The tearing strength (TS), drape coefficient, Pilling resistance, Color fastness to wash & rubbing, water take up% and Color strength were investigated. From analyzed data, it was found that tearing strength in warp and weft way direction is higher for 80% jute and 20% cotton blended fabric. From results it was seen that in warp direction, tearing strength for 80% and 20% cotton blended fabric is 4% higher than 50% jute and 50% cotton blended woven fabric but in weft direction 356% higher for 80% jute and 20% cotton blended woven fabric. Color fastness to rubbing is comparatively better for 50% jute and 50% cotton blended sample. Wash fastness property is almost same for both blended samples. But jute prominence sample carried poor wash fastness property on blended cotton and polyamide in compare equally blended sample. Moderate pills are formed on 50% cotton and 50% jute blended fabric and slight surface fuzzing and/ or partially formed pills on 80% jute and 20% cotton blended sample. Drape resistance property is better for jute prominence blended fabric. It is very important that transformer has optimal design, that means, optimal geometry with the best possible characteristics. Because of the wide transformer applications in radio-frequency silicon-based circuits, modeling for transformers has become more and more essential. The modeling of planar transformer for very high frequencies is the subject of this paper. Square, polygonal and circular shapes of the planar windings are the important difference regarding transformer topologies. In this work, comparison was restricted to a square and an octagonal shape of the windings. In this study, we opted for calculation method developed by Wheeler to evaluate the inductance of different planar geometrical shapes of transformer windings. Besides, we determined the geometrical parameters of the transformer and from its π-electrical model; we highlighted all parasitic effects generated by stacking of different material layers. By using the S-parameters, we calculated the technological parameters. The important characteristics of a transformer are its inductances values and its parasitic capacitances and resistances, which determine its Q factor and self-resonant frequency. One notable accident that has sparked this attention is the explosion of the Deepwater Horizon offshore petroleum platform that led to the spillage of oil into the water bodies. In tackling these challenges and preventing the reoccurrence of such accidents, the application of robotic automation in these environments, adjudged to be hostile and prone to high level of risk, provides the only option for safe and cost-effective operations. With the success of robotic automation in the manufacturing and aerospace industries, the oil and gas industry aim to take the advantages of increased reliability, accuracy and efficiency provided by robotics and automation technologies in improving operations and production both onshore and offshore and limiting the exposure of human workers to explosive and harsh onshore and offshore environments. In recent times, robotic technologies such as remotely operated vehicles (ROVs), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs), underwater welding robots and teleoperated unmanned production platforms have been deployed to facilitate smooth operation and production in ultra-deep waters. The geometry can significantly influence the stability response of cold formed steel members. This reportis an investigation concerning the structural behavior of the cold formed steel beams and their failure modes. The beam profile is cold formed steel section and experimental procedure on cold formed steel section is conducted. Thin sheet steel products are extensively used in building industry, and range from purlins to roof sheeting and floor decking. Generally, these are available for use as basic building elements for assembly at site or as prefabricated frames or panels. These thin steel sections are cold-formed, i.e. their manufacturing process involves forming steel sections in a cold state (i.e. without application of heat) from steel sheets of uniform thickness. Sometimes they are also called Light Gauge Steel Sections or Cold Rolled Steel Sections. The thickness of steel sheet used in cold formed section construction was 3.1 mm. The method of manufacturing is important as it differentiates these products from hot rolled steel sections. High-temperature environments can quickly cause significant harm to the human body, while thermal protective clothing can effectively reduce the harm to the human body caused by high temperatures. We can solve this problem by building a model. Set up a multi-layer protective clothing for heat conduction formula under the temperature variation of heat conduction model of the MATLAB to map the temperature with time, 3 d surface figure, the variation of the temperature distribution can lead the Excel data tables, and processing the data in the table data, using MATLAB software to curve fitting, the fitting curve of time and skin temperature. At the same time, on the optimal thickness of protective clothing, can be based on the initial conditions and boundary conditions, construct the objective function, and use the improved particle swarm algorithm for solving, specific calculation will difference algorithm as local search of particle swarm optimization algorithm, the particle swarm algorithm with differential evolution algorithm is the local optimization solution as the initial population of generation of differential evolution operations, thickness of solving it is concluded that the optimal approximate solution, and it is concluded that the optimal thickness. The convection and radiation heat transfer coefficients, convection and radiation heat transfer, and skin temperature were calculated. Then, by using the extensibility of CFD simulation and the flexibility of environmental temperature setting, the human thermal radiation stress response model was embedded into the CFD simulation, to predict the real-time changes of human core temperature in a high-temperature thermal radiation environment. Combined with the core temperature threshold and exposure time, people's rescue operation time under different thermal radiation environment conditions can be reasonably scheduled and arranged to reduce the level of thermal stress, improve rescue efficiency and guarantee people's life safety. Finally, the thermal protection clothing is studied to determine the temperature distribution of each layer of thermal protective clothing. These epoxy resin systems containing various toughening agents showed different viscosity, in which the viscosity of CTPE and CTPF systems nearly unchanged and the viscosity of CTBN, RNBR and CSP systems increased significantly. The impact resistance of modified epoxy systems had been improved significantly, especially the CTPF system raised by 257.2%. Meanwhile, the heat resistance of epoxy systems containing different toughening agents showed different results. Compared with the pure sample, the hardness of all toughened systems decreased. CTPE and CTBN systems decreased significantly, while CTPF and CSP remained fundamentally unchanged. Toughness modification resulted in reduction of tensile strength and the retention ratio was CSP > RNBR > CTPF > CTBN > CTPE. Toughness modification resulted in reduction of compression strength and the retention ratio was RNBR > CSP > CTPF > CTBN > CTPE. All of the toughening systems kept the shear strength basically unchanged. The shear strength of the CSP system was even improved. The paper discusses in brief the risk of injury and accidental causes of workers in various sections like dyeing, cutting, sewing, printing and finishing of RMG industries based upon the industrial environment and working conditions. The sample respondents are selected from the different industries in Tangail district. Purposive sampling technique is followed for data collection, where different level of respondents is interviewed for collecting information from selective garments industry. After analyzing the collected data, the major accidental causes and injuries faced by the workers in those selective units are indicated for which there have been noticed a massive fall down of workers’ efficiency. Indicating those problems, improvement proposals are given to those industries and implemented over a course of month. The common steel ladles cooling fast often cause cold ladle and misrun. For better insulation, a vacuum insulation layer was added to the ladle to maintain the temperature of the molten steel, reduce the heat absorption of molten steel by ladle and reduce heat exchange with the outside world. The test results showed that the vacuum-lined steel ladle had a desired insulation performance which was much better than ordinary ladle. It improved the properties of castings and also had distinct energy - saving effect. Its good insulation performance brought a series of advantages, such as heating up fast during preheating of ladle, pouring temperature of molten steel could be further reduced, refining the casting grain size, improving the mechanical properties of the casting and wear resistance. Good insulation performance also could extend pouring time. Oil mist emissions from the cold finishing process and relatively harsh working conditions. The purpose of this paper is to develop a new saponification process that saves energy and reduces emissions while ensuring product quality during production. Through a large number of tests, it shows that the saponification of precision forgings for the drive shaft can be completed by three steps including simple saponification liquid spraying, liquid extraction and hot air drying.
