service comes to its end. This devotion is done for two months from January to February 2017. This dedication will be useful for teachers to develop children's intelligence optimally. Thus, teachers focus not only on the values of intellectual intelligence but also on other intelligence that will support the success of children later, such as emotional and spiritual intelligence. The results of this psychoeducation activity are: (1) the target of the previously planned trainees is at least 50 people, and the attendance is 100 people. Thus the target of the trainees can be said successful; (2) the teacher canrecognize and develop the child's emotional and spiritual intelligence through his body language; (3) the material delivered also has reached the target.
