The features of the development of Functional Networking Components (FNC) are presented. FNC have the ability to receive and process information (the presence of a computer with network ports), have a physical nature (including hardware and software resources) and can affect the environment,. The structure of the FNC, which determines the function of these devices, and its main elements are considered. The article analyzes cybersecurity problems and ways to solve it. The use of digital matrices (FPGA) as part of the FNC hybrid calculator makes it possible to solve some security problems successfully. An example of the development and simulation of the FNC functional module, a combined generator of powerful ultrasonic vibrations, is considered. The network capabilities of FNC for switching and routing information packets are noted. FNC can be used as an element of a telecommunications network.","PeriodicalId":215744,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Electron Devices Design and Production (SED)","volume":"20 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129333599","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Their application is especially promising in the field of medicine, electrochemistry, and a number of other areas where you have to deal with heat-dependent objects, whose parameters may change due to non-standardized electrical energy introduced into them during the measurement. Generators based on signal division have been fairly well researched, in contrast to structures based on signal multiplication. This article presents the study results of a prescribed electrical power generator based on the multiplication of signals and a voltage-controlled voltage source. The data obtained by computer simulation are consistent with the results of the generator circuit practical implementation. The generator can be implemented using only four IC’s and provides the maintaining full-scale error of a prescribed electric power less than 15% in the range of load resistance variation from 50 to 1000 kOhm.","PeriodicalId":215744,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Electron Devices Design and Production (SED)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130206405","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Thermoelectric materials have the following maximum values of ZT: Bi2Te2.8Se0.2 – 1.15; Bi0.5Sb1.5Te3 – 1.17; Bi2Te2.4Se0.6 - 1.16; Bi0.4Sb1.6Te3 - 1.18; PbTe – 1.31; GeTe – 1.41; SiGe – 1.23 for n-type and 1.21 for p-type. Parameter ZT is determined for the operating temperature range of each material. Increase of the figure of merit for nanostructured TEMs in comparison with the usual structure is determined by the decrease of thermal conductivity by 10–15% due to the phonon heat transfer.In order to increase the efficiency of thermoelectric generators by increasing the temperature difference between hot and cold thermoelement junctions, multisection thermoelements are used. For such a thermoelement with operating temperatures up to 1200 K, the structures and technology of contact systems obtained by vacuum deposition of thin films have been proposed and justified. The influence of the preparation of thermoelectric material surface and the structure of contact systems on their thermal stability, contact resistance and mechanical strength has been established. Effective contact systems are proposed for the temperature range from 300 to 1200 K: Ni; Mo/Ni and Mo/Ta-W-N/Ni, having an adhesive strength of at least 16.0 MPa and a contact resistance of not more than 4.9•10-9 Ohm•m2.","PeriodicalId":215744,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Electron Devices Design and Production (SED)","volume":"64 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131440029","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Sensor signal processing was now performed using the Arduino Nano platform. Signals about the presence of obstacles, their type and distance to them were output to one vibration motor. The upgraded device was powered not from one 9V battery, but from one high-capacity NCR18650B battery with a charging board.A smartphone can be connected to the upgraded device via a wireless communication module, on the screen of which programmed information about a person’s movements can be displayed. In addition, you can make some changes to the software settings using your smartphone.The structurally modernized device is made in the form of a conventional walking stick, and the replacement of the ultrasonic sensors with the JSN-SR04T made it possible to mark the sensors in the handle and the rubber tip of the cane, making their presence less noticeable to others. The weight of the finished device was 490 g with a cane height of 83 cm.Testing this device on a limited set of conditions showed the validity of the chosen research direction. During the experiments, such a drawback was found as the appearance of false alarms when moving in an apartment on the carpet when an obstacle of the \"step down\" type is detected. When walking on laminate and linoleum, there were no false positives.","PeriodicalId":215744,"journal":{"name":"2021 International Seminar on Electron Devices Design and Production (SED)","volume":"1 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2021-04-27","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"130762068","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
