Tasks, in turn, are connected to Program Organization Units (POUs) implemented in compliance with languages defined by the IEC 61131–3 standard. The execution order of tasks can be accurately determined if the worst-case execution time of the tasks are known a priori. We propose an algorithm for estimation of Worst Case Execution Time (WCET) of control code statically, in a platform-independent way, mainly based on the control flow structure of the code. We use abstract interpretation based techniques to estimate worst case bounds of execution of loops in the code and add minimal platform related parameters to tighten our bounds. Our results on several domain-specific examples have been able to yield good estimates of WCET.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"170 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133621541","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Patients are facing a problematic situation of unforeseen demise due to the specific reason of heart problems and attack which is because of nonexistence of good medical maintenance to patients at the needed time. This is for specially monitoring the old age patients and informing doctors and loved ones. So we are proposing a innovative project to dodge such sudden death rates by using Patient Health Monitoring that uses sensor technology and uses internet to communicate to the loved ones in case of problems. This system uses Temperature and heartbeat sensor for tracking patients health. Both the sensors are connected to the Arduino-uno. To track the patient health micro-controller is in turn interfaced to a LcD display and wi-fi connection to send the data to the web-server(wireless sensing node). In case of any abrupt changes in patient heart-rate or body temperature alert is sent about the patient using IoT. This system also shows patients temperature and heartbeat tracked live data with timestamps over the Internetwork. Thus Patient health monitoring system based on IoT uses internet to effectively monitor patient health and helps the user monitoring their loved ones drom work and saves lives.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"9 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131868620","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

We used a linear regression model to check which part of the evaluation of the course assessment affects final exam score the most. In addition, we explained the origins of data mining and data mining in education. After preprocessing and preparing data for the task in hand, we implemented the linear regression model. The results of our work show that quizzes are most accurate predictors of final exam scores compared to other kinds of assessments.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"31 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"131777941","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Architectural design with unique characteristics which were missing in traditional construction is the key feature of green buildings. By implementing green concepts in residential buildings we have attempt to use renewable resources more sensibly in order to create an eco-friendly environment which will excel the living experience for residents, and minimize the ecological footprints of the building. This paper presents stories RCC framed building analyzed and designed under the lateral loading effect of earthquake using (Extended Three Dimensional Analysis of Building system). All the major analysis process i.e. static, dynamic, Linear and non-linear, etc., as well as designing of the building is included in the ETABS software. Because of the facilities provided in this software at the modelling stage, the buildings can be modelled as per the arrangement of the members of the project in Practical, and this software considers the beams, columns as Line members; slabs, Ramps/staircases, walls are as area members. This paper mainly deals with the structural analysis and designing of a residential building using ETABS software and those results are further verified by manual calculation and design as per IS 456: 2000 and in the pre-building phase the green design concepts are implemented in the architectural design of a building to reduce the carbon footprints of the building.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"59 19","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"133323230","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Various requirements that impact the architectural solution of big data include the source of data and its involved features such as volume, velocity, variety and the type of data. While processing big data, other challenges raised related to scalability, availability, integrity, concurrency, parallelism and performance. Because of all these features and requirements, building a suitable big data solution needs to consider the architectural solutions to satisfy those different elements of the system. Different software architectural styles exist. The aim of this paper is to provide an overview of the important commonly used architecture styles for building big data systems, compare their benefits, performance and main components. And mostly cover how each style can help in resolving the challenges required by developing big data software systems. The goal is to identify and discuss software architectural issues imposed by Hadoop that impact its performance. A new hybrid architecture system to achieve the requirement for Hadoop is proposed and all possible challenges the Hybrid system could face are investigated.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"18 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"129391832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In medical image processing, various image enhancement and segmentation techniques have been used to identify the tooth structures for the classification of the type of abnormalities like tooth fracture, proper root canal treatment, caries identification and periodontal diseases etc. Medical diagnosis can be done manually for dental X-ray images but it is very time consuming and complex. In this paper, we proposed a method to extract the restoration part from the dental X-ray image by combining the Fuzzy clustering with the iterative level set active contour. Here firstly we use the Preprocessing using median filtering to remove the noise present in the X-ray image so that it can be used for further processing. Secondly, we used Fuzzy clustering image segmentation to identify different clusters. At last, Level set active contour method is applied to extract the restoration area from the teeth. The accuracy of the proposed method is more than 98%.","PeriodicalId":214619,"journal":{"name":"2018 International Conference on Advances in Computing and Communication Engineering (ICACCE)","volume":"74 1","pages":"0"},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-06-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"127366511","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
