The research subjects were madrasa heads and teachers. Methods of data collection using interviews, observation, and documentationData analysis techniques using qualitative data analysis. The results of this study explain that the madrasah head as a manager has the role of creating an organizational structure and inviting parents of students to the madrasah committee program and completing the required supras; designing programs by outlining the needs of educators and educators who carry out their duties, designing the implemented curriculum; supervising output, teaching and learning process, and students from admission to completion; lifelong education As for the obstacles faced are the lack of teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure, there are still undisciplined educators and teaching staff, and the lack of communication between the head of the madrasa and several educators and teaching staff. Good madrasah managerial management will produce good quality education which will certainly affect learning outcomes and school achievement. The aims of this study were 1) to know the role of the principal in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. 2) Knowing the principal's efforts in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. 3) Knowing the obstacles of the principal in developing teacher professionalism at SMP Plus Al-Mashduqiah Kraksan Probolinggo. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection methods using interviews, documentation and observation. The results of this study are 1) Implementation of the Management of the Nurul Mustofa Islamic Boarding School in Kutai Regency. One step in attracting the interest of the student guardians is to provide satisfaction. The satisfaction of the student guardians is related to the educational services provided. TPQ An-Nur is one of the Islamic educational institutions that participate in the process of providing education services. This study aims to: (1) to determine the level of satisfaction of student guardians with educational services at the Al-Qur'an Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. (2) to identify the educational services at the Al-Qur'na Education Park (TPQ) An-Nur Sungai Topo Sungaiteluk Village. The research method used in this study is a mixed method with an explanatory sequential design, while the data collection techniques used are questionnaire, observation, interview, and documentation. For quantitative research, data analysis techniques used are data normality test, Pearson product moment test, t-test, and regression test with using SPSS 23, while in qualitative research uses data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This study aims to determine the efforts made by educational institutions and teachers at MTs Al-Islam Joresan in guiding student discipline and how it impacts the formation of student character. This study uses a qualitative research approach with data analysis techniques which include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the data analysis will be used to answer the problems raised in the research. The results of the study show that the implementation of discipline carried out at MTs Al-Islam Joresan can be divided into two categories, namely discipline in the classroom and discipline outside the classroom. However, every year this institution is able to get quite a lot of students. For example, in the 2020/2021 school year there are 172 registered students and in the 2021/2022 school year there are 207 with details of 125 male and 82 female students.The research method used is qualitative by using data collection techniques in the form of observation and interviews.The results of this study indicate that the strategy used by SMK Salafiah Kejayan Pasuruan in increasing the number of new students is to use a promotion mix consisting of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, public relations, direct marketing and word of mouth.
