This thesis starts from complexities surrounding global markets, shedding light on distinct facets such as psychic distance between different markets and self-reference criterion, the standardization versus adaptation dilemma, brand-name power dilution and partner selection challenges. As companies embark on the evolutionary process of entering new markets, they must navigate linguistic, cultural, and competitive disparities. Effectively addressing these challenges demands strategic foresight and adaptability in the ever-evolving global business landscape, marking a crucial aspect of successful global market engagement. Concrete examples, such as Mary Kay Cosmetics’ unique whitening products in Japanese market, IKEA’s adaptive strategies in the Chinese market and Samsung-Tesco’s commitment to overcoming brand-name power dilution in South Korean market, serve to illustrate the practical implications of these challenges.","PeriodicalId":210794,"journal":{"name":"Modern Economics & Management Forum","volume":"74 s317","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141002489","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The connotation of green finance shares similarities with the basic requirements of ecological civilization construction. This paper analyzes the coupling mechanism between green finance and ecological civilization construction, and conducts research based on the coupling coordination model. Through the study, it is found that the ecological civilization construction in Xinjiang is improving year by year, while the development of green finance fluctuates significantly. However, the overall trend of both tends to be of high-quality coordinated development. Green finance and ecological civilization construction can promote each other, fundamentally being a complementary relationship. Therefore, from the perspective of promoting the development of green finance, it is believed that Xinjiang should promote the development of green finance from three dimensions: broadening the sources of green finance funds, improving the mechanism of matching supply and demand of funds, and enhancing the efficiency of fund allocation.","PeriodicalId":210794,"journal":{"name":"Modern Economics & Management Forum","volume":"75 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141003195","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study found that: the number of digital transformation literature has shown a significant growth trend in recent years. The partnership between scholars and institutions has to be strengthened. The research hotspots mainly cover four major themes, namely, industrial digitalization, digital governance, digital publishing, and higher education, and the hotspot evolution has shifted from the initial digital publishing and digital transformation to the research on the digital economy and enterprise digitalization. Achieving low-carbon development has become a common goal pursued by all countries. On this basis, China has put forward the goals of carbon peaking by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060. The best way to solve this problem is to promote low-carbon finance. Low energy consumption and low pollution have become the core of green economic development, which reasonably improves the status quo of serious environmental pollution and promotes the realisation of high-quality development of the social economy. Since the 19th National Congress, China's economic development has shifted from high-speed growth to the development stage of high-quality growth, and this shift not only requires sustained and stable economic growth, but also emphasises the protection of the ecological environment and sustainable development. The development of low-carbon economy not only helps to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and protect the ecological environment, but also promotes the optimisation and upgrading of the economic structure, achieving a win-win situation for the economy and the environment. However, the healthy development of low-carbon economy needs strong institutional guarantee. In particular, the improvement of the low carbon financial legal system.","PeriodicalId":210794,"journal":{"name":"Modern Economics & Management Forum","volume":"23 41","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141004789","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The research reveals that an increase in consumer credit significantly boosts household education investment. Furthermore, the study examines the mechanisms through which consumer credit influences this investment, identifying that it operates by affecting household consumption and total expenditure. The effects are particularly pronounced in households that are risk-averse and have higher incomes. This article offers fresh insights into the interplay between consumer credit, household consumption, and education investment, thereby suggesting new avenues for research on household education investment.","PeriodicalId":210794,"journal":{"name":"Modern Economics & Management Forum","volume":"4 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-05-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141005517","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
