This situation can occur due to internal and external factors. One of external factors is the lack of public services related to education, both formal and informal. It also happened in Nagarasari Village in the City of Tasikmalaya, West Java. In the city of Tasikmalaya, there found a community reading park (TBM), but it has not been yet productive in providing literacy programs to the surrounding community. Even though the existence of community reading parks in the community is a part of education. Knowing this phenomenon, it is necessary to have an effective solution to develop and advance the welfare of society. This community service activity is carried out using real action activities methods, namely web-based literacy programs by collaborating between teaching, training, community development, and web-based literacy programs in the community. Stunting is nutritional status based on the PB/U or TB/U index wherein anthropometric standards for assessing children's nutritional status, the measurement results are at the threshold. Stunting that has occurred, if not balanced with catch-up growth (growth of work) will result in decreased growth. The problem of stunting is a public health problem that is associated with an increased risk of illness, death, and barriers to growth, both motor and mental. Seeing the dangers caused by stunting, the village midwife is committed to handling and reducing the prevalence of stunting which was discussed through interviews about stunting interventions held with KPM members for the acceleration of stunting management in 2022 for 30 days in Tlogo village. That the socialization discussed the need to strengthen coordination and expand the scope of programs carried out by members of the 2022 TbR KPM and also focus on reviewing the policy of the nutrition improvement movement as evidenced in the first 1000 days of a baby's life in the Tlogo an area called Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN). The steps conducted in this activity covered, socialization, training, monitoring, and evaluation. In socialization the instructor explained the benefits of Pop Up and how to design it.  After identifying the benefits, in training phase, the participant  that was divided in to some group were also asked to construct the pop up. During constructing process, the whole participants were quite excited. Then, on monitoring and evaluation, it was found that there some positive impacts obtained after conducting this activity. Therefore, assistance is needed so that BUMDes provide benefits to the community. This assistance needs to be carried out considering that BUMDes Mitra Mandiri has never received assistance, especially in the preparation of AD/ART. The method used in this assistance is a service model with a PAR (Participatory Action Research) approach. From this assistance, it was concluded that assistance in the preparation of AD/ART is very necessary, considering that AD/ART is the basis for running BUMDes. This service is carried out in the savings and loan business unit that manages the TAMARA BUMDes, Tamansari Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. The approach used is the PAR approach.
