This research also analyzed the function and structure of sleep hardware and software products, quantitatively analyzing their TGI index and penetration rate. The relationship between them and the visual communication of information was explored. The current situation of the visual communication part of the sleep APP products was analyzed. The design strategy of highlighting the visual communication focus, fitting the usage scenario and enhancing the branding of the product was proposed. With the improvement of social productivity, further innovation is required for government in management to meet the development needs of the new era, which also leads to a certain lag of government management compared with social development. Government management should be conducted from the following three aspects: system supply, policy incentive and external constraint. At present, there are three problems in government management, such as imperfect system, insufficient information and unqualified staff level. By promoting the holistic level, informationization and professionalism of government services, these three problems can be effectively solved. This paper seeks to contribute to the discussion of these platforms' global market segmentation by providing a cross-cultural understanding of the correlations between self-construal level, group-purchasing behaviour, and underlying group-purchase incentives predicted by self-construal theories among Generation Z. Data were collected from current Chinese and Canadian undergraduates at McGill University. The results reveal different relationships between self-construal, group-buying incentives, and group-buying propensity in both participant groups. For group purchases with friends (Study 1), the level of interdependent self-construal is associated with an increased likelihood for Chinese participants to share their purchase list. Nonetheless, in both participant groups, self-construal level is not associated with a propensity to accept purchase invitations from friends, while conversely, the intention to strengthen friendship bonds is a reason for accepting such invitations. For group purchases with strangers (Study 2), the level of interdependent self-construal positively correlates with both participant groups’ pursuit of group savings. Lower levels of self-construal also increase the level of pursuit of popular items among the Chinese participants. While the development of carbon trading in China is still in its initial stage, the government is piloting it in some areas first, accumulating experience and gradually promoting it. During this period, a large number of leadership theories have emerged, all of which have analyzed leadership from different perspectives. From the perspective of relationship management, this paper proposes the 5M model of leadership, which divides leadership into five dimensions: managing oneself, managing superiors, managing subordinates, managing colleagues, and managing external partners. Especially in the management of external partners, the 6P principles are proposed.
