Women refugees face a unique set of problems and their health is often compromised. The aim of this study was to describe health and family support issues encountered by women refugees in refugee setting and related nursing interventions. \u0000Methods: A literature review was performed using Academic Search Premier, CINAHL and Medline databases, and the following keywords were used separately and in combination to retrieve related abstracts and articles: `women refugees`, `health`, `nursing`. Only original articles from qualitative studies published in English and focusing on women’s health and family support in the refugee setting were selected for the review. \u0000Results: Three major themes related to women refugees’ health issues were identified: `Culture sensitivity`, `Seeking life balance` and `Gender-based violence`. In addition, nine major themes related to family support were found: `Family reunion (difficulty to emigrate)`, `Changes in family’s connections and roles`, `Unsatisfactory family life`, `Discrimination and contempt by community`, `Health problems in children`, `Mental health problems in family member`, `Adjustment and adaptation of life pattern in a new country`, `Family time and togetherness` and `Concern about forgetting one’s homeland`. On the other hand, we identified 11 major themes related to nursing interventions implemented for women refugees. \u0000Conclusion: Disaster nurses have important role to protect and promote human security among women refugees. Patients with dysphagia have potential risk of pneumonia, malnutrition, dehydration, increased length of stay and even death. One og nursing intervention that is considered important in the management of stroke patients is dysphagia screening because it can reduce aspiration and pneumonia and other complications that can occur in dysphagia. Aim: The aim of this literature review was to comparison between The National Institutes Of Health Stroke Scale, Nursing Admission Screening Tools, and Functional Independence Measure to preventing the occurrence of pneumonia in stroke patients in Indonesia. Design: This paper used narrative review. Data source: A literature search was conducted of articles published from 2010 through October 2018 using the PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library and Ebscohost databases on compared three of dysphagia screening. Result: This search resulted in a total of 16 articles. Evidence has indicated that The National Institutes Of Health Stroke Scale Screening is considered to be the most effective type of dysphagia screening in preventing pneumonia in stroke patients who experience dysphagia. The critical patient conditions in ICU may drive nurses to make decision and clinical judgement in short period of time. The approach of clinical decision making which appropriate to be applied in the critical circumstances is important to be identified, thus it could become a guidance for novice and expert critical nurses. \u0000Aim \u0000The aim of this study was to explain how clinical decision making is applied in Intensive Care Unit (ICU)  \u0000Method \u0000A systematic review of 22 articles was carried out, articles were retrieved from CINAHL, MEDLINE, PUBMED and DISCOVERED databases. The articles were critically reviewed and analized to answer this study’s aim. \u0000Result \u0000The critically review of the articles were categorized in themes: 1) application of Tanner’s clinical judgment model  in ICU, 2) Types of decisions in ICU, 3) Theoretical approach: implementation of decision-making in ICU, 4) Case illustration of decision-making scheme in ICU, 5) Influencing factors of decision-making in ICU, 6) Supporting tools for clinical decision-making in ICU, 7) Understanding of attributes and concepts may enhance the quality of the clinical decision-making process in ICU, 8) Implications for nursing education and practice of understanding clinical decision making in ICU. \u0000Conclusions \u0000Critical care nurses usually combine different techniques in making decisions; analytical methods including the hypothetic-deductive method, pattern recognition, intuition, narrative thinking, and decision analysis theory are potentially applied. Clinical decision activities in ICU appear in many clinical situations, such as intervention decisions, communication decisions, and evaluation decisions. There are several factors influencing clinical decision-making in intensive care units, including nurses’ experience, the patient’s situation, the layout of the ICU, shift work, inter-professional collaboration practice, physical and personnel resources. The purpose of this study to identify the effect of music therapy for the sleep quality of children with chronic illness. This study used a quasi experiment. Sample size was 30 childrens were divided into experimental group and control group. Respondents were given music therapy in 30-45 minutes before bed for 4 days. Sleep quality is measured by using Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). There was a significant mean difference regarding PSQI score in experimental and control group. It was found that the experimental group score was higher compared with the control group (p=0,001). By individual approach, prevention and supervision are needed to reduce the burden. Nurses have an essential role in giving holistic standards of nursing practice. The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the case management of patients with cardiovascular disease by using the theoretical approach \"care, core, and cure\" model theory. The method used is a case study of 30 patients with Cardiovascular Diseases in Harapan Kita Jakarta National Heart Center. Inform consent was obtained, the initial name and code were assigned to all participant. The results are nine acute coronary syndrome patient, four heart failure patient, ten heart surgery patient, and seven arrhythmia patient. The majority of patients were male, an average age more than 41 years old. Most risk factors are caused by hypertension and smoking. In the acute phase, the \"care\" and \"cure\" aspects were more prominent than the \"core\" aspect. In the non-acute phase, patients need rehabilitation and health education, so the more prominent aspects are \"care\" and \"core\" than \"cure.\" The aspect \"care\" provides an overview of risk factors that result in cardiovascular disease. The \"core\" aspect shows the needed of education and the \"cure\" aspects indicating the necessity for medical therapy in patients with cardiovascular disease. In the \"Care\" aspect, independence nursing intervention can be identified and easily evaluated. In the “Core” aspect, the nurse can recognize the patient's needs during the treatment and provided nursing care plans as needed. In the “Cure” aspect, can be increased coordination among health care providers. From, the number of these direct search, systematic review identifies conformity based on the title, so that it obtained 31 studies with a title that suitable for a selected discussion. Methods: This study employed situation study analysis with a fishbone diagram approach that includes 5M and 1E.Literature review and analysis were utilized to produce recommendation for improving the quality of the ISBAR method implementation when conducting handover of nurses among shifts. Data were obtained  from the existing-secondary data, previous research data and data sources from Jakarta Military Hospitals. \u0000Results: Data were analyzed using fishbone, data obtained for the cause was not optimal ISBAR method when nursing handover between shifts. causes the problems identified can be prioritized are no tools monitoring evaluation, there is no definitive monitoring evaluation team, monitoring evaluation implementation of nurse handover within shift, hospital has not been a paperback book about ISBAR, components in the handover format not optimal, and the nurse has not been understood properly ISBAR method. \u0000Conclusion: The research result reveals six causes of the problem. This study used 17 journals that were reviewed against it. \u0000Results: Several innovations in the field of information technology in the field of nursing have been developed and evaluated for its benefits. Based on what is in the literature in this article, Nurse Calling Systems (NCSS), EHR and CDSS, MDTT, computers and infusion management systems are a number of innovations that have been developed for developing technology to provide better quality services. The benefits obtained when using these innovations, namely more efficient management, more effective use of costs, improved planning programs, increased utilization of nurses.
