The approach used is The correlation between variables, while the sampling technique is purposive sampling were selected based on certain criteria as much as 10 insurance companies listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange in parentheses period of 7 years. The data used is secondary data that is accessed from the JSE's website, and the methods of analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study found that the funding decision does not significantly increase the value of the company, while the size of the company and the company's profit as well as partial risk-based capital has a positive and significant effect in increasing the value of the company. Then simultaneously discovered all the observed variables have contributed simultaneously to enhance shareholder value. The research was conducted to know the commodity that have sustainable competitifnes. Research was done using time series data 2010 – 2016 and analize with Location Quotien (LQ) dan Dinamic Location Quotient (DLQ) methode. The result of research show that food commoditeis that have become the sustaibnable bases commodity are corn, peanut and cassava, besides that rice and soybean only can became shor-term bases commodity. Livestock commodities such us sow, goat, native chicken and rusting hens broiler also can became bases commodity for a long time in several regencies. Even that clove, cashew nut, coconut, pepper and cocoa plantation can became the bases of commodities in several regencies such us Buton, Muna, Konawe Selatan, Kolaka Utara, Konawe Utara, Kendari dan Bau-Bau. Horticulture commodities such us chili pepper, zingeber and orange also can became sustainable bases commodities. Kasmiati","doi":"10.32833/majem.v7i2.73","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.32833/majem.v7i2.73","url":null,"abstract":"Regional development policy that based on leading sector potentials had not been adapted to the carryng capacity of the area in Gowa. moreover, the data distribution of regional commodity-based geographic information system (GIS) was unavailable. Therefore , this study aimed to determine the commodity in Gowa, and map distribution of commodity in each district in Gowat that could be the basis for regional development policies in the region. The analytical tool used was the Klassen Typology which classified the economic sector growth patterns in Gowa and Location Quation (LQ) analysis to determine the leading sectors. Then, the descriptive analysis and GIS were carried and see distribution of sub-sectors that aproppriate in each region. Klassen typology analysis results show, the agricultural sector is an advanced sector but deprssed, contribute the economy of Gowa in very large scale of 44% (from 2009 to 2013). However, based on the results of the analysis LQ not only agricutural sector come out leading sectors including finance, real estate and business services sector. The research was conducted to find out the supply chain of chilli in Kendari City. The study was conducted in August - December 2016 using a structured survey of 45 respondents consist of farmers, collectors and retailers. The research result shows that the structure of the chili distribution channel in Kendari City consists of (i). collecting traders; and (ii). retailers, with a form of perfect competition market. The pattern of price formation in the majority of traders is done by summing the expected purchase and margin costs, at the level of the majority of retailers with the pattern of following the highest local prices, with the largest margin being accepted by retailers in the amount of IDR. 9,666 per kg or approximately 73% of the overall marketing margin. However, the selling price reaches Rp. 42,433 per kg, farmers get more share of price around 69%. For the next to keep the market structure and price information can be fully accessed by all parties both in the distribution channel and farmers and end consumers can be done through conventional media but ideally utilizing major social media.
