With robotic 'Ralph'-like finger-spelling hands, 'Cyber Gloves' (virtual reality sensors that collect both isolated and continuous signs), camera-based projects like the engaging Copycat American Sign Language game, and more, this essay covers significant efforts in the field. "sign recognition software," and "Hidden Markov Modelling and neural network systems." There are spoken language to sign language translation technologies like "Tessa" (Text and Sign Support Assistant; three-dimensional imaging) and "THETOS" (Text into Sign Language Automatic Translator, which operates in Polish; natural language processing), a Polish project. It is also investigated how this research might be used in education. The "ICICLE" (Interactive Computer Identification and Correction of Language Errors) project, for instance, builds a tutorial system for deaf or hard-of-hearing youngsters that analyses their English writing and provides specialized lessons and recommendations using intelligent computer-aided instruction. The article also takes into account synthesized signs, which are being included in instructional materials and may one day be created by students themselves. \u0000

From the very ancient era, People used to measure time through the movement of sun and stars. With the ages, the evolution of time measuring devices came into sight. People start using sundials, hour-glass/sand glass, pendulum, Quartz etc to measure the particular length of time. Pendulum is widely known for its accuracy of time. The first mechanical clock came into existence in the early 14th century. After that different kinds of analog clocks were introduced like alarm clocks, wrist watches etc. Nowadays, people are fully dependent on digital clocks to keep track of time. It makes it easy and quite efficient to read the time on the basis of 24 hours. Every national and international time schedule is described in 24 hours format. Digital clocks are installed on every Railway station, government offices, banks etc. for the convenience of citizens. Because of their elegant look and small size, it can be incorporated with various electronic devices like televisions, computers, mobile phones further leading to enhance the features of those devices.

The materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The contact angles of water droplets formed on the sample surfaces were measured to study their surface-wetting properties. FTIR showed the successful cross-linking of the EP matrix and good interaction between MWCNT and epoxy matrix in the nanocomposites. XRD attested that the incorporation of MWCNT in the EP did not influence the nature of the physical and chemical structures of the matrix polymer. Based on TGA results, the composites with chemically modified nanotubes were found to possess slightly higher thermostability than the analogous materials fabricated with the neat MWCNTs. Further, the EP/pristine MWCNT composites exhibited hydrophobic behavior while the EP/chemically modified MWCNT composites were comparatively hydrophilic which is attributed to the introduction of carboxyl groups during the chemical treatment of the nanotubes with strong acid. \u0000

Short-term health impacts from exposure to these microscopic particles include coughing, sneezing, runny nose, and breathing difficulties, as well as irritation of the eyes, nose, throat, and lungs. The lungs can be harmed by exposure to these minute particles, which can also raise the risk of heart disease and asthma. According to scientific studies, daily PM2.5 exposure increases are linked to an increase in mortality as well as cardiovascular and respiratory problems. Studies have shown that exposure to fine particulate matter for an extended period of time may also increase the risk of developing chronic bronchitis, reduce lung function, and raise the mortality rate from heart disease and lung cancer. Studies have shown that PM2.5 causes about 400,000 preterm deaths every year in EU countries. Significant links between long-term PM 2.5 exposure and both Parkinson's and Alzheimer's disease have been found.\u0000Indoor and outdoor sources are the two main sources of fine particles. external sources. mostly from the exhausts of cars, trucks, buses, and off-road vehicles.\u0000Tobacco smoke, cooking fires, burning candles, etc. are examples of indoor sources of fine particles. \u0000

Regrettably, those with more severe impairments, such as quadriplegics who are unable to move any part of their body but their head, cannot use these. They are unable to grasp objects or make motions that would give them freedom over their movements since they have no control over their hand movements. They only have control over the movements of their heads. They require expensive, uncommon, and highly complex medical equipment. This research presents a microcontroller-based system that enables head movements to control a typical electric wheelchair. The wheelchair would travel in the four directions forward, backward, right, or left, by tilting the head in the corresponding directions. This study intends to imitate the electric wheelchair on a small scale and demonstrate its functionality and benefits over other electric wheelchairs that are currently on the market. It represents an innovative way to build a head-motion-controlled wheelchair. \u0000
