Globally, there was 36,5% anemia in pregnant women (2019). Giving blood-added tablets is one of the important efforts to prevent and control anemia due to iron deficiency. Preliminary studies showed that 5 out of 15 pregnant women did not comply to consumed blood-added tablets (33.3%). The study objective was to determine the factors related to the behaviour of consuming blood-added tablets in third pregnant women at RSIA Avisena in 2022. This study has an 84 sample size and purposive sampling techniques. This study used a cross-sectional study design. The consumption of blood-added tablets is a dependent variable. The knowledge, attitudes, side effects, and husband support are independent variables. Collection data used primary data with questionnaires. Data is analyzed with bivariate analysis (the Chi-Square test). There was a relationship between knowledge (PR=3.32; 95%CI=2.03- 5.43) and there was no relationship between attitudes (PR=1.42; 95%CI=0.80-2.51) side effects (PR=1.21; 95%CI=0.78-1.88), husband support (PR=1.28; 95%CI=0.83-1.97). Hospitals should provide a leaflet explaining the tablet to increase pregnant women's knowledge. Smoking behavior is difficult to avoid in adolescents due to several factors such as behavior and the environment around adolescents. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship of smoking behavior among adolescents in SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang Sub-district.The study used quantitative methods through an analytic survey with a Cross-Sectional Study approach. The population in this study was all male students. The sample used a purposive sampling technique for as many as 85 students. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. There was a relationship between knowledge, trust, exposure to cigarette advertising, availability of cigarettes, the role of parents, the role of teachers, and the role of peers on smoking behavior in adolescents at the research site. The most dominant factor was knowledge. The conclusion of this study was all variables have a relationship to smoking behavior in adolescents at SMA 2 and SMK 8 Muhammadiyah Tanjung Sari, Medan Selayang Subdistrict. ARI prevalence is increasing annually in the Padang city. This study aims to determine the determinants of the incidence of ARI in the Pauh Public Health Center. A quantitative study using a cross-sectional design was used. From October to December 2022, 141 mothers having children under five years took part in this study. Purposive sampling was used to collect the sample. Data was gathered using a structured questionnaire and analyzed univariately and bivariate using the chi-square test. The results showed that 64.5% of mothers were at risk, and more than half were at low educational and economic levels (71,6%) and (51,1%). There is a significant relationship between smoking habits (p=0.00; PR=1.53), immunization status (p=0.00; PR=1.80), and level of mother’s knowledge (p=0 .00; PR=1.68) with the incidence of ARI in children under five years. ARI in children under five years was significantly associated with smoking habits, immunization status and mother’s knowledges. Previous studies have reported nocturnal blood-sucking activities of Aedes spp mosquitoes in several regions in Indonesia. The behavioral change of the blood-sucking activity of Aedes spp mosquitoes may impact the transmission of dengue fever. The study aimed to determine the activity of Aedes spp, a vector of DHF in the Tiban Baru area, Batam City. The research was descriptive with a cross-sectional design. This study was conducted in 25 houses, with mosquito collection in the field using the resting mosquito collection method starting from 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. Measurement of environmental parameters including temperature and humidity in the environment around the study. The results stated that there was a change in the blood-sucking activity of Aedes spp mosquitoes from 16.00 to 17.00 to 18.00 to 21.00. The distribution of Aedes albopictus mosquitoes in the Tiban Baru area was 89.4% of the total Aedes spp mosquitoes collected with a Man Bitting Rate (MBR) value of 56.6%. The average temperature and humidity in the Tiban Baru area were 280C and 75%. A Maternity Waiting Home (MWH) is a place or room near a health facility (hospital, health center, poskesdes) that can be used as a temporary residence for pregnant women and their companions (husband/cadre/shaman/family) for several days while waiting for delivery and a few days after giving birth. A literature review using the narrative literature review method was carried out by synthesizing and analyzing 3 scientific article search engines. Searching for manuscripts on the three search engines found 6 manuscripts that match the specified topic, namely the use of birth waiting homes for mothers in the islands. The results of the literature review showed that several factors influence the use of MWH, including distance to health facilities, travel time, socio-economic conditions of the community, completeness of MWH facilities, and community participation. Potential hazards in educational laboratories are considered lower than in health laboratories and industrial laboratories because they use relatively fewer materials. However, it will still result in financial losses, injuries and damage to equipment and infrastructure. Based on the results of interviews with the head of the nursing laboratory sub-unit, it was found that some students did not wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during the practicum. In 2019 there were 2 incidents of students getting needle sticks during practice. There were 3 students who did not wear full PPE when the practicum took place in 2022. Compliance with the use of PPE at the Tanjungpinang Health Polytechnic Nursing Laboratory during the practicum greatly affects the personal safety of the students themselves. This study aimed to determine the practice of using PPE on student work safety in the nursing laboratory. The researcher involved all students of the second semester of Nursing Study Program for the 2021-2022 academic year and were willing to be involved in research. The number of respondents as many as 78 people. Data were obtained through a questionnaire in the form of a test sheet containing 30 questions. The results of data analysis showed that 55% of respondents had high knowledge of the use of PPE and as many as 46% had a positive attitude in using PPE and 54% had a negative attitude. About 25-50% are related to labor and puerperal problems. One of the factors that influence labor is the mother's psychology, with the active role of the family during labor can reduce the incidence of complications and achieve safe labor, namely by paying attention to aspects of the mother's affection. Study purposes: Knowing the effect of labor companion on the progress of labor in maternal at PPM in Tanjungpinang city. The design in this study is a quasi-experiment with a post-test only control group design. The study was conducted at PPM throughout Tanjungpinang City, from September to November 2021. Respondents in this study were 68 mothers who indicated normal birth at PPM in Tanjungpinang City, 34 deliveries with a labor companion role and 34 deliveries without a labor companion role. The study tool used is an observation sheet. To find out whether there is an effect of the independent variable and the dependent variable, statistical analysis of the Independent Sample T-Test is used. Puskesmas Melintang ranked the first highest number of hypertension cases among other health centers in Pangkalpinang City with 3,694 cases in 2019. The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of leaflet media in improving the knowledge of the rational use of antihypertensive drugs in the working area of Puskesmas Melintang. The method used was quantitative analytic experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design. Data collection in the study was using a non-random sampling method with an accidental sampling technique. The number of samples in this study was 67 respondents. The measuring instrument used in the study was a questionnaire given to the community who became the sample in two pre-test and post-test measurements using leaflet media analyzed by univariate and bivariate analysis tests. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the value of knowledge changes before and after giving leaflet media on the use of antihypertensive drugs with a p-value of 0.000 <0.05. Tebing sub-district is the sub-district with the highest number of dengue fever cases, as many as 108 cases, 28 cases of which are in the Tebing sub-district. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between knowledge, attitudes and actions of residents about dengue disease with larva positive homes in the RT. 003 RW. 002 in Tebing Village, Karimun Regency in 2021. This research was an analytical study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples as many as 98 respondents. There was 32 respondents (32.7%) had good knowledge, there were 50 respondents (51%) had a good attitude, and 19 respondents (19.4%) had good actions against dengue disease. Houses with positive dengue mosquito larvae as many as 23 (23.5%).
