Divorce makes the family less qualified and has an impact on the human resources produced, which also decreases. Most children of single parent women have poor quality education. This study aims to analyze how to play a dual role with single parent status in children's education in Sukomulyo Manyar Gresik Village. This type of research is qualitative research. The selection of informants in this study, researchers conducted interviews with 5 (five) single parents, using purposive sampling with several criteria. Data collection techniques used are observation and interviews. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The data validation technique uses member check. The results of this study indicate that someone who carries out multiple roles with single parent status has very little free time with children. So, many have swerved to replace the product with another product. The aim of this study was to analyze the marketing strategy of MSMEs products in Gresik during the pandemic, especially Makcan Food products. This type of research is a qualitative research with a literature study approach. The type of data used is primary data with data retrieval conducted through online interviews with WhatsApp voice notes and directly. The results of this study prove that not all businesses built after COVID-19 have experienced difficulties and declines. Business owners must also be able to pick up balls that can be used as opportunities to continue to innovate and be creative, as well as the right use of social media to attract consumer interest. This research can be considered in determining the right marketing strategy to increase sales of Makcan Food products. This research is limited to Makcan Food, to find out more about the impact of Covid-19 on a business. Raw material purchase scheduling can increase productivity. When the company is faced with continuous demand, supplies control should be done optimally. This research aims to carry out the control of raw materials method of Economic Order Quantity in the casing of weaving in the Jenggolok hamlet, Gedangkulut Village Cerme-Gresik subdistrict. This type of research is qualitative research. By using the Economic Order Quantity approach, the ordering of optimal raw materials, Reorder Point, and Safety stock can be found. Based on the results of the study indicate that the purchase of raw materials using the Economic Order Quantity method is more optimal than the raw material inventory method used in the previous Jenggolok hamlet. This research can be taken into consideration by the weaving sarong business in applying the EOQ method to determine the optimal order quantity of raw materials and can reduce inventory costs incurred. So that this research can be a reference for readers who experience or want to know burnout. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive research method based on the results of observations and interviews with resource persons in the field and continued the results of previous research. The type of sample used in this research is simple random sampling. The sample in this study were employees and employees of Iron and Steel Retail who found a double job desk (holding more than one task and responsibility). This study shows the impact of mental fatigue experienced by employees due to carrying out several different tasks and responsibilities. These include decreased loyalty, decreased productivity, and job discomfort. Information can be obtained from reviews or responses that have been given by consumers who have purchased the product. Objective - This study aims to determine the effect of viral marketing, trust and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions through electronic commerce registered with the Indonesian E-Commerce Association in Gresik. Design/Methodology/Approach - The population in this study are people who use and shop through e-commerce in Kebomas District. However, with these dual positions, work productivity remains optimal. Objective - This study aims to determine the meaning of dual positions in achieving optimal productivity at PT Barito Sarana Karya Gresik. Design/Methodology/Approach - Researchers use a qualitative approach. The informants in this study were 3 informants, where there were 2 key informants and 1 supporting informants. Data collection is carried out by interview and documentation. Test the validity of the data by using source triangulation and membercheck. Findings - The results of research conducted in the field show that workers who hold concurrent positions interpret dual positions in 4 themes, namely workload, constrains, discipline, and compensation received. {"title":"Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Songkok ZNR dengan Menggunakan Metode Material Requirement Planning (MRP)","authors":"Muhammad Ahyat Daroini, Abdurrahman Faris Indriya Himawan","doi":"10.30587/mahasiswamanajemen.v2i02.3035","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30587/mahasiswamanajemen.v2i02.3035","url":null,"abstract":"Background - This research is a case study research on the supply of raw material for ZNR skullcap which has advantages and disadvantages when product demand increases. Objective - The objectives of this study were to analyze how the  implementation of  raw  material inventory control carried out by the company to  determine the  number of orders and the  right time  to  place  an order for raw materials so as to minimize the total costs incurred by the company by using the Material Requirement Planning (MRP) method. Design/Methodology/Approach - This research uses descriptive quantitative approach and MRP method with Lot Sizing, namely Lot for Lot (LFL), Part Period Balancing (PPB), and Wagner Whitin Algorithm (AWW). Findings - Using Lot Sizing PPB has the smallest inventory cost of Rp 229.820.- compared to LFL and AWW calculations. Research implications - In an effort to control raw material inventories related to costs, companies need to consider in terms of planning raw material requirements. In 2017-2020 many farmers are converting rice land into sugar cane plantations. The impact of land shifting results in reduced planting and harvested areas for food crops or reduced amounts of rice production and changes in income. Objective - This study aims to determine the income before land conversion, the impact on income after land conversion, the causes of land conversion, and the impacts. Design/Methodology/Approach - This type of research is a qualitative research. The technique used in this research is purposive sampling with structured interviews and unstructured interviews (free). The data used in this study is primary data. Findings - The results of this study indicate that the impact on the income obtained by farmers before transferring land is experiencing stability, while the impact after transferring rice land to sugar cane has increased. The cause of rice farmers who transfer their land to sugar cane farmers because they can get increased profits. Research implications - This research can be used as material for consideration when changing the function of land owned by farmers. Research limitations - This study has limitations regarding the yield generated during harvest.
