Adapun tujuan penyuluhan ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan untuk mengubah persepsi anak-anak dalam menerapkan etika batuk dan bersin baik dari segi Kesehatan maupun pandangan islam. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan metode peer education (metode edukasi) yaitu memberikan pengetahuan pada anak-anak di TK Roudiatul Jannah. Tempat penelitian dilakukan di TK Roudiatul Jannah dengan jumlah 22 anak. Anak-anak diberikan informasi terkait penyebab dan tata cara etika batuk dan bersin yang benar, dapat dilakukan menggunakan masker, menutup mulut dengan tisu dan tidak lupa mencuci tangan yang benar dengan pemberian leaflet. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dalam bentuk sosialisasi edukasi secara interaktif. Tujuan penelitian adalah meningkatkan pemahaman pentingnya keaktifan ibu balita ke posyandu, dampak/efek tidak aktif ke posyandu, pentingnya Kartu Menuju Sehat (KMS) dan alasan pentingnya penimbangan balita ke posyandu. Penelitian dilakukan di posyandu Aster III Pekon Blitarejo Kecamatan Gadingrejo Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam bentuk penyuluhan peningkatan pengetahuan/edukasi tentang pentingnya posyandu pada balita. Waktu pelaksanaan, hari Rabu, 16 November 2022. Sasaran kegiatan adalah ibu balita. Hasil penelitian; edukasi berjalan dengan baik dengan materi yaitu; 1) Pentingnya membawa balita ke posyandu setiap bulan, 2) Ibu balita harus aktif ke posyandu 3) Dampak/efek tidak aktif ke posyandu, 4) Pentingnya KMS, 5). Pentingnya menimbang balita ke posyandu setiap bulan, 6) Edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu balita yaitu dengan diberikan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil tes (pre-test) menunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan ibu balita di Posyandu Aster III Pekon Blitarejo meningkat. This is caused by the limited knowledge of the community about the benefits of food waste from a nutritional and health perspective. Food waste such as jackfruit seeds, banana peels, corn silk, avocado seeds, dragon fruit peels, tofu dregs, shells and shrimp heads also have a high enough nutritional content that they are beneficial to health. The purpose of this socialization is to provide knowledge to the public regarding the benefits of food waste in terms of nutritional aspects with the hope that it can be developed by the community. This activity was carried out during the 2023 Anniversary of Aisyah Pringsewu University by involving 35 students in the 4th semester of the Undergraduate Nutrition Study Program who were divided into 10 groups. The processing methods for food waste products are drying, roasting and frying. Measurement of percent body fat and efforts to achieve optimal nutritional status that can reduce the risk of degenerative diseases. The aims of this community service activity is to increase the knowledge of Aisyah Pringsewu University Milad participants regarding the interpretation of the results of body fat percent measurements and nutritional counseling as an effort to achieve normal fat percent. This activity was conducted on the anniversary of Aisyah Pringsewu University for 6 days on June 19 – June 24 2023. The total number of respondents was 35 people by measuring percent body fat using BIA (Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis), then students and lecturers of the Nutrition Study Program provided explanations of interpretation of the results and nutritional counseling. From the measurement results, the results obtained were an average body fat percentage of all respondents of 22.83 ± 9.28 percent. For male respondents, 57% had a low body fat percentage, and only 7.1% of male respondents had a high category. Meanwhile, for female respondents, respondents who had normal and high fat percentage categories were 52.4% and 28.6%. Lampung Tengah. materi yang telah di sampaikan bahwa gizi Seimbang adalah susunan pangan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh, dengan memperhatikan prinsip keanekaragaman pangan, aktivitas fisik, perilaku hidup bersih dan mempertahankan berat badan normal untuk mencegah masalah gizi. Status gizi (nutritional satus) adalah keadaan yang diakibatkan oleh keseimbangan antara asupan zat gizi dari makanan dan kebutuhan zat gizi oleh tubuh. Status gizi sangat dipengaruhi oleh asupan gizi. Pemanfaatan zat gizi dalam tubuh dipengaruhi oleh dua faktor, yaitu primer dan sekunder. Faktor primer adalah keadaan yang mempengaruhi asupan gizi dikarenakan susunan makanan yang dikonsumsi tidak tepat, sedangkan faktor sekunder adalah zat gizi tidak mencukupi kebutuhan tubuh karena adanya gangguan pada pemanfaatan zat gizi dalam tubuh. Tujuan dilaksanakannya pengabdian masyarakat pada kegiatan Milad Universitas Aisyah Pringswu adalah untuk mengetahui status gizi pada masyarakat dan memberikan konsultasi gizi sesuai dengan kondisi setiap individu untuk menunjang kesehatan dengan cara memberikan informasi sebagai solusi pemecahan masalah terkait gizi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam kegiatan Milad Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu tahun 2023, yang melibatkan dosen, alumni serta mahasiswa semester 2, 6 dan 8 prodi gizi Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu. Pengukuran status gizi serta konsling gizi berjalan denga baik. Kegiatan senam bersama warga ini berlangsung setiap hari minggu, selama 1 jam yakni mulai dari pukul 7 pagi hingga pukul 8 pagi. Hasil pengamatan yaitu terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan warga dusun 8 wonodadi tentang pentingnya berolahraga senam untuk kebugaran jasmani. Kesimpulan dari kegiataan ini adalah Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan baik ,warga dusun 8 wonodadi sangat bersemangat dan antusias.
