In this paper, research was carried out quantitatively on the millennial generation in Indonesia to measure how user experience can Affect Trust in technology and Purchase Intention in the social aspects of the Information Technology System. The findings of this study confirm that the experience of using and the user interface is one of the important keys to use a digital e-commerce platform.","PeriodicalId":215789,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th Information Technology International Seminar (ITIS)","volume":"38 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"126755651","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not only by using keywords, searching for information now can also be done by inputting images through an image feature. It returns the results related to the query image, its size, and the sites that load the image as a query. This method is called Reverse Image Search (RIS), one type of Content-Based Image Retrieval (CBIR). Occasionally, the query image provides several other images that are similar and correlated with the query image. Thus, it requires a machine that must distinguish and find correlations between one image and another. In this paper, the author extracted image features from RIS s results by implementing a CNN (Convolutional Neural Network) model trained to extract image features and performed RIS on a database. We compared similar and relevant content to the query image with the performance vector distance extracted by comparing the Pre-Trained CNN Model with the Pre-Trained CNN Model method and conventional methods such as perceptual hashing. In this paper, the Pre-Trained CNN Model method succeeded in handling orientation information. However, the Euclidean distance from the feature vector of several images was quite close, albeit different.","PeriodicalId":215789,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th Information Technology International Seminar (ITIS)","volume":"7 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"115155483","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through e-government, many benefits can be achieved, both for government and citizens. These benefits can only be realized if citizens use e-government services. Therefore, it is essential to look at what makes citizens want to use e-government services. The study identifies factors in the adoption of citizens to e-government services in Indonesia. The research model is based on the UTAUT model. A total of 400 respondents in Surabaya have filled out a questionnaire distributed online and offline. The SEM-PLS is used to test the proposed hypothesis. The results showed that performance expectations, effort expectations, and facilitating conditions influence citizens’ intention to use e-government services.","PeriodicalId":215789,"journal":{"name":"2020 6th Information Technology International Seminar (ITIS)","volume":"29 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2020-10-14","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"132984469","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
