В то время, как еще недавно признавалось, что творчество есть результат по преимуществу отдельных индивидов, выделяющихся силой своего ума, коллектив же не может дать в процессах суждения и творчества ничего, кроме посредственности, ныне напротив того приходится признать как положение, что коллективная творческая деятельность в человечестве играет преобладающую роль, и что даже само суждение обязано не чему иному, как коллективной деятельности. Эту точку зрения между прочим разделяет и выдающийся социолог современности Э. Дюркгейм. Но, не останавливаясь пока на этом факте, заметим, что, когда дело идет о суждении отдельной личности, то в этом случае все, или по крайней мере многое, определяется предшествующим опытом личности, в зависимости от которого и выявляется ценность того или иного суждения. Smetanin","doi":"10.18411/satm-08-2023-05","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18411/satm-08-2023-05","url":null,"abstract":"This paper reports findings from a study aimed at demonstrating the importance of hand hygiene in healthcare settings as the most effective preventive measure against healthcareassociated infections (HAIs) as part of the National Concept for the Prevention of HealthcareAssociated Infections (approved by Chief Public Health Officer of Russia, November 6, 2011). Currently, healthcare-associated infections (HAIs) remain a serious challenge to Russian healthcare. Poor infection control in healthcare settings and overuse of antimicrobials have been identified as major contributors to HAIs. The research methods such as content analysis, literature review, ranking, hypothetico-deductive method, generalization, and formalization were used. This study was conducted using international bibliographic and abstract databases (Scopus, PubMed); Russian public documents, and international regulations (legal acts, programs, conventions, etc.) focused on healthcare-acquired infections. The systematic literature review suggests that one of the most effective measures to prevent HAIs is hand hygiene. A multimodal approach has been found to be an effective tool to maximize the prevention of HAIs. The available scientific researches identify the 5 key moments of hand hygiene, a concept explaining when healthcare workers (HCWs) should perform hand hygiene. It was concluded that HAIs prevention should be based on multifaceted strategies. Цель исследования – подбор условий получения белковых изолятов и ферментативных гидролизатов, обладающих заданными функциональными свойствами. В данной работе подобраны условия осаждения глобулиновой и альбуминовой фракций белка. Подобраны ферментные препараты протеаз, обеспечивающие наиболее полный гидролиз глобулиновой фракции белка. Zueva","doi":"10.18411/satm-05-2023-03","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.18411/satm-05-2023-03","url":null,"abstract":"The article continues the research, started with the onset of the pandemic and, as a result, a series of articles by a team of authors, that were devoted to: analysis of the current regulatory framework for distance learning and its mixed forms, the use of modern information technologies and various pedagogical methods. This article is a summary of the intermediate results of the experience of the last more than two years, during which universities have been working in an extreme mode of transition to distance and mixed forms of student education. The practical component of the article contains a brief summary of the results of the expert group surveys, that the authors conducted repeatedly during the pandemic, and on various topics. In addition, special attention is paid to the organization of research work of students using a project approach and modern information technologies in these conditions.
