The effects of various important factors on the Cd(II) biosorption process by the strain Candida tropicalis XTA 1874 has been optimized in our present study. Our study depicts significant impacts of the physico-chemical parameters on Cd(II) biosorption. The micronutrients employed in our study also showed significant effects.
